Typeform conversations

So not sure I know the answer to this one but sure someone in the community will do. Is there a way to link to a certain page in a form so i.e. so if I wanted to direct user to a certain part of my form say page 4 for example - this is just for an form that is giving information (portal) and takes in no actual data.Thanks if anyone knows. Ian

Hi,I opened a basic account using my Google account. Then I learned I can’t change the email. So I opened a second basic account using our organization’s email, believing I’d be able to transfer my surveys over to the new account. Then I learned I have to upgrade to a Plus account in order to avoid having to recreate my surveys. If I upgrade the original basic Google account to Plus, will I be able to move my surveys to the  second Basic account I created? Or does the account you’re moving to have to also be a Plus account?Thanks in advance,Holly

The embed for wordpress works fine in the page preview, but once published on page it just prints the code ‘//embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js’ … Pls help! :) -- SOLVED → WP doesn’t allow embeds unless you pay for premium packages.

Hi there - we have an old training course registration form that a range of groups have used for a while. We now need them to complete a new course registration form instead.Is there anyway that Typeform can immediately redirect a user to the new form immediately (i.e not requiring them to actually go into the form and enter anything). Kind of like a URL redirection?We have provided the groups with the link for the new form, but some might slip through the cracks. Thanks!

Is it possible to add a count on how many pages left to fill out / questions to answer to complete the form? 

On mobile, the typeform close button is under my hamburger menu and can not be accesses. Is there a way to move the form down (not 100% screen) or just move the close button? Thanks,Mike

Hello everyone. I would like to know if typoform could provide a very specifc feature. I want to use it as a a platform to be self suficient to the students. I want to know if is possible to the students to add questions and organize them in categories, so this platform would be self suficient with the questions. Every question should have a button to “defective question or wrong ‘right aswer’”, so it would be deleted or revised with a certain number of clicks.  I would like to know if is possible to create a LeaderBoard accessible to all stundents, as a way to encourage and congratulate the most accurate students. Would be very nice if it had a feature to show where or which categorie you lack the most or suceed the most.  Is it possible or I will have to just try to build a new website ? Thanks for your time.

Is there a way to find out whose answers are coming from a questionnaire I took?

Hi there. I am brand new to Typeform and hoping that some kind community member might be able to help me out with a query on the scoring of a quiz and the ending that displays on screen.I have a set of 12 questions, each question has 4 possible answers. Depending on the question the answers are assigned either a negative or positive score. At the end of the quiz I want to subtract the 'negative' points from the 'positive' points to obtain a net score range. Each net score range will relate to a particular level and a percentage range. I want to be able to display the actual net score, the level and the percentage range as an ending. Is this possible in TypeForm?Some examples are:net score range = 30 to 40, level = 4, percentage = 80-90%, actual net score = 35net score range = -20 to -40, level = could be better, percentage = less than 10%, actual net score = -25Hopefully my explanation is detailed enough for a response. Thank you so much in advance!

Is there any way to make the navigation arrows bigger on the bottom of a website embedded form? Some users have asked where the arrows are, since they can be a little hard to see. Thank you!

Hello!I’m getting ready to launch Typeform quizzes for member engagement, and I do not need or want follow-up emails when each person takes the quiz. So I turn that feature off, and I test, and it’s all good.So I keep testing other things with the quiz, tweaking a question perhaps, but nothing major.Then I test again, and those follow-up emails are back!Does anyone know if there’s an underlying logic that keeps adding this feature by default, which I’m triggering without knowing it? This has to be the fifth time it’s happened, so it’s not an isolated thing.If anyone has insight, I’d be grateful. 

I have been trying desperately to contact Typeform support to file a complaint about being billed for an account I do not have. I keep getting charged and am receiving email for the account but I never signed up and when I try to log in with the account that I receive email from, it shows as a brand new account with no subscription attached to it. I have written to customer support 3 times now and nothing is happening. I cannot seem to get through and this is incredibly frustrating. 

Hi, I am creating my first score quiz.  I have finished my questions, added scores. Now I am not sure how the clients get the results to the email address? Or does typeform only collects the address, without sending the results?  Do I need mail-chimp or does Typeform collects my email list? I added the email form to the end of my score quiz, now I am not sure if I create redirect  to url page to redirect the result to my web-page?  or just end screen saying thank you with no re-directing?  How does the clients get the results? I cannot figure this last thing out. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

I have a 74 question survey which I want to import and Typeform has a limit on how much it can import, but is this per time or per survey?For example, the limit means that there is only space for 10 of my questions. Can I do another import afterwards for another 10 questions, then again and again? Or is it limited to the first 10 questions only?Thanks

Hey,We have a solution where we extract responses from all workspaces on our Typeform account (Enterprise Basic Plan). Or, we try to extract from all workspaces. The token we use to access the API is connected to a personal account, and the workspaces the token grants access to is therefore constrained by the access of the personal account.Which means that when we create a new workspace (which we do, and will do moving forward), we have to remember to add that personal account to the workspace.Is there a way to work around this, so that an API token automatically has access to all workspaces? Or some other workaround?

Hi everyone, I’m not seeing any leads coming into WhatConverts through my typeform forms. I’ve taken a look at some guides, created some hidden fields and tried a few things but it’s getting overcomplicated and I think the connection won’t set up properly. Any ideas or suggestions on how to connect both platforms to track those forms with their fields? Thank you for your help!

I want to call some function in app once user submits the typeform. I know submit returns the  result callback in onSubmit() but how can I receive callback in app using this function name only? I checked the documentation but could not find anything related to mobile apps integration.

Hi AllFirst of all, I‘ve been testing the bellow issue and checking if some related issue has been raised before.. but i didn’t manage to find the problem and solutionI have a form with two attached two files.Normaly is working properly, but some users reported the same issue … Once the file has been upload a error message appeared ( the error message shows a dog, sorry i don’t have more details ) and they are not allowed to send the form. I didn’t manage to simulate the issue, even with the same file. But, sure there is something wrong. 3 people send me the issue.My question isHave you reported any issue related?, like wrong name of file, problemes with some browser o something like that?Thanks and sorry the few informationAnna  

 I'm qualifying my leads with some questions. I have one question in there that I would like to close the form or do-not-submit if they select that. I send them to an "ending" that says "It looks like you dont qualify", but it still shows up as a submission or "result". Anyway to close the form without a submission?
