Hi ! I see we can use custom classnames with almost every embed SDK like PopupButton or Widget, but this doesn’t seem to work with Popover, is there anyway it can ? I really need to dynamically change the right and bottom css attributes for mine.Thank you in advance !

Hi. How to make sure that the answer to the question is mandatory for the client? Now you can skip the question, rationale Ok.And a message should come that you need to answer the question in order to move on.

We have a few videos in the background of our typeform. The issue we’re facing on multiple devices is that there seems to be a pretty long load time. The video appears on half the screen for around 2 second then stretches across the whole screen. Any idea what we need to do to fix this?

Hello!  I was wondering if anyone had any luck with the logic flow/formatting on how to output a “range” in the calculation.  I can easily get the price (@score), but want the final slide to look something like this. Thanks for taking the assessment.  Your estimated price for this project should fall between X [@score x .95] AND Y [@score x 1.10]. Does anyone know how to go about this?Thank you

Hello,can i somehow optimise my typeform for people using their devices in dark mode?I created a wonderful typeform in the brand´s colors, but using dark mode it looks terrible… the color of the text and the buttons switch, but the background stays mainly the same… it is hard to read the texts and sadly it is not the right brand colors anymore.Thanks in advance!Hanna

I’d like to create a Typeform that generates a code based on submissions.  Is there a way to auto verify an account ID, and output a code for the person filling out the form? All account IDs that are allowed to receive the code would be on the backend, and if a code submitted matches, a promo code is provided to the person filling out the form. 

Dear community, I would like to build a quiz with 10 questions, each with 3 possible answers. I then have a ready-made answer for every possible answer. So that there will be 120 combinations for abc. Can I build it with typeform? Thankk u!

I am creating a quiz as a fun way to seperate a group of students into teams. Though it is important that it is an even spread/ distribution (let me know if you need more clarity). Can I force results or even randomise results? So exactly ¼ receive each of the results.

Hello! For my survey, I want to allow the respondent to enter a value in the short text/long text field, then have the option to click a “More” button for them to enter one more value or a “Done” button for them to finish the section. How do you add these buttons to a question? 

From the Typeform Builder, I can simply type ‘@’ and I can see hidden fields and variables to use within the title. But, how can I use/call a hidden field in the title of a question, when creating a Typeform using the Create API?The “title” field of question is of type string, so I’m not sure how to embed/call a hidden field from within this string. 

I’m creating my first typeform but can only see the questions when editing and can’t drag or drop anything or see the side menus to change question type.

Is there a way I can get rid of this faint black overlay at the bottom of the mobile display? 

Hello, I am using the starts with option as part of the logic to split responses. I have specified that any answer that starts with ‘50’ e.g. 5043 will land on a particular end screen and then all others will go to a different end screen. I am essentially using this as a zipcode validator. However, when I test the form and I enter 5043 to takes me to the different end screen and not the one it should. Any thoughts? Thanks

Hi,  Does anyone know if it’s possible to customise customer payment receipts when customers make a payment through Typeform? Hello, I have an issue with the synchronisation between Typeform and Hubspot. I made some changes in the sync: <answer to the question X> sync to <B> from now  NOT <A> ANYMORE .  I already hard refresh, sing out x5, relaunch google etc. Nothing is working. If you have a solution for this. We have created a raffle form that we will be loading onto a few tablets at an upcoming community fair. At the end of the survey, is there a way to add a button to “start over” or reset the form that brings you back to the beginning of the form?I found a previous Q&A that states that “By default, your Ending screen has a button that will restart your typeform, but you can toggle this on and off, and also change the text/hyperlink of the button.” However, I have been testing out what I think is the correct button but it brings me to the Typeform promo page. Thanks! 

I’ve been trying to get this right, but the editor crashes every single time I try to add multiply logic command to interact with “numbers” question result. I’ve attached a video. What I want to achieve is quite simple. You first choose the most relevant picture (that has specific variable added), then you choose number (metric) and now it should calculate a variable multiplied by number answer.  

Hello,  I am trying to limit the number of characters in a number field. So far, I have only been able to select a minimum/maximum range for the number, however the range is irrelevant. Any suggestions?

I am interested in adding a 1 question survey to my website post-purchase. I want to pass email’s via hidden field. Does anyone know if this is a breach of any security laws? I want to map responses to emails but I know there are GDPR restrictions on collecting data.
