Typeform conversations

We have made a survey - when I open it on my iPhone it shows perfectly but when my co-worker opens on his Android it shows up as a much darker colour and when we open on our computers it shows correctly - any idea why this would happen?

Dear Support Team,I've been encountering an issue while trying to integrate my Typeform with Airtable using Zapier. Specifically, the integration fails when attempting to match a Typeform dropdown question with a multiple select field in Airtable.I have two scenarios:Scenario 1 (Works successfully) Typeform question (Dropdown): Language Skills Options: English, Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, Japanese, Russian Airtable field (Multiple Select): Language Skills Options: English, Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, Japanese, Other The above integration works only when I include the "Other" option in the Airtable field.Scenario 2 (Fails) Typeform question (Dropdown): Marketing Skills Options: Affiliate Marketing, AI Tools, Automation Tools, Brand Strategy, ChatGPT, Content Creation, Conversion Rate Optimization, Copywriting, Data Analytics, Data Science, Discord Engagement, Email Marketing, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Graphic Design, Landing Page Design, Memes, Multi-Platform Paid Ads, No-Code Tools

I have a canva website, I have connected calendly, and typeform. I can’t seem to connect stripe to either Canva or type form. When I press connect to stripe on type form I get the message ‘waiting for your authorisation in stripe’ But I can’t see how to authorise type form in Stripe. Any thoughts? thank you.

Guys, I'm doing some tests on the form before sending it to the public and I wanted to delete my own responses. How do I delete my responses from the form?

Hi everyone,Sorry I’m quite new here. I sent a request form to the Suport Team but maybe (hopefully) it will be quicker to get an answer with the Community...I have the Free Plan that limits to 10 responses. I did reach the 10 responses, but it also says ‘Resets on Jul 10’ which supposed to be today. Unfortunately for some reason, my form is still closed and on my workspace it says that I did hit my monthly limit.I’m a bit confused now… Do I have to do a particular manipulation in my account for it to be reset please? THANK YOU SO MUCH IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP !!!

Good morning, i’m looking to append the results of different forms. They will have the same columns. I came up with google sheet but it’s not solid enough cause the forms will probably be a lot. Do you have any suggestion on how to deal with that? It should be an online tool cause then I need to push the data in zapier.Thanks for helping out

I have been struggling with an issue of Typeform & GTM from last 2-weeks. I have created a web app where I have used the Type form for Question Answers. I have successfully integrate the GTM with the type form. Now I have created different PAGEVIEW events.While I am viewing the PREVIEW mode the first web app is there but when I click on a button and Typeform is active no Trigger has been fired. There is an error message - TYPE FORM IS NOT ENABLED FOR DEBUGGING.Is there anybody who can help me in this.

On our website, we have embedded typeform at the end of the page, so when we go to those pages where we have Typeform embedded it automatically scrolls down to the bottom. that means, visitors dont even get second to read the top pages content. It is disrupting whole experience. would appreciate any help.Note: we have built website on Wix and wix support says the problem is not from their end but from third party code embeded i.e typeform. so please help

Hi!  I’m having trouble integrating the two programs.  In Typeform, I used a template to create the form but then edited all of the questions.  For some reason, during the mapping step, all of the questions from the template Typeform are pulling in vs. the custom ones I put.  The Airtable questions are correctly pulling in.  Please see the image attached. I’ve tried this through Typeform and also tried this through Airtable and both results are the same. Any suggestions are verymuch appreciated!!  

Hello everyone,  I’m trying to create a “how much would you save with us” calculator but to no avail. I’ve done thousand tests, tried setting numerous variables and the logic chart doesn’t seem to be responding adequately. Has someone done something similar so I can take a look at their breakdown to try and replicate? I’m on a deadline and these have been the most stressful weeks of my life. I’m certain my formula is pretty close to functioning but I obviously don’t see the missing piece. Help please!

Does typeform provide ability to have a dynamic user addition - Ability to add multiple users to the form dynamically. This can be achieved by providing a button or an option for the customer to add another set of user information fields - the form starts with a single user information fields, and ability to “add user” one after another.Thanks!

After building up a questionnaire in typeform, when other user(not in the same team) also needs the same questionnaire, is it possible to transfer/duplicate this specific questionnaire to his account?  

Hello,I need to set up an auto trigger so that people are emailed to complete their forms if they don’t submit. I don't see any option, and also I can’t see the partically completed forms in the backend either (only the stats on how many completed) Thank you,Carmen

Is it possible to get respondents to electronically sign or attest at the conclusion of the typeform? If not, anyone know of a good work around?

I removed the popups on my wix pages, but, for some reason, the popup comes on with a typeform website on it. I tried to look where it is coming from but can’t find where to remove it completely. Please help!

Current Typeform structure (standard build at the moment)Hello! I am looking to build logic into my Typeform survey form (for the first time), and I am running into some issues that traditional documentation has not been able to help me solve.I have a 9 question survey that asks a user to rank their opinion on a given topic on a scale from 1-6.For the sake of external reporting that we are conducting outside of Typeform, I need to clearly have one winning question and one losing question.
