Typeform conversations

Hi, we have been using the same typeform for years now. Suddenly, we stopped receiving data on Google Sheets and SignNow. I tried deleting the Google Sheets integration and connecting it again, but I am still not receiving data. I looked everywhere for a support button on the Typeform portal but can’t find anyone from the company to help us with this issue. Please advise

Hi all,I have changed one of the answer types from drop-down to multiple choice (and added the “Other” option). I don’t seem to have lost any data but new entries are not being received in the Google Sheet anymore.My Google Sheet is a bit of a T-Rex, it has lots of tabs some connected to other Typeforms, some with formulas to “clean” that data.Will deleting the integration and creating it again make it bring the responses to the same “raw data” tab as it used to? Or have I “broken” the integration forever by changing the answer type? Can this damage my sheet and any of the integrations/formulas I have? Is there any other solution? Edit: wait, am I having delays because I happened to have made this change when there are delivery delays in integrations in Typeform? (just have seen the notification)

Hi! I’m parsing responses via webhooks and I have encountered that when I use Question Groups, the main slide is not included in the webhook payload. Is there a way to find it? If not, is it on the plans of Typeform to include this in the webhooks payload?

Hi, can someone please tell me how I change the options bottom left and right from not likely at all to something different? I can’t seem to work it out and it doesn’t let me click on it to just change it!?Thank you 

Hi, we’ve encountered this weird behaviour when debugging our web app, it happens only when using safari on private browsing mode.We have a set of 2 form on our web app - the 1st typeform collects ONLY the users email address, and once completed, the user gets redirected to the next typeform where more information can be submitted. The user’s email from the 1st form is being added to the url as a url param which is then processed by the 2nd form so that the user is identified without having to type in their email again. this works fine, but specifically on mac/ safri / private browsing, the url param does not get pulled by typeform and eventually the typeform gets submitted without the email address. see these results in the screenshot - the bottom one was submitted using chrome incognito, the top one was submitted using safari private browsing - and no email was submitted (even tho the url has an email url param in it, as it should) what could be causing this?is this a known issue?wha

Is there a way to suppress that calendar picker on mobile devices?We’ve seen the sharpest drop off on our most recent form at the Date of Birth question, with inbound feedback that it was too hard to use.Digging in to what was occurring here, I realized that the mobile view opens a calendar when you select the date field. The calendar (at least on iOS) defaults to today’s date. These users were trying to get to their birthday by using the arrows to change months. If that meant going back to, say, June of 1941, that would be 960 clicks. They miss that in the top left, you can select Month and Year which expose an easier scrolling solution.Be that as it may, they are confused and I’d like to alleviate that. Suppressing this date picker and allowing them to enter their dates manually (as you would on desktop) would be a possibility, though I am open to other solutions as well.My idea was to add some custom HTML to change the type from type=”date” to type=”text”, but it is not clear that t

Hi guys,we are new to Typeform and struggling with the embed in a web page option. We were hoping to embed the typeform as chat. Based on some older youtube videos by Typeform this option used to be available. Unfortunately now the closest option to a chat is a so called “Popover”, however it is not the same experience as chat. Can you please advise us on how to actually turn the Typeform to a chat-like experience? We do not want to incorporate AI at this point.Any ideas? Is it still possible?

I have prepared a Questionnaire and shared the URL with respondents. Now I have added a new question and clicked published but the previous link doesn’t show the new question, what can be done to resolve this issue? I have noticed sometimes questions are not saved while making the questionnaire, so is there any way to manually save questions?

I have followed the instructions as described but when I go to Typeform - Account   there is no option to cancel.  Seems rather problematic….

I am wanting to embed form fields in an email so the user can complete the form without leaving the email. Is this possible on Typeform?

I have a border/line appearing at the top of my embedded typeform (right below the logo) that should not be there. It looks almost like a header for a question group that got cut off, but I cant find any way to get rid of it. 

Hi there,We've made a Typeform-tool in which users will be re-directed in a new tab to a certain website after a few steps, based on the given answers. So far it works pretty flawlessly except that users can't be re-directed twice. After a submissions the button to re-submit doesn't work anymore. As a user you have to fill in the entire form again from scratch. That's unfortunate because users tend to try out multiple website, we’ve learned so far beta-testing.Long story short, is there a possibility to enable multiple submissions in the same form without having to start from scratch?Help is much appreciated.

I would like to ask regarding the pricing limit if I buy a plus plan and I want to buy up additional monthly responses up to 2,500 total respondents. How much is the total price I have to pay monthly? Hi guysSo when I look to use a “full” video background from the Pexels library it works really well where I get the video displays to the full background view. However if I tried to do the same think from say a youtube video link you do not get the option to put it into a full background view and sits inside the normal video player.Is there a way to do this or a work around to achieve what I am after? Thanks as ever for any pointers.Ian  

I want to shorten my survey form. I have around 20 questions and want rating on a likert scale for around 12 additional questions. So this makes it total 32 questions and is making the form quite lengthy. Is there anyway, I can shorten this up, as this increases the drop off rate from the form.

Hi, I want to ask uses to chose one from two options  in a multiple choice question in the beginning of the form. Based on one of these choices, I want to close the form if the user choses it. But if he choses the other one, I want the user to continue the form. Is there such an option in Typeform? Thanks,

 Dear Typeform team, We have a problem with the validation of my account. We want to take the Plus package BUT by the month and we were charged for the year. If only this was the only problem ... Indeed, our survey is blocked at 5 responses, despite the upgrade we made. We are counting on your quick response because what we fear most is that our respondents will find out, or worse, that they will no longer have access to it. Thank you for your prompt information, BDA 

Is it possible to add a number value to a each picture on the “Picture Choice” answer option?AND/ORIs there a way to multiply a “Number” answer by another number in calculations logic?Currently, I’m only seeing an option to multiply a “Number” answer by the @score and add it to the @score. But I want someone to be able to enter a “Number” that then multiplies by a number (ideally based on the “Photo Choice” they selected), and then add that to the @score.Does that make sense?I’m also only on a free plan so maybe I don’t have all the features, but do plan to upgrade once I figure all this out :)

I am not able to use the redirect url feature after upgrading to the basic 100 responses membership. When I click the link to upgrade again to use the service it says it available for the plan I upgraded to. How do I correct this problem?

I created a form that was limited to 24 responses. 2 of the responses were incorrect, so I deleted them, which in theory should have left 2 more responses available. However, what the form continued to accept additional responses beyond the 24 response limit. Has anyone else come across this?

Hi there!I’m new to Typeform, but already impressed by the potential!I’m trying to edit the submission screen, meaning what is displayed at the end, when the user has completed the form. For now, there is only a placeholder for a picture and the sentence that I have choosen based on the answers. I need to :add an actual image instead of the placeholder edit the colours include a link to some of the words in the final sentence Can someone maybe help me? 🤗Ingrid
