Typeform conversations

Dear Typeform Team,I set up a questionnaire with a logic that if a respondent is English, he will be send to the questions in English and if a respondente is Dutch, he will be send tot the questions in Dutch.The issue occured that I wanted to add the option ‘Other’ for several multiple choice questions. Since you can choose only one language for the questionnaire itself, this option will appear OR in Dutch OR in English. There seems to be no solution to change the language per question/question group.Could you please help me out? Best regards,MIchelle

Hi all,Can anyone confirm if the ‘since’ and ‘until’ query parameters work on their API GET requests?I have a curl function with the dates formatted in the exact same format as stated in here: Responses API walkthroughs (typeform.com). However, it does not pull unless I take the date range parameters out.Is this feature working?Thanks

Hello, When I set up the Salesforce XLR8 integration, it will only allow us to map fields to a contact. We are looking to utilize a report to update the entity page on SF. The error of “List has more than 1 row for assignment to SObject” populates when selecting anything other than contact. Anyone have ideas on how to solve this? 

Due to privacy reasons, I would like to be able to remove answers to questions that contain personal identifications such as email addresses, but would like to keep the rest of the responses so that I could still see the summary of the overall survey. Is this possible? If not, when can it be made possible as it's not user-friendly to need to transfer the responses to a google sheet or excel and then lose the Typeform's summary report access because you need to delete responses to 1 question.

I created a particular workspace to experiment with Typeform when I was new to it. It has a silly name. Since then created some more ‘serious’ workspaces which I use for my job. I deleted the experimental typeforms in the ‘silly’ workspace, but it's still sitting there and right now I'd like very much to either delete this  workspace, or rename it, but I don't know how.

Hey, i created a typeform and the last task is to enter your mail adress so I can contact that person.Unfortunately their answer/mail isn’t redirected to my gmail account. I already turned zappier on and it still hasn’t worked.What do I do wrong. Btw I’m on a free plan

Hello everyone, I hope you’re doing well.Since 2 days I encounter an issue, we embedded in a webview our typeform in our mobile application. The link of the typeform is working on devices (computer, mobile) if we click on it but when we’re in the application and needs to be redirected to the typeform in a webview there’s no typeform. We’re redirected to the home page as if our typeform doesn’t exist. Our developer checked if there was an error but there isn’t one.We are losing a lot of answers from our users and I really hope you can help us. 

I have embedded a Typeform in the header of my homepage, the layout defaults to mobile. What do I have to do on my end to adjust width and height? Any help would be much appreciated :)

Why are some question types not available to use in branch logic? For example I would like to ask for a phone number but the response is not required. I want to be able to skip some questions based on the response of the phone number question. The phone number is not available as an option make a rule around.

Hi. I would like to pass data between multiple embedded forms through hidden fields in WebFlow. We’ve created a multiform questionnaire that communicates from one section to the other with hidden fields. This works well if the forms are typeform links, since the hidden fields are added to the slug, but this breaks down when we want to embed those forms on website pages (in our case webflow).Is there a way to pass hidden fields, from one form embedded on one page, to another form embedded on a different page? 

hi peeps, my typeform is all set up on Insta - so all good there,  I have filled out the link myself to test drive and i was hoping that the info would come through to my email? but it hasnt?10 questions approx on potential client fitness goals, contact details etc.If anyone makes an enquiry i wouldnt know?Any advice would be most welcome, thank you

Hi there. I have generated a report for a survey, but when I want to print it is only printing out 2 questions and not the entire survey.Does anyone know how to fix this?

After connecting to typeform.com and logging in with Google, the following message appears continuously.---Start message--500. We feel a disturbance in the formsSomething’s not right, but we don't have any more details.Refresh the page, or check back in a bit.Check Typeform status , Refresh the page-----End of Message---For now, if I log in with Google, it will continue to appear.And when I barely log in after a continuous refresh, another problem arises.When I try to view the form I made, it says "Oops, something went wrong".Not once or twice, but constantly.I also cleared the cache and tried a different browser. 

Hello,I would like to make a multilingual (2 languages) form using 3 forms (one to choose the language and 2 for each language).I don’t want to add pictures (as it is explained here https://www.typeform.com/help/a/create-typeforms-in-multiple-languages-workaround-360058731891/) but I would like to let the user choose between 2 language in the principle of YES/NOT (“Yes” for the first language, “not” for the second one).Then I would like to redirect to each forms depending of the choice. So I'm trying to add two “redirect to URL” but I don’t how to add the logical… (there is an Error, I don’t know why)Thank you for your help! 

Hello Team, I need to update form fields using api. PATCH is not working with fields value, so I need to use PUT method, My form is too long first i get the json response and I have to pass whole json again bcz if I miss anything then form logic, hidden values, setting , all these things will miss.So I have to pass whole json is it correct. Also is there any way, I can update only fields « multiple choice options . My json data is very long .

Hi, It seems like something is off with typeform, I have submitted many of my typeforms, but I’m not receiving any data in any of the typeforms. neither in result or webhooks.

Apologies if this question has already been asked but I can’t seem to find the answer I need in current posts.I have created a self assessment style quiz which contains some multiple choice questions with multiple selections required (eg, which 3 of these…...).  I would like to add 1 to the score only if the correct 3 answers are chosen, but it seems the calculator only allows me to add a score if one answer is selected.Here is a screen shot of my question:If the user selects A, C, and E I would like to add one to the score but add zero if they choose any other combination.When I try to add a calculation I can only add a score for each correct answer:Can anyone advise me on how to do this, or suggest a possible work around please?Thanks in advance!

Hello everybody,Iam so pissed off because I build a long typeform here and now after all I made I learn that actually only the 10 first responders will be aloud to participate. It sucks. Is it this world we want to build? Why not inform people BEFORE.? Because they would run away? So you prefer to trap them?More over dear admin 4 people have respond and it said that 75% of my 10 respond are now occupied… Math problems…Such a pity…Thank for any help, I keep hoping 

Hi there, I am new to type form. I have just created my score quiz and published. When the client goes to take the quiz the typeform is already showing the correct answer. The black tick in the upper right hand corner is showing the correct choice. How do I switch this off so the client cant see the answer?Thanks
