Share your typeform

Hi there - we have an old training course registration form that a range of groups have used for a while. We now need them to complete a new course registration form instead.Is there anyway that Typeform can immediately redirect a user to the new form immediately (i.e not requiring them to actually go into the form and enter anything). Kind of like a URL redirection?We have provided the groups with the link for the new form, but some might slip through the cracks. Thanks!

Hi AllFirst of all, I‘ve been testing the bellow issue and checking if some related issue has been raised before.. but i didn’t manage to find the problem and solutionI have a form with two attached two files.Normaly is working properly, but some users reported the same issue … Once the file has been upload a error message appeared ( the error message shows a dog, sorry i don’t have more details ) and they are not allowed to send the form. I didn’t manage to simulate the issue, even with the same file. But, sure there is something wrong. 3 people send me the issue.My question isHave you reported any issue related?, like wrong name of file, problemes with some browser o something like that?Thanks and sorry the few informationAnna

I just want to do a survey to my magister dessartation and it looks i spend almost 100e\ on crating a survey but the site doesn’t help with promoting it. wow, then its something you can have completely free on google forms. i know it might be helpful when you have your site or so, but i think ive just lost money. yes, there is no question from me, just sadness.oh, maybe you want to take a part in a survey

I have been encountering a NEW problem with typeform when embedding into my Squarespace site. I have done this multiple times over the past year or so, using identical factors (as typeform updates will allow), and this issue began occurring about a month ago. I design the Typeform, make my selections for the image display (typically I select image on the left or right of text for desktop, and at the top for mobile). When I choose my embed settings, ONLY if selecting pop-up, the image always displays funny (see screenshots). If I choose “standard”, it displays as I selected, but for some reason with Pop-up, it does not. This did not used to happen. I never had issues with Pop-up display before, using the same settings. What am I missing here? Why is this happening? I’ve been a paying USD 50 a month customer for years on the Plus plan but I’ve just downgraded to the basic plan and now two of my Typeforms have gone offline and I can’t figure out how to get them back online.The issue seems to be that I used to have a redirect on Thank you page feature that’s not part of the Basic Plan. No worries, I’ve removed this, or at least I think I have! The feature has been moved recently it seems so perhaps the system is not recognising that I’ve removed it now.When I go to publish the type forms I’m getting an "Your typeform uses one or more features not available in your plan" message that prevents me from publishing it. This message is not informative and doesn’t tell me what I need to do to enable me to publish the type forms. Therefore, I’m stuck and can’t see how to resolve it.There are no article that I can see in the Help centre that address this issue either.So despite paying Typeform thousands of dollars over the years I can’t talk to anyone about

hello. I am using the business plan.Currently, users responding to surveys are intermittently shown a 503 error page.What is the cause and how can I solve it?

I recently got an email about the new feature that was supposed to be launched today: capturing the answer of a question embedded in an email directly so that the customer doesn’t need to press the submit button. This is very useful and certainly a welcome feature!Now the day has come but there is no information about this to be found and based on my experiments it works like it always has. Does anybody have any information about this? For what it’s worth, I’m not using the embed code as such but direct links with the “&answers” parameter in my email. (I postponed launching one NPS campaign because of this, so I would like to know if this is still to be expected. If not, I will need to launch it with the old method since the holiday season is approaching.)

My typeform recently went down and is now saying “typeform is now closed” on multiple surveys.I have checked the accessibility settings and upgraded the account just to be safe, but we haven’t reached our respondent limit.Can anyone assist? Idk what else to try. Thank you!
