Hello everyone,I need a bit of help with my most recent typeform.I want to embed it into a page, as a slider, that opens after scrolling 60%.That works fine. However, after embedding the typeform, there is still a “Button” shown, where the code is in the text.I tried a few times and made sure that the settings are correct. The big blue button, with the writting on it is not shown anymore, but there’s still a small box, which opens the typeform when pressed. It looks pretty ugly. Can i get rid of it somehow? See screenshot attached:
This is a first time use for me, so I’d really appreciate your help.I want to clarify that when I send out the summary report to respondents (Board members) that they will not be able to access who individually completed the survey (I have the Please enter your name question hidden). Is this adequate. The report does not include the details of the weighting in its results (shows 0,1,2,3, but not the narrative that describes the weighting). This takes away from the usefulness of the report-individuals wont’ recall what each weight stood for. How can I fix this? I haven’t been able to figure out how to produce a pdf that is useful: just using the print function produces an unnecessarily long 19 page report with no written responses included. I would like a visually useful pdf report of all responses. What is the best way to produce this?Thank you!Judi
Help!I have created a quiz with the layout set to “Large picture on left, Questions on right”. However, when I go to embed the form into my website or blog post, it appears in a verticle layout with the picture at the top and the questions following below. Is there a reason why this is happening? The only time the layout is correct is through the HTTPS link- not the HTML.
Is it possible for two people from the same team (we have a Professional account) to work on the same form? Can two people from the same team work simultaneously on the same form? Imagine the principles of Google Sheets but applied to a Typeform.
Hello dear community I would like to ask for your help. I have been tryin to create a perfect quiz, however my logic rules do not work, as shown on the mapping, which seems correct there, But when I press “No”, instead of directing me to the “Thank you...”part below, it is directing me wrongly. What might be the reason?Thank you in advance.
The publication of my survey stops at question 6 or 7. Yet I have a total of 17 questions. WHY ?I paid the professional option with unlimited questions, so I don't understand why the survey stops after the 6th question ...Could you help me more? THANK YOU
I’m testing out typeform, I’m on the trial version at the moment. I’ve created my survey and selected the side tab embed. However after I pasted it on my website the side tab didn’t slide out, I was just redirected to the survey url page. Am I doing something incorrect? Trent
I’m trying to connect typeform to zoho. When I hit ‘connect’ and select zoho, I receive a pop-up saying that I am missing a question in the typeform asking for email, last name and company name. I don’t see where to go back and add these in. I referenced the help page and the instructions they gave didn’t explain how to navigate to the settings to make these changes and I’m not finding it on my typeform. Can anyone direct me to where to find the field to add these 3 questions? And, is there a way to not include ‘company name’? My business is direct to consumer.
I know that there’s the ability to embed utm codes on regular embedded forms but I noticed that if you go for the “Conversational” option and then get the embed code, there’s no option to add utm tracking when you click on the “advanced” as you would with other embedded forms. Anyone know if this is just a missing feature or if there’s a work around to adding tracking to conversational forms.
