Share your typeform

Apologies if I’m missing a really obvious FAQ that answers this question, but I’d love clarity on what respondent means in Typeform.  I’m used to using competitor software where response limits = number of individuals who answer the survey.  So on the basic plan you could send your survey to 10 people to fill in, no matter how many questions are in the survey.However, I seem to have hit my limit before then, so I’m wondering if each answer to each question is considered a response?!!   Meaning one survey of 10 questions answered by one person would use up all the free responses.Also, does Typeform log someone who starts a survey, but never finishes it, as a response (or log their saved, but not submitted answers, as responses)?Thanks to anyone who can help clarify this.   

Hi Everyone :) Been digging, searching for an answer on this, but not really finding anything…What I’m trying to do is:*Allow the user to share their results, socially, at the end of the quiz (I give a number result)*Allow the user to share the quiz (if their result sucked haha)Annnnnnnd it’d be amazing to share via more platforms than FB, Twit and Linked (i’d love to remove Linkedin)What I’ve found is:*Typeform only allow users to share the quiz to FB, Twitter & Linkedin*User can’t share their actual end of quiz result*User can’t share to any other platforms beyond the forced FB/T/LIs there a workaround here I’m not finding? Kinda seems weird there isn’t more flexibility around social sharing given the value of social currency, especially with quizzes, etc across social media. More so when the monthly cost is pretty decent.  Thanks :) L

I am using the Launch in Email feature and embedding the code in a ConstantContact email. Everything seems to be working, including passing a parameter to a hidden field, but the user’s selected answer to the embedded first question (multiple choice) is not preselected in the form. This means that the user clicks an answer in the email, goes to the form, and then has to click the answer again in the form. There is branching logic based on this first answer if that is relevant.

Hi!It appears that the full-screen embedding feature no longer works on Shopify (maybe due to a Shopify update). I tried following these directions: https://www.typeform.com/help/a/embed-your-typeform-into-your-shopify-site-4409196271252/ however, step 8 is no longer true, as the template code no longer automatically loads in the code editor:(8. The template code will automatically load in the code editor. Paste in your Typeform embed code - here, we’ve done it between the page title and the page content. Click Save once you’re done.)I tried to manually enter the code pictured in the example, but that did not work either. I am wondering if Typeform has updated directions available so that I can utilize the full-screen embedding feature.  Thanks in advance for any and all help!

This might be a question that is answered somewhere already, but I couldn’t find anything about it.I have now set up a custom subdomain, lets say 123.typeform.comPreviously the forms had the URL form.typeform.com … If I don’t fully customize the URL and change the ID of the form, there are two thing I would need to know:Do all forms that have been embedded into web pages previously still work or do I need to change the HTML embedded code? Are the forms still available under the old URL form.typeform.com/to/….​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I'd created a typeform with chatbot style yesterday and it was working normally. Today when I tried to enter and the link isn't working and I was redirected to a blank tab. When I change your style the Typeform is works again. The chatbot style it is disabled? Thanks. 

Hello!I was wondering if there are any sizing options between manually selecting % or px of the embedded Typeforms. Are there existing small, medium, or large functions that I’m having trouble finding?Thanks for your help! 

When ever my page loads for the first time, the form does not show, it needs to be refreshed for the form to show. I am hosting on Squarespace. https://www.revbbc.com.au/contact Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello there, I made a survey and purchased the basic plan. I have no design template on it just pictures on one side, the questions on the other. 14 slides for the whole survey.  When I press publish, I always get this !!! No explanation, no hints from the program or anything else. !!! Please explain me how to publish or what I am doing wrong if so.   

I”m getting this error on my site’s embedded typeform: form.typeform.com sent an invalid response. We have HTTPS sites and I’m also getting the error on this site with the feedback form and on the Typeform site when I try to embed.  What’s going on?

Hello Typeform community! I am getting a chance to bid for some business.  I want to show the potential client what our type forms look like.  HOWEVER, I do not think I can reply on Wifi/internet/cell service to pull up the form.  I would love to have my form as a PDF or even as slides or a PPT resident on my machine so I can click through (realize it won’t be interactive, but I am just giving an idea of how good they look compared to other surveys.)Any suggestions?  a JSN or csv file ain’t gonna be pretty/what I want to show.Do I just take a screen shot of each question?  Seems like a clunky workaround, so I thought I’d ask here.   

Every time I share the poll, the welcome or front page is a generic black page and not what I designed? How do I change the front face of the shared poll?

However, I’d like the responses to one open text question to remain confidential-- where only my company’s staff sees the responses. Is there a way to accomplish what Im’ trying to do?  Thanks.

We are having problems sharing the results of a quiz on Linkedin. It seems like a bug because the share works for Facebook and Twitter. Any tips?

Hello,I would to move a form from my account to a client account. There are many posts on the subject with always the same article, but it doesn’t work. When I clik on “move to”, it only displays workspaces. It’s impossible to select an other account.So if someone has a solution, I would appreciate a lot :)Thank you. Seb

I’ve started to explore using Fathom as an alternative to Google Analytics … so far I like what i am seeing and on a couple of my test typeforms i am getting good results.. I really like the url builder component myself… Not recommending it yet but is anyone else in the Typeform-verse using it yet? (here is link to their site, just in case) 

When I share the link to my typeform a 3 year old image pops up that no longer fits my brand. This image has not been on my type form for over 2 years but continues to be what is shared when i share this link. How to do I get it to change?!?!?

Hi all,  I want to add a survey to a website of an animation film festival. But I only want to show the questions to people who have not filled out the survey yet. Hello,I still have the same problem when implementing the form as slide tab on https://c-moins-cher.com : the CTA button is stucked to the top if the website, and this in mobile as in desktop : Any idea why? Other integrations are working perfectly.
