I am creating a quiz as a fun way to seperate a group of students into teams. Though it is important that it is an even spread/ distribution (let me know if you need more clarity). Can I force results or even randomise results? So exactly ¼ receive each of the results.

I have images in my responses, but I cannot see the images when I click on them, why is that?  Thanks!

Hello! For my survey, I want to allow the respondent to enter a value in the short text/long text field, then have the option to click a “More” button for them to enter one more value or a “Done” button for them to finish the section. How do you add these buttons to a question? 

From the Typeform Builder, I can simply type ‘@’ and I can see hidden fields and variables to use within the title. But, how can I use/call a hidden field in the title of a question, when creating a Typeform using the Create API?The “title” field of question is of type string, so I’m not sure how to embed/call a hidden field from within this string. 

I’m creating my first typeform but can only see the questions when editing and can’t drag or drop anything or see the side menus to change question type.

Is there a way I can get rid of this faint black overlay at the bottom of the mobile display? 

Hello, I am using the starts with option as part of the logic to split responses. I have specified that any answer that starts with ‘50’ e.g. 5043 will land on a particular end screen and then all others will go to a different end screen. I am essentially using this as a zipcode validator. However, when I test the form and I enter 5043 to takes me to the different end screen and not the one it should. Any thoughts? Thanks

Hi,  Does anyone know if it’s possible to customise customer payment receipts when customers make a payment through Typeform? I’m using Type form as a method to collect deposits from customers for a short-term rental business and I would like to customise the payment confirmation email so that it contains the check-in instructions for the property.  Many thanks in advance, Nikhil

Hello, I have an issue with the synchronisation between Typeform and Hubspot. I made some changes in the sync: <answer to the question X> sync to <B> from now  NOT <A> ANYMORE .  I already hard refresh, sing out x5, relaunch google etc. Nothing is working. If you have a solution for this. Hello to all, I have finished creating my typeform: the questions and endings are created. But I don't understand how you can create the scoring to link to such and such an ending. Could you help me? Thank your very much. Julie 

We have created a raffle form that we will be loading onto a few tablets at an upcoming community fair. At the end of the survey, is there a way to add a button to “start over” or reset the form that brings you back to the beginning of the form?I found a previous Q&A that states that “By default, your Ending screen has a button that will restart your typeform, but you can toggle this on and off, and also change the text/hyperlink of the button.” However, I have been testing out what I think is the correct button but it brings me to the Typeform promo page. Thanks! 

I’ve been trying to get this right, but the editor crashes every single time I try to add multiply logic command to interact with “numbers” question result. I’ve attached a video. What I want to achieve is quite simple. You first choose the most relevant picture (that has specific variable added), then you choose number (metric) and now it should calculate a variable multiplied by number answer.  

Hello,  I am trying to limit the number of characters in a number field. So far, I have only been able to select a minimum/maximum range for the number, however the range is irrelevant. Any suggestions?

I am interested in adding a 1 question survey to my website post-purchase. I want to pass email’s via hidden field. Does anyone know if this is a breach of any security laws? I want to map responses to emails but I know there are GDPR restrictions on collecting data.

How do you decorate the typeform header… right now in normal font i see the name of my type form, but how can i add my flyer to the beginning of it so people will know they are on the right page ? 

Hi, I’m new to Typeform, but not to survey scripting. I’m looking for features that I’m used to, but don’t seem to be there from what I’ve seen so far. My apologies if these are somewhere in the knowledge base, but perhaps I’ve been using the wrong terminology to find them. They are:Exclusive responses. I have a multi-answer question, but if they hit None of These, it should remove all other responses. Reduced lists. For example, Q1 is Which of these have you ever bought? Q2 is then Which have you bought most often? and should only show those that were selected at Q1. There is also the converse option of showing only those that have NOT been selected at Q1. Logic off multi-response questions. Only show a subsequent question if the answer to the previous question contains a defined response or set of responses, eg if Q1 includes Car as one of the responses, show Q3a Which model of car? If Q1 includes TV, show Q3b Which model of TV. They can be shown both, one, or neither of the question

Hello fellow gurus!I have an issue with how my typeform appears on my desktop vs mobile device.The page in question is - https://townly.com/project/apartments/balwyn-park-7-cherry-road-balwyn-victoria-3103Looking at the image below, I want my picture options to appear on two rows of three.This image is taken on desktop with the Supersize option. Width 100% height 750px. However, when Supersize is checked, the mobile version looks too big for what I want. See image below.  However, when Supersize is turned off, the mobile looks great. See below.  But with Supersize turned off, the desktop looks like this. Aesthetically, I’d prefer two rows of three options.Any solutions available?Are we able to lock the Supersize option according to screensize?Are we able to specify how many rows or columns we want on each screensize? My ideal scenario is for desktop to have two rows of three options and for mobile to have three rows of two options.Thanks in advance!

I have followed the instructions set out on a couple of youtube sites with much success. I have used the gear icon on my quiz page and shut off the icons and branding but they still appear on on the last page of my quiz.I have also purged my Chrome browser history and  cookies. Need assistance.

If I have "select as many as you want" multiple choice question but want people who only select only one response (no matter which one they choose) to go to question 2 and those who select more than one response to go to question 3?Example:1. Which pets do you have?DogCatFishBirdOther[IF ONE SELECTION GO TO Q2; IF MORE THAN ONE SELECTION THEN SKIP Q2 AND GO TO Q3]Do I have to go through the list of options and create rules that would apply to every imaginable combination? For the actual survey, I’m working a list of 9 responses, so that seems daunting.  

Every time I add a new multiple choice question on Typeform, for every single letter that I add to one of the answers, it pulls up a “Edit Answer Choices”… so if I’m typing a whole sentence, each letter this pops up, I need to click on “Yes, change it” and then I add another letter, it does the same, for each and every letter, no matter how long I do this for…Why does this happen? How can I stop it… it’s really annoying… and it significantly increases the amount of time it takes me to build a form. Like, wtf? Why would it ask on every single letter? Every single letter I type in, this pops up. 

Hi,I have created a Typeform with hidden fields so Name and e-mail address is already known.Can I create a question regarding email address and the hidden field is default populated as an answer or how do you suggest I do it? My plan was that for example they can make modification to their name if it was not right populated from the CRM./TJ

Can Hidden Form Fields be renamed?Any work arounds?

When I the request your data process described below I’m missing most of the fields in my surveys. It almost seems like the fields that a colleague has added are not included?https://developer.typeform.com/get-started/data-portability/#typeform-admin-panel-method The same seems to happen when I use the API.I’ve double checked that the `form_id` I’m retrieving through the API is the same as what’s in the url when I look at the form.
