Share your typeform

Hello,I’m having some issues with the layout of the survey when is filled on mobile devices, mainly on Android softwares. The specific issue is: The questions scrolls up very quickly, once the previous question is closed, and if the text is longer than 4 lines, the first part of the question is unreadable and you can not scroll back to read the begining of the sentence. (see image for reference).However on my iphone (and other iphones) this proble doesn’t exist, only on android phones. Has it happened to anyone here? Any ideas of how to solve it?Thank you very much!  

I completed my form and recieved no confirmation.  What do I need to to do?  Also, the site appears to be down.

Hi everybody,we recently hostet an internal pubquiz for our employes in which they entered there questions via typeform in realtime and we used the calculator to add up their points. In theory, this worked out great, but over 4 rounds, 5-10 of our 40 teams had difficulties submitting their responses. The error message said something like “unable to submit form”. Do you have any idea what we can change to avoid this next time? This caused a lot of frustration and delay in the live situation. Two possible reasons might be:I entered the team names as a single choice question right before users opened the form. Might a last minute change in the form cause problems? Users skipped back and forth between questions. Can this confuse the calculator? Thank you very much for your help!

I created a survey prior to PRO being discontinued. When I went in to update it the Publish button was green. I clicked it, made my changes and tried to “publish” but it’s not going back to green. I upgraded to Professional but it’s still not working.I would think that the publish button needs to be green for it to be working.

Is anyone else experiencing a glitch right now with the print report or sharing a report link not functioning? It appears there is no longer a Typeform Customer support contact, just a run around of links that take you back to tutorials.I use the share and print feature all the time. When I click on print it opens the same page in another tab but doesn't generate a printable document. The link that typically appears is simply blank. Does anyone know how to contact Typeform when something with their system is down? thanks!

Within the text of one question I want to include a hyperlink with my email address. I assumed I would just enter as URL the address in the format mailto:aaa@bbb.com. But this does not work on the published form, where it appears as  http://aaa@bbb.com. How can I do enter a clickable email address please?

Hello, we have a form with couple questions and we need embed first question on our website. When user select an answer then will redirected to TypeForm site where will be the rest, but the first question will be already answered from our website. I need something similar what is in email, where selecting answer do redirect to the form.   Thank you 

Someone tried to use my typeform (a contest sign-up) : “When I click on this link it gives me a warning that it is a Phishing site not to proceed.” Why does typeform appear as phishing?

I only have ten questions and it is asking me to upgrade. This is my first form. I am a new customer today.I see I am not the only one having this error.

Hello everybody, i invited a tester to see if this fonctionnality promised by typeforms would work and it failed. Do you have an idea what s at stake ?  “Respondents can start your typeform, close it, and return later without losing their answers.Your audience doesn't have to complete a typeform in one sitting. They can start to fill one in, close it, and then return later and their answers will still be there. The only rule is they have to be on the same browser and device (and not in Incognito or Private browsing mode). Their answers will be kept safely in their browser's local storage, for 15 days.”

When I click on share and click on embed in a web page, this always comes up instead of showing my typeform: Sorry, you can't access this typeform until its creator says so.Unless... did you create this typeform?Log inBut if you didn't...Follow the white rabbit I am not sure why this is shown, because I am already logged in. Thank you for your help!

i tried to update background image at header or add new image it gives error “ An error occurred while processing the image “  i tried both ways by choosing image from gallery or uploaded new image but issue is still there.can you please suggest why this is happening ? Thank you.

HELP ME PLEASE!I`m having a problem, when I try to share the request`s link, participants can`t see the editions that I have done, like if I have done nothing. Does that means that I need to be premium member in order to be able of sharing my own editions? 

Hello everyone,I need a bit of help with my most recent typeform.I want to embed it into a page, as a slider, that opens after scrolling 60%.That works fine.However, after embedding the typeform, there is still a “Button” shown, where the code is in the text.I tried a few times and made sure that the settings are correct. The big blue button, with the writting on it is not shown anymore, but there’s still a small box, which opens the typeform when pressed. It looks pretty ugly. Can i get rid of it somehow? See screenshot attached:  

This is a first time use for me, so I’d really appreciate your help.I want to clarify that when I send out the summary report to respondents (Board members) that they will not be able to access who individually completed the survey (I have the Please enter your name question hidden). Is this adequate.  The report does not include the details of the weighting in its results (shows 0,1,2,3, but not the narrative that describes the weighting). This takes away from the usefulness of the report-individuals wont’ recall what each weight stood for. How can I fix this? I haven’t been able to figure out how to produce a pdf that is useful: just using the print function produces an unnecessarily long 19 page report with no written responses included. I would like a visually useful pdf report of all responses. What is the best way to produce this?Thank you!Judi

Help!I have created a quiz with the layout set to “Large picture on left, Questions on right”. However, when I go to embed the form into my website or blog post, it appears in a verticle layout with the picture at the top and the questions following below. Is there a reason why this is happening? The only time the layout is correct is through the HTTPS link- not the HTML.

 Is it possible for two people from the same team (we have a Professional account) to work on the same form?Can two people from the same team work simultaneously on the same form? Imagine the principles of Google Sheets but applied to a Typeform.
