Typeform conversations

Is there a way in typeform to have another Other option pop up, when a user filled existing other option. I have such use case, I would ask what sports you play and give you multiple choices with ‘Other’ option, some one might play two different sports that are not on the list and how would I get them fill their two options?

Hey everyone! I recently moved to the Training & Quality team here at Typeform and I’m super curious to hear from other people that are using Typeform for their online courses/eLearning or as a LMS replacement. If you are currently doing this, would you mind sharing a bit more about your process? Also, if you have spotted Typeform being used for this in the wild, I’d love to see it too :)   

In a situation where we do not collect a user’s name/email (for instance, if we wanted their responses to be completely anonymous), how can we set up our Typeform so that it assigns each person a unique user ID and that unique user ID is passed along to Typeform/VideoAsk?

Hi there, trying to upgrade from starter to Plus on a monthly basis, but payment gets declined all the way (Revolut). I am getting the card verification screen on Revolut on which I accept, afterwards the payment gets declined. Is there any trouble paying with Revolut for Typeform? I do not have any other business account, so it’s this or I need to find some tool else…? Thanks!

I am completely illiterate when it comes to the computer. I’m a credentialed Minister, as well as Paralegal, and Drug & Alcohol Counselor whose trying to start up a counseling business and at the beginning of this site you are given 3 options for creating a template. For the last week whenever i try and send out a link to a survey I get this message saying that there is unsaved content.  Then when I go back to save I get a further message to say that there is a technical issue and that we are working on it…..So far I have had one lame message to say “we are scaling this up to the technical team”Is anyone else having this problem?I am going to have to find a new platform pretty soon if their tech team aren’t coming up with a fix

Hello,I’m wondering if there’s still no way to limit the number of seats available when selling tickets through Typeform?I know I can close the form after a certain number of responses, but most people will be buying more than 1 ticket. That means that unless I monitor the form very closely (which is impossible,) I could easily oversell the event.Is there no way around this? Seems like basic functionality if you’re selling tickets.

Hello, We are doing data capture and Leads through Typeform but we want to start measuring better and for that we would like to be able to measure these 3 things in GA4. (We don't use embedded forms, we use links to the Typeform share URL):1 The page from which they enter a typeform.2 Knowing the channel and source/medium of the user.3 Convert the Submit of the typeforms into conversion events differentiated for each typeform.Right now we do not know how to measure these objectives and everything is marked as direct traffic and it is impossible to know the page through which the user entered the typeform.Regards

Is there a way to do that?  As a trivial example, let’s say that I have the following three questions with answers in [brackets].(1) What’s the name of your first child? [Max](2) What’s the name of your second child? [Sarah](3) What’s the name of your third child? [Jennifer] If I want to ask a fourth question, “Who is your favorite child?” that references as possible answers for the multiple choice: A. Max, B. Sarah, and C. I’ve created a quiz to ask what colours you have in your logo ()  I have it so that it says ‘if you have <black> in question 3 AND <pink> in question 4, it will take you to an ending that says ‘You have Pink + Black’. But the AND doesn’t seem to function, it bumped me to a different ending entirely.

I have integrated typeform to my canva presentation correctly, but i have another problem. I created a question for the public to answer by show of hands and when i answer for them and it shows the correct information it gets stuck there and I cant pass to the next slide of the presentation. How do I fix this?

Our Salesforce account records phone numbers using the “+1” international format. We use this to sort out duplicate submissions.Is there a way to get phone numbers from Typeform into our SF in that format using the phone field? I didn’t see that option anywhere.
