Typeform conversations

Good morning everyone.I’m currently trialling building an order form in Typeform for our online customers and have been asked if I can add a summary feature either as a sidebar style feature or at the end before submitting the order.  Ideally the former because our customers can place orders with multiple line items and if they get interrupted by a phone call during an order, being able to know which items you’ve already added to the order would be useful.Is this something that’s achievable with Typeform?

Hi!I am currently facing an issue where the actual landing page of my website is not being displayed on Google Analytics for Typeform goal conversions. Previously, the GA report for Behavior > Site Content > Landing Pages displayed the correct landing page after a Typeform goal conversion up until January 27th. However, now it only shows "/to/typeformID/..." as the landing page where the goal was converted. I am looking for a solution to display the website's landing page after a Typeform goal conversion instead of the "/to/typeformID/..." page. Is there a way to resolve this issue?   

Hi,We use embedded Typeforms in our application.We have a new user on the platform who is getting the above issue.When the user clicks on the popup, the popup fails to finish loading.Other users do not have this issue. Is this a due to a security measure and do you have any suggestions? Thanks,Eoin   

Hello,We want to replicate forms in multilingual variation, indeed we saw Typeform recommendations, but they seem rather a walkaround. Question:Is it possible to do multilingual via API? E.g. you have one form, but you could simply have all the questions, description and answers translated, could via API indicate this is /en this is /es and it would load same form, but in different language, or that would work and better to create a copy of form and use it that way? Also, when you create a copy via api, would it also appear in the Typeform admin panel?

Hello! I’m trying to import data from a Typeform into Monday and I can’t find a form for Phone number. I’ve added text fields as well as phone fields to my Monday workspace so it must be a Typeform issue. See attached screenshot. Thank you in advance.   

Hello! I am brand new to the Typeform community and I tried my best to find this answer in message boards but I did not have much success. I am curious if it is possible to request facebook information from someone in a form so that i can send them messages in Facebook? I work at a school and when folks apply for a school place it is much more natural to reach out to them on Facebook rather than with email. Do you know if this is possible?

Help! I have set up multiple questions on my typeform but it will only allow me to publish 3. I have paid for unlimited questions? Is there an option I am missing??

Hi!I’m trying to set up a payments chain within my Typeform. There are two main questions which are linked to the final price. I’ve just used random numbers in place for the example. Question 1: Select your plan A: $100B: $200 Question 2: If you would like to add our ‘extra’ add on package, select your chosen amount.A: $50B: $100C: Other (enter any amount you want) At the end when they are guided to the payments page, i have set up the logic so that both the A and B answers from both questions add up to the total amount. However, I’m wondering if there is a way for the customer to enter any amount in the C answer and it be added to the total price at the end? I haven’t been able to figure it out. Any help would be great. Cheers.

Hello,  I want to embed my Typeform to my website. The problem I have is that the survey does not pop up on the right place and is stuck at the bottom of the webpage (it does not move while scrolling). I want the Typeform to move while scrolling. Based on accessibility to help user with blindness we need to add an attribute to survey button. How do you add a text field to a multiple choice answer?

Hi,  I’m trying to build a registration form, using student ID (from our school district), it has two distinct issue I’d like help with.It is a certain amount of characters(7) not a minimum or max number. It starts with the number 0 and it automatically removes the 0 as they are inputting.How can I make sure that the 0 get input?Let me know if anyone has any solutions to share. Thank you!

I have a quiz that has 4 possible answers.  I have a total of 6 questions.  I have assigned 1 point for each correct answer.  I’d like to request that each participant complete 5 correct questions before moving to the next part of the course.  Can I request that each participant accurately complete 5 out of 6 questions correctly before moving on?  Can the quiz be taken more than once so that the participant can pass the quiz?

Hi everyone,I’m new to Typeform and really need the community expertise !I’m looking to get an Overview of all surveys per Customer Name / Contact name in a Gantt chart / project / calendar planner format.  Use case:Several different departments will be sending / scheduling survey and I'd want this to be a transparent interactive , and coordinated effort to avoid survey overload ! Typeform doesn't offer this feature and I haven't been able to find yet an app that can integrate to Typeform and provide it … I don't want to create an excel file ! Anyone an idea/ suggestion? Many thanks ! Hasna from GreenFlux

Hi,I only purchased this product today and I’m not finding it easy to create what I want. Basically, I’m running a small event and want to give people two options for payment. Pay eg $10 Pay eg $20I want them to click the option they want to pay for the event and for that to be linked to the credit card billing. So if they chose 1. They would be billed $10 or if they chose 2. They would be billed $20 Cannot make this work. Any help gratefully received. Thankyou

Hi guys I am creating my 1st quiz, the answers are A or B.  I want to create a logic to add all the A results and alll the B results to give the following outcomes If calculated more A answers than B answers you are XIf calculated more B answers than A answers you are YIf calculated answers A and B are = you are ZHow do i create this? 

I’ll try to explain my problem as clearly as I can.I have built a leadership style (personality quiz).There is a total of 13 possible styles. The end result will be the style with the highest cumulative score.I have created a variable for each of the 13 styles. Rather than having 13 answers for each question (!), I have narrowed down the answers to 5 possible options. Each answer is associated to 2 or 3 leadership style.Based on the selected answer, 2 or 3 leadership styles get 1 point. The others get 0.As respondents go through the questions, some of the leadership styles get points (while others don’t).At the end of the quiz, each of the 13 styles has a score (saved in variables). So… How do I retrieve and compare the scores of the 13 styles? And how do I select the highest score from the variables, so I can trigger the right End Screen? Thanks for helping me resolve this.

Hello,I just integrated Typeform with Salesforce to input leads in the CRM. For that, I mapped the form as Checking for Existing and used Email as key.However, for some reason, the same leads are being recreated over and over in Salesforce automatically, even if we don’t receive new submissions. Please, how do I stop this? Thank you,

Hi! I want to give each respondent to my Typeform a unique confirmation code. I see in the Google Sheets integration, you get a Token (see image). In the Typeform API you can call a responseID, but I can’t figure out how to set one that can send to Notion. It doesn’t have to be this response ID, just a unique code I can send to the user. Like a Ticket Number, Submission ID, etc.  I would also like to display this code on the End screen if possible.
