2022 was quite the year, wasn’t it? We saw lots of new features, plenty of amazing Typeforms, and made friends with many of you. And can you believe this is the second year our community has been around? I had to double-check which year we launched because it has flown by! As we head into 2023, let’s take a peek back into the highlights of our community in 2022. Biggest Announcements of 2022 VideoAsk joined the Community Once a single-product community, we became a double and invited those building videoasks to join us in our little neck of the internet. Since we added VideoAsk, we’ve seen 1102 posts created and 1110 new VideoAsk members. This also brought a new member of our community team - @Grace ! Learn more about her here. Happy holidays all! ‘Tis the season for liters of egg nog, an excessive amount of sweets, and naps under the holiday tree. We hope you’re taking some time for yourselves these next few weeks. Though, if you find yourself up late at night editing your typeforms and need some help, here are our support hours for the next few weeks. Community Grace and I will be off December 23rd-26th and January 2nd. Should you have any burning questions on those days, our lovely support team will be available the following times: Support - Typeform Our Typeform support team will still be answering your emails in regular fashion, but chat will be closed from December 26th - December 30th to allow them time to be with their families. Chat will resume regular hours on January 2nd. Support - Videoask The VideoAsk support team will be replying to your messages as usual, except on December 26th when they’ll be taking a well deserved break from their cameras. They will be back in action again from 27th.

I’ve been fascinated by technology my whole life. My earliest memory of using a computer was playing the video game “Lego Island” on our family’s behemoth Dell desktop. That was in the early 2000s. Since then, I’ve used technology to do everything from creating award-winning documentaries to running a digital consulting business. Hey all, The World Cup is now officially up and running and I thought we could have a bit of fun with it here on the Community. Thanks to @Grace for planting the seed of the idea in this thread, I decided to create a “World Cup Predictor league” (obviously using Typeform to power it). So here’s the big idea:Each day I’ll create a new typeform where you can predict the scores of the matches of the next day. I’ll post it here in this topic every day and participants need to fill it out with what they think the scores will be. Points will be awarded depending on the accuracy of your predictions (10 points for the correct result and score; 3 points for a correct team score: and 2 points for a correct result (but where the 2 scores were wrong) I’ll knock together a league table and keep a running total of how everyone performs. Don’t feel pressure to play it every day, but obviously the more often you play, the better chance you have of winning. We’re playing just for the pure thrill of the

Hi team 👋 I’ve been on a bit of a sabbatical, however I’m now back and catching up with all the updates to VideoAsk since I’ve been away.One thing that jumped to mind whilst going through the new features (Which are all great quality of life upgrades) was an idea for a new feature - which I thought I would voice and see what thoughts are.For context, my aim for 2023 is to move the bulk of my communication in business (recruitment) to asynchronous video/audio. I wondered if an extension for Chrome+Gmail could be a good idea to allow you to pull people/contacts into your account and then respond straight away. Picture opening an email - thinking I’d really like to respond via video to this and being able to hit a button that lets you jump straight in to recording a VideoAsk or landing 1st step of the builder.Apologies for the brain dump, it’s pre-coffee ☕️ - but hopefully the idea makes sense!

Hey all!I'm here with some BIG news. As you've probably already worked out from the title of this post, we've now hit 20,000 members of the Typeform Community 🥳 This is a HUGE number, especially given that we only started this community last year. We're made up about hitting this magical mark and would like to say thanks to all of you for joining us on our adventures. When we set out building the Typeform Community our mission was to create a space where talented folk could join together to help us all "build the future of online conversations". We didn't intend this to be some schmaltzy claim – we actually meant it (and we still do!) So, needless to say we're delighted to have been able to support and inspire so many people so far. I've just recently found out about videoask and make integration and Im having a lot of fun with it. Can you guys share some of the integrations and cases you're using this for? I've created a quizz type interation which basically builds a lot of authority to a cold audience in one sitting! That with videoask alone. Then I got Make to get some of the answers provided on the quizz and forward personalized "homemade style" videos based on some responses.For instance, the user age, provided in one of the questions. After he sees the result on videoask, few seconds later he gets a message on his whatsapp with a non-produced, nor edited video based on his very data. This builds intimacy. And, if the user replies something at any point on this automation, well, it's on your whatsapp business. You can have saved responses or recorded faq videos…Should this topic be any interesting to you all ill come back presenting some numbers of these campaigns!Thanks again, community!

Hello Community…or should I say award-winning Community!!? Yep, that's right, our awesome little corner of the internet has been named as a winner in the 2022 GameChanger Europe Awards, by customer success platform Gainsight 🏅 A panel of judges awarded Typeform the Architect Award, for "creating a community that is of help across an entire customer journey, and for its track record of building deep, one-on-one connections with customers". The awards ceremony took place today at Gainsight's Pulse Europe conference in London. Our very own @Grace was there to collect the award, rubbing shoulders with some of Europe's elite B2B companies. Congratulations to all of us for this award, it truly belongs to everyone here who has helped shape this community into what it is today. Is it possible to customize the adress question type in Typeform?We only require Street adress, ZIP Code and city - 3 out of the 6 listed lines. Is there a way to delete the other three?

Now that we’ve had a full month of everything pumpkin and a full month of the Brand Kit feature, I figure it’s time to look back on all things community! It’s been a quiet October, but the community has been bustling with activity from all of you great folks! Off we go! Since October, we’ve had 838 new folks join the community, bringing us to a total of 19,358 members. 90 of you were VideoAsk users - yay! 203 conversations were started, with 944 likes handed out 83,250 visitors stopped by the community and 36,775 of those were unique views. 78.33% of questions were answered. Update - 31/10/22 - Winners revealed! We now have our Halloween contest winners!
