Typeform conversations

Hello, I created a category quiz with typeform. I'm able to send the different answers to the questions to Activecampaign. But I also want to send the result (end page) to Activecampaign. Does anyone know how I can do that? In Activecampaign I can only select the outcome of different question and connect them to custom field. I can't select the result/end page category. Lookng forward to your response

Hi there,After watching Des’s recent workshop on creating custom reports to email, I’ve managed to follow the process using one dynamic field (called “group”) in my template. Now I want to add two additional dynamic fields to my template which I am calling “text_1” and “text_2”.  Only thing is, I’ve got a bit lost around the 29:00 min mark of the workshop.What I want to doPull text_1 and text_2 from a tab in my worksheet called “Text for each group” into the “Report” tab so that it will be included in the Document Studio process and the output template.For example, if group=happy, then display text_1 and text_2 for happy; if group=unhappy, then display text_1 and text_2 for unhappy, and so on.NoteThe text_1 and text_2 fields are not part of the original Typeform.Is this possible?Thank you.

HiI ma new to type form and I have created my first type form as a score quiz type form. I am having a problem in the end when it's showing me the total score of a participant and calculating a final score which is coming more than the total score. I have checked and rechecked manually the total score that can come and tried 2-3 times myself but its always giving me a score which is more than my calculated total score. Please help on how to correct this problem.

I do notice many options for Events / Custom Events in the Datastream setup itself - it would be great to have more specificity onWhether a new typeform-specific Datastream is required for setup Whether manual setup is needed for these Typeform events to show up (similar to how the dimension instructions are laid out)

Hello.I’m doing a test. I already assigned points to answers. When I show @score to the end. It shows the total points the user got. Is it possible to show the percentage? For example is the user got 9 out 10 questions he get 90% and so on. ThanksBen 

Hello Typeform community,I'm in the process of designing a booking form and need some assistance with best practices.Objective:When someone is booking tickets via the form, they can choose to purchase between 1 to 10 tickets. If they purchase more than one ticket, I would like to capture the full names of all additional ticket holders sequentially. I am aware of using form logic but just checking for a best practice approach.Requirements:1. If a user selects to purchase, say, 5 tickets, the form should prompt them for the names of ticket holders 2 through 5 in sequential open-ended questions.2. Only the full name of the additional ticket holders is needed. No additional details are required.3. No specific validation is required for these names.I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to best set this up in Typeform. I upgraded to the Plus plan immediately after paying $29 for the basic plan. So I paid extra $30 because the plus plan is $59. I have not been upgraded or even given an invoice yet my card was charged for that amount. Is this a scam or what?

The booking page didn’t show up when my clients wanted to schedule a call. I also tried, and accepted all cookies, but it’s still not working.

hi, i just upgraded for a plan but my form still does not show me the results? and it say that i need to pay for a plan although i received an email confirming my paid plan.

I have a survey live and it seems that I already have 1 response. It tells me in the statistics that there is one start and that almost all of my questions have a view (except of the last where the responder might left the survey).  However, in results it tells me that there is nothing! Most responses are required, so it cannot be that the participant saw all the questions but entered no data. How can that be? If there is a major problem, I am screwed, as the survey link is already distributed.

In FireFox and Chrome, but not Safari, all my pages with embedded Typeforms are suddenly jumping down to the Typeform automatically.  I’ve attempted to disable autofocus using the instructions on this page (adding data-tf-disable-autofocus to the embed code) but it has no effect, even after clearing my browser cache and/or testing in an incognito/private browser window.I see about a month ago there was a post about the same issue.  It was attributed to a glitch that was fixed on Typeform’s side, but it now appears to be happening again.

First, my customers log in to my website. Then they fill a Typeform to place an order. Since they already have to log in to my site, I would like it if they don’t have to, every time, type out their username in my “enter your username” (typeform) question. Possible?

Cannot adjust mobile images.Everything appears fine on desktop but images get cut off on mobile. No way to adjust. Please fix this ASAP.

I am trying to send a request to get API response, but CORS policy prevents me, so how can I send a request?  Knowing that I have a business plan Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://api.typeform.com/forms/UzkZtaLj' from origin 'https://auth-new-ed87a.web.app' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. 

This is how it looks And ironically, the form I’m writing on now is how I would like it to look. Why?  Because I want to encourage long answers. Anyway, is it possible?

When I create a statement card It only gives me the opening quotation mark. How do I get both the opening and closing quotation marks?

I want to send customised follow up emails depending on survey respondents’ answers to a specific question, I’ve found a help article that describes exactly what I want to do...but my settings bar doesn’t have “Follow ups” as an option, only “Notifications”. How do I access follow ups? 

Hello! I work in an NGO and use Typeform from the central office. Some chapter leaders have shown interested in using Typeform in their local chapter. Because of GDPR they cannot have access to all the forms. Is it possible to make specific workplace for specific group of user?

I want to dynamically change the videos in the typeform when the user come back - The vieo links are in Google sheet. Can typeform pull the data from the sheets or any other DB for automatic change?  

Hi there,  I just joined the Typeform community and I am trying to build a matrix-type survey. I was wondering if it is possible to add weight or score to each column of the matrix question. It is very useful when analysing large quantity of data. 

I’d like to create a form that they can signup subscription. Stripe has a feature for subscription. Does type form support it?

I mapped out the 14 most common difficulties that my students have.So i wanted to make a typeform where they rank all their difficulties from 0-10. But in the end i want to direct them to a specific page based on which was the higher answer.Example: If difficulty number 4 had the biggest intensity (compared to the other 13), the person is directed to a page where i give explanations about how to solve difficult 4. But i couldn’t find the option to do it...
