Manage your Typeform account

Hi, i am trying to change the payment to a new credit card. But I can't seem to change it. When I enter the new numbers, a master card pop-up shows en it just goes back to the page without changing the credit card details. I am on a professional plan. Kind regards Martin

I am working on a solution using Typeform for one of my clients, and trying to work out the best pricing plan to be one. We are creating a short-term marketing campaign where we will be emailing ~150k historic Customers, directing them to come and check out an offer, and hopefully purchasing a ‘membership’ via Stripe. I can see the top plan (Business) allows for 10k responses per month….what happens when you breach that? Will the survey be unavailable after that limit is reached, or will it bill us at an additional rate? It’s hard to know what our likely response rate will be (this is a new proposition so we aren’t completely sure of the appetite in our customer base), but I guess we could stagger the campaign, and stop once we look like we’ll hit that in a given month? Any advice gratefully received.

Morning, Last month i caneled my typeform plan. However this month i still got an invoice. So i changed my subscription for a ‘free account’ again. How am i sure the cancelation worked this time? Thanks in advance.

Good Afternoon, I have spent the last two days trying to upgrade from the free to the plus plan and am continually being told that the payment has failed and the message I am getting is authentication failed. we have contacted our bank and they say that the issue is not at their side and they see the charge coming through however it then tells them it is abandoned. We need to use this urgently and would appreaciate any support.

I subscribed to typeform using the GitHub student developer pack which lasted for one month, upon signing up I added my card to the account. Today I woke up to an email notifying me that my account was charged 420 USD. I am a student of Greenwich University and I live on budget, I cannot afford to pay for the yearly subscription. I signed up with the wrong email address for this Community. My Typeform Plus membership is tied to another email address?

My subscription is renewed without announcement. I’m not using typeform anymore. I forgot i had it ;-) Now my creditcard is charged for 700 dollar. I don’t think it is allowed to renew for an other year without announcement and the possibility to end the subscription. I would like to end my subscription immediately and that the payment will be refunded. Does anyone know who i have to inform to get this done?

How long does it take to get a reply from the support team? I requested a refund for a subscription that I never opted for.

Hello Typeform Team, I recently opened an account and already did a registration survey with people already using the Typeform survey. After a few days of being offline, I went to the Typeform website to log in and see the survey results, but I could not because the webpage asked me to sign up, as if it was my first time using Typeform. I later found an Typeform email on my contacto@lascasmexico.org address saying that I have to upgrade so I did and received a confirmation email but on my other gmail address. And I still cannot enter my Workspace to see my survey. I hope I can log in and see my survey because I will held an international event very soon and that my upgrade is for my correct account where I have made the survey. Please help. We have a person within our organization who was formerly on the Notifications email list for a specific form. I have since removed her (about 3 months ago) but she still gets an alert or 2 each week… not on all submissions but sporadically. How to resolve this?

Hello typeform community I'm wondering if there's anyone in here that is a consultant or for hire to help build an advanced type form that has logic built in and can produce results based on different towns for different companies all while using the same type form so my pixel data is all together on one strong conversion optimized fb pixel so I can run an everlasting campaign for different companies in my same niche Nationwide without having to duplicate the type form for each individual client I need advanced consulting. I currently access Typeform through a Google account. I would like to transfer that to another Google account. How do I do that? Typeform Help shows me how to do this if I access using an email id and a password, not if I use a Google account.

So I use my Google Account to login but it always appeared the warning: “We could not find an account associated to this email.” although I have been editing my form for the past few days Was my account banned due to violating the terms and conditions? Or it’s some kind of other technical issue?

Hi i am trying to upgrade my plan from basic to plus immediately. I subscribed to the annual basic plan, however I want to switch to the plus plan. It says it will not allow me until July of 2023. Is there a solution to this?
