Are forms created private (want to make sure that they are not accessible to those not sent to)? Thank you.  

Hi,is there a bug in typeform today? I can not publish my form even though I checked every question and option used to be sure it is allowed by my plan (Plus).Is this a bug someone already experienced please? Many thanks for any help on this!Best,Mohamed

Hi! I’ve shared a survey with our freelancer community, which seemed to work initially but then it didn’t. So I sent out a second email with a new link, worked for 24 hours and now we got the same problem again. When clicking on the survey link now, you land at a page with the message “Sorry, you can't access this typeform until its creator says so”. What is going on and what can I do about it?Thanks in advance,Frida

Hi there ! I was in the Business plan. Downgraded to Basic plan. Now my form cannot be published anymore because of features that can be used only on the Business plan. How can I find the features from the superior plan that make my form impossible to publish ? Thank you very much !Amina 

Hi all, My Typeform is unable to be embedded on a web page. This is a lemlist (email automation software) campaign. If someone in the email clicks a link they end up here. I am using the direct URL (not embedding script) to load my form in mobile Chrome browser successfully but any time the autocomplete is used on any fields, the browser crashes. It’s not my form - I get the same crash result using the original template below with auto-complete. Our team used to create multiple trackable links to forms so that we could easily A/B test our form sharing and see which platforms generated most engagement with our audiences. It was great to have a way to do this that doesn’t require complex UTM setup. It seems this feature no longer exists, but I hope I’m wrong! Is it hidden somewhere?

I would like to lower the sidetab to the lower portion of the page as the middle part of the page has text, mega menu items, etc. covered by it. This is especially true on mobile devices. See image below.Is there a way to specify where the tab shows up? Thanks,John 

I send a daily quiz to my users through a WhatsApp group (as a link to a Typeform). I want be able to track inputs from each user them so I can give them feedback on their progress. How can I recognize users without asking them to enter their email address every time? Is there anything like a “login with Facebook” or way to capture their number that I can do to identify individual responders?

I noticed that on Desktop, when entering the answer into a field, I cannot see what I wrote. I’m typing and as I’m typing the text disappears on the left as my character count grows since the view only allows for one line to be seen at a time. Is there a way to change the answer field size/view, so that you can see what you wrote and easily edit it if needed? If not, I’d like to make that a #featurerequest. 

Hi,  I am trying to embed a Typeform into Campaign Monitor and am not having luck. They have an HTML editor, but you have to import it from a site or upload it from your computer. I tried creating a .html document and uploading it, but it’s only showing the code and not the actual form. Does anyone know how to make this work?

Hello, is it possible to make settings to sent the results oof a selfassesment form to the customer direct by email. I want to make a set op diffrent forms as a tool in my online course for personal development. So it should be possible to send one customer the results of more than one form. The sollution i found wat in notification settings. But this is not working (all Anwsers dont apear in the email). Or is my rerquirement only possible if i connect my MailChimp account? and then how do i cutomise a result email

We launched a survey yesterday but some respondents contacting us to say that at completion of form they get a ‘reload’ message and they are worried that forms are not submitting. Help!?

I’ve been emailed a link to complete a typeform.  When I clicked the link I had to set up an account.  I’m now logged in but can’t see any form there for me to complete.  Any idea where I’d find it?  I’ve logged out, gone back to the original email, clicked the link again and logged in (with the same email) and still no form visible.

This form is embedded in a website. The problem is: I tried to change some names of the list, but in the embedded version I keep seeing to old options. I tried to get a new embedding code and replace it, but it didn’t work.What should I do?Thanks!

Hi, I am launching my typeform survey from an email, and copied the code via the “Start your typeform in an email” functionality. However, When I open the email it sent, the images don’t appear and it just has the boxes with titles: Is there a workaround for this?Thanks!
