Tracking conversion from Facebook?

Hello,is it possible to track conversions from facebook in Typeform? I need to insert the “lead” tracking code to the SUBMIT button or is there a particular URL when participant submit the form?Thank you,Honza

Deleted picture. Then changed mind. Do I need to upload again?

I’m using classic. I fixed a typo and clicked Publish. Then, I considered turning a “statement” into a multiple choice. I deleted a photo I had in the “statement” to make room. Then, I reconsidered and turned it back to a statement. I DID NOT CLICK PUBLISH.  I hoped my photo would return.  I logged out and back in. The photo did not return. I tried to upload the same photo and saw a message asking me if I wanted to replace the existing photo ...which, makes me believe my original photo is still there. I logged out and logged in. My original photo is still NOT there. I have still not clicked publish. When will the photo reappear (or will it reappear)?  I don’t want to try any other adjustments that might require me to click “Publish” without having an answer to this.  You’d think this would be something easily found in “help”.

Self Cancelling choices

Sorry I just not be using the correct term for my searches. I am wanting to create a form of a series of images. The feedback we want is to rate this 1-5But each selection must be uniqeQuestion 1 = 12345 (user chooses 3)Question 2 = 12_45 etc Can this be done with free account or will this type of feedback require logic jump? Thanks.

Get out of the form if the lead choses "quit"

Hello,how can i create a branching based on 1 answer on a multiple choice step? I see that i can only “skip” to other questions, not end the current survey and send out the lead.Like i ask “are you in X?”: If he selects “YES” he is in and continues in the typeform, if he selects “NO”, he goes to an instant ending and does not continue the survey.Can we do this (multiple questions only!)Thank you! Alessandro

Respondent notifications

Hey,  We have just finished setting up our quiz. However looking at the email notifications that come for the quiz, is there anywhere where we can see some examples?If not, would you be willingly to share yours?What have you included in yours?Can we use HTML to make the emails more on brand?BIG thank you :)

Unable to publish my quiz tyypeform

Hi. I am currently using a free account on the new builder and I created a quiz with one welcome page, 5 questions and 4 endings. It says I cannot publish my form and I need to upgrade my subscription!! I am not sure what the issue is here. It says I need to remove trial features such as the calculator and ending! I do not have a thank you page. I would appreciate any help/advise on this subject.

When does the form actually submit: the last question or the Ending page? And...

Hi, all! A couple questions:Do the responses get submitted after the final question (and before the ending page), or does the respondent have to click the final Submit button on the ending page for it to fully submit the survey? Also, I noticed that when I test and click Submit on the final page, it loops back to the first page of my survey. I’m worried that respondents will think their response didn’t go through since it brings them back to the beginning. Is there a way to force close the survey page after its completion, or would I have to redirect to another page to do that?Thanks!

Hello, I would like to include a promotional code in my questionnaire. However, I would like to be able to change this promotional code automatically every day. The goal is to program future promo codes and have them change automatically. Do you know if this feature is possible? Thank you for your help.

Ending - button does not open link

Dear community,I created a typeform where potential customer have to answer 5 question to get a download link to a pdf file. Right now the information I posted here is only a dummy, so I got a file from the internet to demonstrate my example. This is how i configurated the button: Link to the file:https://www.boorberg.de/area/downloads/306249be-18b2-4c9a-b7a6-77e3dfd80ede/e1b6b484-3929-4e6c-96fc-1a530a1c3c2d.pdfNow, when I pulish my survey an the ending comes, nothing happens when I click on the button. If i post the link on the normal internet explorer the link does function normally.I have the Premium account and can’t find the issue. Can you please help?

Multiple Choice Items with numbers

Hi all! New to typeform, I’m a wordpress developer, but I’m building a quote form to integrate with a client’s website. His account is “Professional” subscription level. I’ve got a few questions, but the biggest one is this:Client has a quote form where customers need to indicate if they have certain types of items. So that’s simple multiple choice…. which is great...Tricky part is, I also need customers to indicate HOW MANY of these items they have. So if they choose an item, I need an option where they can indicate a number or an amount next to that item they’ve chosen.I don’t want to do this as conditional logic with individual items, because there are literally hundreds of items (about 6 categories, each category has about 20-30 items). So I want to have category pages which list the items, then customer can tick an item if they have it and then add a number next to it.Is this possible somehow?? I can’t seem to find any options like this. Please advise? Thanks so much!

Show submit button when last question is optional

I have a form where the last question is optional. When the user gets there, the submit button only appears after the user has entered some text in the field (even though the field is optional).Is there a way to make the submit button always visible when the last question is optional (even if the user hasn't typed anything)?

Hello! I’ve been scoping out new form options and am looking for a solution that will allow for “jumping around” the form.  All I seem to find are forms that work linearly, but what I really need is a form option that provides a navigation bar whereby users can jump to sections to fill in information as it is received. Is this possible in Typeform??

Zip Code Logic

I’m trying to send visitors to different pages/questions based on a zip code question. I’m currently using short answer and “begins with 10” or “begins with 11.” Short Text Question:What’s your Zip Code?11201 Thank you Page:Check out this [Product Link] I know there may be few ways to do this, but my issue is I’ll have to put ~100s (1000s?) of logic jumps in there with all the ways I know.Is there a way to do this with an upload or maybe within developer portal? Is there a better way to do this in the new builder (which I don’t have access to)? Am I using the wrong tool to try to do this?Thanks in advance!

Calculating scores and multiple Thank you results

Hi there! First timer here : )I have 3 ID questions + 9 questions with 4 answers A-D each question (all multiple choice, one answer allowed). I have 4 thank you pages A-D, respectively.All answers are in same position for example answers A direct participants to Thank You result page A, and so on.I’m saying Thank You result page but that’s meant to say ending page, but I can’t find the ending to add it in.I’m lost as to how I’m supposed to score them so the right result matches most of participant’s choices.Note: I could add a double score (or weight) to one of the questions as it is a key one to identify the recommended result. This could prevent a tie I n their choices.Thanks! Gabi

Position and layout

I'm new to typeform, just purchased the professional plan but I don't seem to have the option to change the position of the question (right, left, middle, etc) or the position of the photo, as shown on the typeform help section or tutorials. In fact, the layout I have looks very very different. Please help!!!

Scoring 'i don't know answers' for outcome quiz

Hi, I’m creating a benchmarking survey which when completed will give people a score that sits in 3 potential categories. I have made this myself and not used the outcome template. There are some question on the survey with answers like ‘not relevant’ or ‘i don’t know’. I’m trying to work out how to cater these answers in the scoring system. For other answers, people will be awarded a score of between 1 and 3. If I give these people a score point of 0 for these ‘ i don't know’ answers they will be more likely to be marked in the lowest scoring category overall which isn’t fair. I’m just not quite sure what to do and hoping someone has come across this issue before for them and has an idea!Thanks

Saving data on Google sheet

Hi - I am trying to create a flow where I am collecting date of birth of users. For 31 dates, there will be only 9 flows, basically a double digit date is summed to be saved as a single digit, like 22nd becomes 4, 23rd becomes 5, 29 becomes 2 and so on. Is it possible to do it in Type form? Also I want to save the full date of birth in 8 separate columns like 24-12-1981 has 8 digits and and all digits are saved in separate columns in google sheets. Is it possible?Is it possible to find a Typeform expert who can do some freelance work for me?Some guidance will be appreciated
