Typeform conversations

For example: we send around 100 form for customers at a time . We need to see who answered and how to forms without asking them about that in form. So basically we need to embed every customers email into hidden field automatically, without manual work every time, is it’s possible? We work with outlook (P.S: where embedding of forms works tragically bad, because most companies blocking typeforms code and recipient see just empty window with links in it, but we found solution by placing for each button with seperate link and displaying it as an image)  

This might be a bit of a complex question. I’m building a quiz that has a lot of logic involved. I need the scoring to work properly for the logic to work correctly. No matter what I do, the scoring just doesn’t calculate. Let me demonstrate:I have a 9 question quiz, and each question is an opinion scale. The scale goes from 1-7. The first 4 questions are reversed scored, so 1=7, 2=6, and so on. Questions 5-9 are scored as stated. I entered in the scores for each question as noted (1-4 are reverse, 5-9 are normal). Here’s where it gets complex.I want questions 1-6 to be summed up and added to variable @A_1 and questions 7-9 to be summed and added to variable @B_2. I then want @A_1 to be divided by 6 and @B_2 to be divided by 3. The scores come out so wacky every time.I then want the averaged score to be recalled on the ending screen. I’m using the following logic to total the scores: 1A: If 1A is greater or equal to 0, then add 1a to @A_11B: If 1B is greater or equal to 0, then add 1b

Hi there,We are currently looking into creating a new questionnaire for our company with Typeform however after a conversation with one of the sales team we are unsure if it is the right fit for us and have a few questions. We are a SaaS healthcare company with a subscription based app.Can you create additional fields on the contact form such as username when the customer is signing up? If we are creating a subscription based product do we need to host the stripe payment outside of the questionnaire as Typeform does not support subscriptions? When embedding a form in a webpage can you take away the Typeform branding in the loading and at the bottom of the page?We’d love to know if Typeform would work for us. Thanks!

I have a sales team sending out surveys through Typeform as a method of qualifying clients.I’ve built an automation which imports responses into our CRM, however, the sales team would like a way to identify which team member sent the survey to which respondent, so that they are able to follow up more easily.Is there a way to do this?Ideally, I’d like it so that if Jonnie sends out 6 surveys, and Jane sends out 12, there is a way to automatically delineate which responses correspond to which team member. Thanks!

Hi,I already set up my Lead-Typeform to integrate with Hubspot and create a new contact. I also set up Zapier to create a new deal when the form has been sent.My problem now is, that I don’t have the Deal information from the Typeform within the deal.At the moment, I receive the mail from Typeform with the answers, forward it to Hubspot so I see the answers and can link it to the contact and the deal.But this shouldn’t be a manual process…Is there a solution I’m not aware of?Thanks!

We are currently revising a quiz hosted in Typeform and we have a specific requirement related to tracking user selections of equity-related answer options spread across different questions in the quiz. Our goal is to provide participants with feedback on their level of engagement with equity-related content by displaying a summary of their selections on the ending results page.Is it possible to track and aggregate user selections of certain answer options across multiple questions in Typeform? Specifically, we'd like to know if we can:Keep track of which "equity" options individuals select throughout the quiz. Count the total number of "equity" options selected by an individual across all questions. Display a summary on the quiz results page indicating the total number of "equity" options selected by each participant.We appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to achieve this functionality within the Typeform platform.

In the survey, we ask about products seen on the shelves in store.From the products selected (by multiple choice), I'd like the respondent to be able to add a price for each product seen on the shelf.How can I do this?

The next question doesn't show after you click the "TAKE A TEST" button. Once I click start to take the text, nothing shows. And this only happens on mobile

Is it possible for a dropdown to have a default choice already showing?or alternatively have a list of two options such as Option 1 and Option 2and have a link underneath which displays more options when clicked. Thank you

Typeform says “you can create as many different variables as you want”, but I’m running into a bug, which seems to limit it in practice: when I try and use a variable in a rule, the drop down list does not allow you to scroll down to all the variables. Although I created 46, I can only use the first 37.Please assist.

Hello,I still have some issues with the LOGICMy question is, “Do you want to invest”?-In Retail -In Hospitality-In Offices if the client answers Retail he will have to answer other questions (which are specific to retail)if the client answers Offices, he will have to answer other questions (which are specific to the office) I would like to know if the client answers RETAIL + OFFICE + HOPSITLAITY, how to create a logic which:1- Asking all Questions specific to Retail2- Then go back to Offices and ask question specific to Offices3- Then go back to Hospitality and ask question specific to Hopsitalty4-  And then move to another global question… I hope i have been clear :)Thanks

Is there a way to use logic to to say “if State contains x then go to...”?Or, is there a way to copy the value of state to a text input?

I see there are quite a few emails around this request even so, my question remains unanswered, except to be reinforced that this is a common issue.I set up my account with a personal email and now that I have decided to adopt this product in my business, I tried changing the email. I even added my biz account as a team and after verifying that new email it would not allow me to select my own biz email for notifications. Then I tried changing my account email to the biz and it said that email was already in use. Then I deleted my biz email from team status and I am in a loop going nowhere. Please help. I want notifications to go to my biz email so I really dont care which one I log in with as long as notifications go to my biz email (which I have not added back as yet).

Is there any documentation detailing the options available for updating Hubspot contacts and deals?If so, where can I find it?I’ve been working with the connection for some time and in general the behavior seems a little counter-intuitive.  Rather than running lots of tests to verify every possible combination of every form, I’d love to understand the structural relationships here.There’s scheduled maintenance of the Hubspot app tomorrow so maybe this will address any oddities I’ve noticed, but either way I would love to RTFM :)Thank you!

I want to avoid that contacts without an email connection run into hubspot.  When chosing the “yes, require an email address” button under contacts (hubspot integration field) I lose the option to let the contacts run into the inbound pipeline (option: Deals → inbound pipeline). My problem then is, that all typeform requests will run into the contacts list in hubspot and I have to manually push them into the pipeline. Although I have chosen the email field in typeform as mandatory, I will get contacts without any email into hubspot if I uncheck the  “yes, require an email address” button in order to be able to have the inbound pipeline deal option.How can I solve this? Why is the option to connect contacts to deal pipelines lost once I hit the  “yes, require an email address” button?Thanks,Searoutes

Yesterday al of a sudden we stopped receiving the responses once the form is filled in and completed. We also get the responses emailed to the email address in the notification section.  Please can someone help me!!!

Is there a way to enter a string of characters in the If Contains statement?  I want a string of zip codes so it would look something like:If Text input contains “83701,  83702,  83703,  83704,  83705” Then Go toI tried spaces and commas.  I sure hope that I don’t have to enter hundreds of single statements….😨

HiI would like to be able to pass in the email address to my form as a hidden field and skip the enter email step if it has been set.I got that working by checking whether the hidden field contains an “@” and skipping the enter email stage if it does..Great but that means sometimes the valid email address is the variable@email and other times it’s in the hidden field My question is can the @email variable be set from the hidden field (or visa versa) so I have the variable set in the same place whether the email has been passed in or not.I thought about setting up a custom variable to be set from both situations but custom variables can’t contain an @ and therefore can’t contain an email address.What do other people do in this situation? I guess it’s a fairly common issue?Any advice appreciatedThanks

Hi! Where can i remove MY logo? I have a free account and my logo is in there. I can’t publish until i remove it. It isn’t letting me look in branding because i have a free account. 

When I send “link” of my Typeform out on FB or other places, I get a very generic thumbnail. Looks like this. (below) Is there any way to modify or customize this?
