Hello, Will Typeform provide Tax Residency Certificate (TRC) for the payments that we made?
Typeform does not offer even a week of free trial and I was mislead by the plans and propaganda understanding with the first paid plan I'd be able to see answers that didn't complete the entire form till the end. I was wrong, I was directed to yet another upgrade and understoon it was only on the top most ridiculously expensive plan I'd have the data of answers who didn't finish the form. But asking colleagues, I learned the data you release in this expensive business plan is not even the contact details and their first answers. So Typeform DOES NOT SUIT MY NEEDS. I contrated it on the 13th September and have been trying to make it work with no success, and today, 9 days later, I demand you cancel my account and process a full refund as my right as a customer, which you should have offered to avoid this terrible situation.I tried to submit a ticket in many ways, but the page doesn’t confirm it received my question, despite being logged in when I am redirected to the support page, it do

Hello folks! Today we're proud to introduce you to one of the brightest members of our community – meet @Michaela Michaela works as Community Manager at Make (formerly Integromat). Even though her background is in linguistics and translation, she has found a new home in the SaaS world and could’t be happier there!Michaela lives in a small town called Olomouc in Czech Republic. Olomouc is essentially a smaller and less crowded Prague so she can recommend it to any traveler who’s looking to avoid the masses. Michaela’s biggest passion is definitely music. She can talk about her favorite artists for hours. Summer is officially over, and I’m not ready for it! I know many of you are all about your pumpkin spice latte season, so hats off to you if you’ve been waiting for September to roll in. While the temperatures cool down for a lot of us in the world, let’s take a few moments to remember the last month of summer here at Typeform. Off we go! Since August, we’ve had 821 new folks join the community, bringing us to a total of 17,703 members. 101 of you were VideoAsk users - yay! 218 conversations were started, with 1381 likes handed out 79, 724 visitors stopped by the community and 33,809 of those were unique views. 90.37% of questions were answered - yay for answers! These love languages describe five ways that many of us receive and express love in a relationship. I am sure that many can attest to the present reality that knowing one’s love language and letting them know ours can help us feeling loved and appreciated. Hi there, I’m new to Typeform, and I lost some data due to changing a question type on a survey that went live and started collecting responses yesterday. I searched for guides to retrieve it and found this: Editing a typeform that’s already live and collecting responses. It was stated on this article that I’ll see a warning for changes that could affect or lose the responses I’ve collected. Yet, that didn’t happen to me. No warning dialog box appeared when I changed the question type on my form. I would’ve been able to download the responses had I known that I’ll lose some of the responses. I hope anybody can help. Today we catch up with another familiar face to Community regulars – Matej Lednický - AKA @mathio. 😁 Matej has always been excited about the web and its technologies. Ever since he first connected to the internet back in the early 2000s he knew he wanted to build for the web. At the time he had no idea starting with simple HTML websites would turn into building full-featured applications like Typeform, but his journey was already set. Matej loves building open source software. Here at Typeform he is responsible for the Typeform Embed Library, which he rates as his favorite project. You can find Matej's occasional posts about work, side-projects and technologies on Twitter (@mathio28). He writes longer articles on Medium, and you can find code for his open source side-projects on Github. Every morning when I wake up I have a big debate with myself where to check first, the news or type form and knowing our people I think you have the same debate with yourselves as well...that's why I think it would be a good idea to create a newsroom here on typeform where everyone can share the news of the day they found most interesting and let everyone read the news on type form so we can do both, but unlike all other posts here I do need your opinion on this, because its a thing other people may be sensetive to. so come on all in guys and lets lay the grounds for the kind of news we want here every morning, and lets start posting!
