I have some categories and a set of questions about itSo, I want to ask at first to choose what category of produtcts they want to talk more about it. Then, a set of questions about this category will appear (here in different questions groups - Category 1, Category 2 ...). At the end, i want to ask something like this: “Is there any other category, besides (@The one choosed at first) that you would like to choose and answer about?” And if this person select another one, he is going to answer other questions about it. Its about 4 categories, and a lot of questions for each one. This involves asking a different set of questions for each category that the customer has choosed at first. I would like to be able to see if someone stayed within 3% of their target calories. For instance…Q1. What was your Target Calories?and they answer 1,200Q2. What was your weekly average calories?and they answer 1,800Then the type form lets them know if they were within 3% of their target calories. Depending on if they were or weren’t within their target range they would be directed to a different landing question.  Is this possible? if so how would I go about doing this? I’m new to this whole thing! Thank you for your help!

I’ve been using Webforms to collect customer data for many years and I’m recently new to TypeForms.My current Website has a number of standard Webforms that a customer completes to obtain a quote for car extended warranty:https://mycarwarranty.com.au/start-quote/ My new website which is in construction atm has more customer product options (cars, boats, caravans, motorhomes etc) and I’m wondering whether any of you can you can share an opinion to have one massive complex typeform that asks what the customer is here for today and based on their response, asks further details based on their selection or have seperate TypeForms for each product? Just not sure which way to go.And if you have any suggestions who could build such a complex form, please let me know. Thanks everyone.James

Hi there,  I have created an outcome quiz with more than 100 outcomes and each of those outcomes have a personalized link where people can buy the item they have matched with in the quiz in a retailer website.  When I try each of the links individually the link provider’s website they all work. However, when I do the quiz and match with a product and then click on the link to the retailer, only some of those links work, the others don’t. The reason they fail is because when I click and a new window opens the link in the browser is missing “:” after http. However, I go back to the typeform workspace and I see how the link is correct.  I am not sure whether this is a problem with typeform, the link provider or a wider coding issue (I am not a technical expert) Does anyone have any idea of why this happens / how to solve it? Also I find it very weird that only some fail when all of them work individually Thanks

Hi everybodyI would like to know if there's a solution to help me with a sales process please.I want to give our sales team a simple survey to complete where they will mark off what services the customer wishes to proceed with in their initial meeting.We then send the customer a much more detailed questionnaire asking for more details to progress their order. Ideally, i only show them the relevant sections, so if they don't want website design then I don't ask for information about that. So essentially after a logic flow between surveys.Eg, if customer wants services A,B,E then send next survey hiding sections C & D.I am comfortable with Zapier if that's an option.Cheers, Brendan       

How can I check respondent’s answers to the ranking questions? My goal is as follows:When a respondant’s answer to a ranking question is wrong, the system will ask him/her to retry. However, when the answer is right, the next question will pop up.How can I achieve this goal using TypeForm?THank you

For security purposes, can you customize the “Error” messaging when an answer is given that is invalid?  For example, to avoid hacking or user registration fraud, we would want a certain range of numbers to be entered to match our AcctID formats.  We set up the question to ask for a current AcctID as part of a registration in a closed environment, but we only want the error message to say “Your Entry is Invalid, Please Try Again”  thus our format remains anonymous and protects us against fraudulent entries so that we don’t waste our time reviewing them in the results and prevents a hacker from going any further in the form.  Right now the Error messaging gives away the answer by saying “You Must Enter a Value between X and Y” and tells the hackers what we are looking for and then allows them to continue the registration process.  Is there a way to avoid this?

Hey guys, I’m trying to set up a form w/ 1 field visible a time w/ the next or submit button to the right of the field so it only shows 1 field at a time...when they enter that field and push next it shows the next field where they can enter their info and push next and so on through a few different fields. Hi -- I couldn’t find any way to do this, but has anyone had success doing more complex calculations? I tried connecting to Google Sheets or Excel, but seems like Typeform can only send data to those -- not pull data back from a calculated field in Sheets or Excel. I am trying to create a form that estimates payments based on an interest rate, term, principal, which would require implementing this formula:A = P ( r ( 1 + r ) ^ n ) / ( ( 1 + r ) ^ n - 1 ) I’m guessing it’s not possible since it requires the use of exponents? THX!
