Typeform conversations

Hello,I need to set up an auto trigger so that people are emailed to complete their forms if they don’t submit. I don't see any option, and also I can’t see the partically completed forms in the backend either (only the stats on how many completed) Thank you,Carmen

Is it possible to get respondents to electronically sign or attest at the conclusion of the typeform? If not, anyone know of a good work around?

Nous sommes l’agence évènementielle Bisons et nous utilisons régulièrement Typeform pour l’ensemble de nos projets clients. Pour des évènements digitaux, hybrides ou mêmes physiques.Typeform, nous permets, en amont de l’évènements de demander aux participants de s’inscrire, afin de collecter des données, mais également nous permets de vérifier les personnes présentes, notamment pour notre plateforme evenement.tv. Puis après l’évènement, Typeform nous permets d’envoyer une un sondage de satisfaction à l’ensemble des participants. Ce sondage, nous permet de connaitre leurs avis et de continuellement nous améliorer. Mais nous utilisons également Typeform pour une solution delivre d’or digital que nous avons développé, et qui nous permet de récolter des messages, photos et vidéos, afin de créer le livre d’or. Er pour finir Typeform, nous permet une prise de contact pour nos clients sur notre site Bisons.  

I removed the popups on my wix pages, but, for some reason, the popup comes on with a typeform website on it. I tried to look where it is coming from but can’t find where to remove it completely. Please help!

Hi, I have the following problem:I would like to set up my form in such a way that the leads have to give specific answers to 2 different multiple choice questions in order to get to ending 1.So really BOTH questions have to be answered in a certain way. Just one is not enough.I set it like this: The problem is that currently only one correct answer is enough to get to Ending A. The second question is ignored by Typeforms and the lead comes up with Ending A although the criteria of the second question are not correct.Can someone tell me how to set this up correctly? Hi everyone!I’m using the Responses API to retrieve responses of one of my forms. For each response, I need to retrieve some of the fields and also the hidden fields. I decided to use the query parameter “fields” in order to retrieve only those fields I’m interested in, but I’ve seen that this way the hidden fields are not retrieved anymore. I’m wondering it’s because they’re are also “fields”, so I need to include them in the “fields” parameter, but I don’t know how because they don’t have an id.By the way, does anyone know how to use the query parameter “fields” with the field’s ref instead of the field’s id?

I used the Typeform create workspace API to create a new workspace but I can't find the workspace I created in my Typeform dashboard/UI. Using the retrieve workspace API, I can see the list of workspaces including the ones I created using the create workspace API but I can't see the workspace on my dashboard(Typeform UI).I tried updating the workspace by adding a new member using the update workspace API but it seems the update workspace API has been updated while the doc hasn't been updated as I'm getting a bad request error(I attached a screenshot that shows the response error). How do I see the workspaces I created using the workspace API on my Typeform dashboard/UI How can I fix the error message I’m getting when using the update workspace API 

Can you make an entire question group optional?

Some of the survey responses received through typeform will not be answered. However, this question is an essential element, so I cannot help but answer it. Do you happen to know about the error that only certain questions do not appear in the survey?The question in question is to collect the customer's name and phone number. If you know about skipping phone numbers and name questions from time to time, please let me know.

Hi, I am using typeform to collect answers for a research project. I need to track individuals’ answers over time (2 time points), so I need to compare the responses from 2 different time points of the same participant. However, everything needs to be anonymous, so I can’t ask for their information or email. Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

I’m creating a form which asks users to upload their bios, headshots and CVs and dropping them in the corresponding folder on google drive. How does typeform label these attachments? As the person has labeled? Or by the typeform submission somehow?

I’ll probably have more questions down the line I’ll pay this helpful community back with my own insights once I know how everything works :-)Question 1: I tried to embed a videoask in Mighty Networks, this didn’t work. Is it possible to do this and I just don’t know how?Question 2: Embedding a Typeform in Mighty Networks does work.This way I can embed my Videoasks in a Typeform and embed that on my Mighty Networks. How do I copy my entire Videoask structure into a typeform? So far I’ve only managed to copy one video in typeform and not the follow-up videos that should appear once you click the multiple choice in that first video.Thank you for your insights!!!! Hi, is it possible to add an hidden definition under the question? The definition would be visible only if you dragged your mouse on it. Instead of having the description that is already offered under the question, i would like to insert a definition of a term that is mentionned in the question. Thanks!
