Survey separated by sales territory

When I send out my survey, I want to be sure that when I receive the responses, I can tell which territory they are coming from . We have 14 or so sales territories and I want to know which territory the survey response came from.

Form reload leads to duplicate submissions

Hello, Our respondents are getting a ‘reload’ message, which leads to people submitting twice. I looked at this thread here, however I did edit the ending page and it hasn’t worked. Any ideas about how to solve this?

form not displaying on phone

Hi, I was so excited to finally embed my first form on my Wordpress divi site. I’m assuming it works on desktop because I have received 2 submissions BUT on my phone, when I click the first question, the whole form disappears! Screenshot showing the form

Trouble bringing in Typeform into Canva

Hello I am having trouble importing my presentation to Canva-So i go to Canva click on the apps add typeform then when is searching for my work it doesn’t show it. ??? Is it because is more than 10 pages and I am still in the free version>>

Typeform unable to start in email

Urgently need help here. Set up multiple forms, which are embedded via the html, and sent in emails (via Mailchimp) Everything looks good, but you just cannot start the form, the only clickable button which works is the ‘powered by type form’

Unable to publish my typeform even with right plan

Hi, i have already upgraded my account but i can’t publish anymore a typeform designed maybe 2 years ago. I have already published it several times without any problems, but now i can’t. I have this message when clicking on the publish button : And when i click on Update my typeform, nothing happens. Another click on the publish button come back each time to this message. What can i do ? I am the only member of my account, so it’s not possible that someone else made changes to my typeform. Thank you for your help.

MailerLite integration

I notice that the MailerLite integration only allows us to add respondents to one group. I had really hoped we’d be able to add people who answered in a particular way to a different group. Otherwise the survey feature is only of limited benefit. am I missing something? Is there a workaround? (That doesn’t cost extra)

I can't publish on FREE PLAN but I have less than 10 questions

Hi, I’m currently unable to publish a short 6-question survey without upgrading. I’m getting an error message warning me that they survey can’t be published because it’s using premium features, without specifying which feature(s) is/are activated. I’ve checked: hidden fields, jump logic, <10 questions, etc., etc. The only reason I can think of is the ending, as I’ve deleted it but it still appears on the logic jumps screen. Please advise. Thanks!

Can typeform generate an email to individual respondents containing just their answers/responses from a form they have just submitted?

We are hoping to use typeform more in a worksheet capacity than a quiz, and would love respondents to be able to see and have a copy of what they have just written (most questions will be text fields rather than multiple choice). Is this possible?

Is it possible for the side tab to only display on desktop?

It’s looking great on desktop but taking up a huge part of the screen on mobile, so we’d like to find an easy way to display on desktop only. Any guidance on this please?

Embed Typeform on Wordpress/Divi

I must admit, I’m a bit disappointed. I thought the beautiful TypeForm would take up the whole page on Wordpress/Divi, but I’ve entered the standard embed code in a Divi module and the page is kinda short. Do I have to manually edit code to make it look good? I signed up for TypeForm thinking. it would look better than this on my site, to be honest.

Embed in BetterProposals.io

Hi there - BetterProposal’s support was terrible so I’m hoping someone can help here. In BetterProposals I can use an html editor but it doesn’t seem to allow for Typeform embeds? I paste the code but the form is not shown. Anyone had an joy with this?? Thanks!

Embedding Typeform in 360Learning

Hi, I am unable to Embed the Typeform into a 360Learning course (LMS provider). I get the following error message on trying to add it- THIS HTML CODE IS NOT CORRECT, PLEASE CHECK THAT IT IS CONTAINED INSIDE AN <IFRAME> OR <EMBED> TAG. What role does Typeform play in this setup?

I got an email from Typeform, stating this ”Grow your sales exponentially - That's what Meller did. Their sunglasses and watches sent social media into a frenzy. Learn how their typeform brings in $6.5 million every year.”. And I then got redirected to this story - https://www.typeform.com/blog/inside-story/meller/, but I cannot see the role Typeform played in this setup as the previous story line indicates “Learn how Typeform brings in 6.5 USD million very year”. Can anyone explain/elaborate what I cannot see/understand?

Can I get my quiz to open in a new tab?

Hello, I’m relatively new to Typeform and I’ve set up a promotion to start our quiz within my company website. However, we don’t want the quiz to open in the same tab/take over the existing page. We’d like it to open in a new tab so our users can easily return to the location where they started from. I’ve looked into using the Pop-up version, but our preference for accessibility is the Full-screen layout, in a new tab. Just can’t see how to get it to open in a new tab. Thank you if you have any tips!
