This is my experience, attempting to utilize type forms heavily advertised multilingual, functionally.I upgraded to Professional because Typeform advertises AI support for multilingual forms. As soon as I upgraded and tried to use this feature, I was immediately hit with an error telling me that my form is too long and that I need to shorten it if I want AI translations. Nowhere was this limitation disclosed before upgrading. Not willing to give up, I manually translated my form using DeepL, then followed Typeform’s own instructions to upload the translated content via the provided spreadsheet template. After successfully uploading the translation, Im then informed I have absolutely ZERO control over whether it actually gets displayed to users. Instead, the only thing that determines which language my form shows in is the user’s browser settings—something I have no control over whatsoever.Let me be clear: This is NOT how the internet works in 2025. Does anyone know if you can have a personal typeform essentially?What we are looking to try is if a customer can input their data in a Typeform, and then we want to have them update it every 6 months or so. We don’t want them to have to send a new blank form for them to just re-type the same info again, so we want to see if there is a way to send them the previous Typeform, this time just asking them if there are any updates to the data...if so they can update, and if not they can skip the question and use the answer they provided last time. This would be ideally across an entire customer base. Any thoughts if this is possible or even practical to implement?

Hi there! I'm creating a form that is to be sent to various wapp groups. When they click the link, i would like to know from which wapp group they are from.l, as will initially only be collecting emails rather than phone numbers. It would also help me screen respondents without asking too many ID questions upforont.Please help.

Hello,I used Typeform’s QR function to share my survey on flyers. We are about to end the survey but I am wondering if I can redirect the QR code to a different website so that my community partners do not have to take down all the flyers which contain other good information for their patrons. Hello,I'm working on a voting system for a competition. I need to know if it's possible to share a poll with a pre-selected answer. Specifically, I want to vote for a leader and then share a link to the poll with my friends, where my chosen leader is already selected as the default option. This way, friends can easily support my choice without having to search for the leader's name in the poll. 

I typically duplicate the same Typeform for each new one I create and make the necessary edits. This one shows my correct title everywhere except the tab name - so when guests click the link to the first Typeform the tab says the name of a different one. This is the first time this has happened - anyone know how to solve it? 

We are doing a receipt capture with our team but we have noticed that when our team members are in other countries the our users will get bogged down at the upload an image area and it just gives them the circle of death.Is there a way to reduce image size or a different work around that would work better?Thank You!

Hi all, my team are looking to use Typeform to collect data on different pages of our website e.g. How useful did you find this page? with a 1 - 5 start rating. The issue I’m facing is how to track which page of the website each response is coming from. The best solution I have for now is to use the utm_source however this would require setting a new embed for every page and writing a custom utm for each one. This is ok but a bit time consuming. Is there another way that a single embed can track the URL of the page it’s been completed on? I’ve turned on “Read URL parameters” which claims to read the whole URL but this doesn’t get pulled into the results page.Any integrations that have this feature do let me know.Thanks!

Hi! I have a project where participants will engage with a simulation I’ve built on Typeform. However, I don’t want them to access the Typeform before a specific time during my conference.The challenge is that I need to share the QR code with them in advance because I’m using Microsoft Teams, which doesn’t allow sending images in breakout rooms.Is there a way to share the QR code beforehand while restricting access to the Typeform until I’m ready?

Hi there, I am asking for something that I don’t know if it’s possible. We just upgraded our plan in order to have multilingual Typeforms, which is great.We have our website in several languages and we need to embed the form in a particular language according to the website language. Example: website in English, form in English. Currently, the option that we see is that we translate the typeform and when embeded it detects the browser language and offers the option to translate the typeform (if the browser is in German, one can translate the form into German, but it appears in the original language first)The question is: is it possible to get a different ID for the typeform for each language translated with the multilingual tool so we can embed it in the website?

Hi,I have three typeforms and want to randomize which typeform the participant gets. I mean, when the participant click of the URL code it will be random whither the person answer typeform 1, 2 or 3. Is this possible?Otherwise, is it possible to have three questions in one typeform and randomize which question the participant gets? That is, if they get question number 1 they will not get question 2 and 3. And if they get question number 2 they will not get question 1 and 3 etc. This randomizition should not depend on any other answers of other questions.

I would like to export my full questionnaire of multiple-choice questions, with each question followed by the set of possible answers offered as selection options.I can do an export of results, with the questions as the first row, but the possible multiple choice answers are then not included.Apart from copy and paste, are there any quick ways to export the questions along with their possible answers?  

I cannot find hidden fields or any link to add them to my form. Is it a paid feature?

Suggestions on improving open rates . If we send a customer a Videolink explaining the process of our services ( they are already using the service ) , how do we get them to open the link. People just don’t see it as a priority . 

Hi community! I created my first forms today. They are the same form, but in Dutch and in English. When I publish my forms, I get different estimates of the time it takes to complete the form (Dutch is estimated at 7 minutes and English at 4 minutes). How is that possible? I didn't add anything else to the form! 

Why isn’t my welcome page working on the mobile embed with fill screen on mobile toggle on. How can I fix this?  

Hi, It seems that the solution for removing the start button in mobile on your help topics is out of date as there is no URL to attach the solution “?typeform-welcome=0” to. Is there another way to remove the start button on mobile and go directly to the first question?

When I send the Typeform link it includes a logo.How do I change this logo?As can be seen in the screenshot the logo “Queensland Shower Screens” is shown but I cannot work out how to change it.
