Typeform conversations

Hi,I only purchased this product today and I’m not finding it easy to create what I want. Basically, I’m running a small event and want to give people two options for payment. Pay eg $10 Pay eg $20I want them to click the option they want to pay for the event and for that to be linked to the credit card billing. So if they chose 1. They would be billed $10 or if they chose 2. They would be billed $20 Cannot make this work. Any help gratefully received. Thankyou 

I want to receive notifications whenever someone submits a typeform to me. How do i do that?

My subscription was charged yesterday, but I have no interest in continuing because I am not using the tool.Does anyone know how to cancel and ask for a refund?Thanks.

Hi guys I am creating my 1st quiz, the answers are A or B.  I want to create a logic to add all the A results and alll the B results to give the following outcomes If calculated more A answers than B answers you are XIf calculated more B answers than A answers you are YIf calculated answers A and B are = you are ZHow do i create this? 

I’ll try to explain my problem as clearly as I can.I have built a leadership style (personality quiz).There is a total of 13 possible styles. The end result will be the style with the highest cumulative score.I have created a variable for each of the 13 styles. Rather than having 13 answers for each question (!), I have narrowed down the answers to 5 possible options. Each answer is associated to 2 or 3 leadership style.Based on the selected answer, 2 or 3 leadership styles get 1 point. The others get 0.As respondents go through the questions, some of the leadership styles get points (while others don’t).At the end of the quiz, each of the 13 styles has a score (saved in variables). So… How do I retrieve and compare the scores of the 13 styles? And how do I select the highest score from the variables, so I can trigger the right End Screen? Thanks for helping me resolve this.

Hello,I just integrated Typeform with Salesforce to input leads in the CRM. For that, I mapped the form as Checking for Existing and used Email as key.However, for some reason, the same leads are being recreated over and over in Salesforce automatically, even if we don’t receive new submissions. Please, how do I stop this? Thank you,

Hi! I want to give each respondent to my Typeform a unique confirmation code. I see in the Google Sheets integration, you get a Token (see image). In the Typeform API you can call a responseID, but I can’t figure out how to set one that can send to Notion. It doesn’t have to be this response ID, just a unique code I can send to the user. Like a Ticket Number, Submission ID, etc.  I would also like to display this code on the End screen if possible. 

Hi. I am building a Typeform for people in local authorities to use when they want to know about possible ways to improve their town centres. It will have examples, some multiple choice “quiz’ questions and facilities for asking for recommendations.I want people to be able to go back to the Typeform as many time as they wish. Is this likely to be a problem? Will they be prevented from going though the Typeform multiple times?

Hi, i just add my facebook pixel but the facebook chrome extension is not showing the data.  Also i follow the steps that you mention on this article https://www.typeform.com/help/a/facebook-pixel-integration-installation-and-setup-360029259432/ but it still not showing the custom conversions on facebook “Typeformfisrtinteraction” and “Typeformsubmit” I also contact you guys and YOU DONT HAVE A LIVE CHAT so this can be fix in the moment, i cant start running ads because this is not showing correctly.  i am rolled on the business plan with typeform and i think is very very bad thing that you dont have a live chat to solve this problem.  i just sent you several emails from my account  i will leave some photos, please help me    NOT SHOWING CUSTOM CONVERSIONS “Typeformfisrtinteraction” and “Typeformsubmit”

I also work in the field of video editing, as I have previously worked for five years in the field of advertising.

We are considering embedding a survey in emails sent from our marketing automation platform, but are curious if there are email clients that don’t support the Typeform embed. I saw a question here about having to tweak the layout for Outlook, but are there any email clients/inbox providers that won’t support the embed at all and will throw an error? Or is there any kind of fallback that’s presented if an email client does not support the embed? Thanks in advance!

I have started a multiple-choice quiz Typeform however I cannot get past a problem whereby after the user answers the first question and sees the response the quiz ends even though I have more questions built in. In other words, the Typeform doesn’t advance them to next question. I cannot find how to get beyond this problem. TIA.

Hi there.I’ve published a survey several weeks ago and last day I figured out because of a problem I lost a lot of submissions unfortunately. The problem was that at the end of the survey, I put an email question with the note of “thank you for your participation, feel free to add your email for further contacts”But they had to write the email or skip that screen to finish the survey and submit, while a lot of people when saw “thank you...” just closed the tab/survey and I didn’t get the results!Even though they already answered all of the questions!Please let me know if there are any possible remedies to retrieve the lost submissions and at least have access to their previous answers. Thank you in advance

I started to use typeform today but I have no ideia how to do it. I would like to know if there’s some here, a brazilian one would help me a lot, to do my project. I have already the desing made but i need to create it from 0 again with some adaptations. 

I have a survey question which asks users what slot types they want to post their requests for. They can pick one or multiple of the following three slot types: AM, PM, NOC. For each one of these options that they select, I then want to open up a text field (preferably within that same question/step) which asks them to fill out the specific start and end times for each slot type and the desired dates for each slot type.  So, for example. If I fill out AM, I can then enter in the text field: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM for 03/14, 03/16, 03/20-03/26What would be even better is if there were an option in Typeform which allows the user to multiselect dates from a calendar. The Calendly option won’t work since this is for a specific requestor to post their work needs which then gets sent out to a pool of people who can accept the request.Any help would be greatly appreciated! 

The problem that I am encountring, I have created a typeform survey and also created a notion survey table for the answer to be connected later on. all good until here. When doing the connection (mapping) first question in the survey has “Other” option enabled and when mapping the question with the notion field it gives me this notice as indicated in below screenshot. also on notion; I have defined the multi select answers; what is the best approach for Others option in the answers. Because user manually has to define their answer, but Notion says it wont be saved in the field. Anybody experience the same? looking forward a quick turn on this one :)have great days folks :)

Good afternoon,I integrated typeform to Active Campaign and I want to send out a survey to the contacts in Active campaign. I do not want them to fill in all contact details again, so I wanted to use ?email=%email% to the end of the URL. I tested and it works. If the receiver clicks the link it will take over their e-mail, so I know from which respondent the answers are coming and information of the survey will be added to their profile in Active Campaign (not sure if this is the best way, so if not, please let me know)But now the difficulty: the first question of the survey should be: what is your position and they have the choice out of four target groups: architects interior designers resellers consumersAll groups will receive different questions. The total survey is different, so I would like to start with the position question in a seperate survey and based on the answer I would like to redirect them to following survey. Hi, When I open my form through Mobile it shows another background color, different than the one I selected on the theme and Desktop. Can anybody help me with this issue?Thank you!!

I have 3 groups of questions. Each group has either a yes or no answer. I’ve set up the following in the Score Quiz section: In group A if they select yes it counts as 3 points (8 questions, total possible 24)In group B if they select yes it counts as 2 points (6 questions, total possible 12)In group C if they select it counts as 1 point (3 questions, total possible 3 points).  I want to calculate the percentage total for each group (and one overall score)I found the very useful article by John here on how to do percentage scores I have set up the correct variable so I have a GroupA, GroupB and GroupC variable set as a number with the value 0. . The problem seems to be the @score is cumulative and somewhat unpredictable. If I put logic in for Group A on each question where I say if “question” =yes  then  @score + @GroupA , I get a result of 108 for all of Group A Is there a way of resetting @score to zero before the logic on the first question on each group so I know it starts at 0. Al

I am looking for a way, without an integration if possible, to send the result of a quiz to a specific email address selected by a response to one of the quiz questions.e.g. they choose either:Team ATeam BTeam Cthen they complete the quiz and it is sent to the email address of Team A (for example)Can this be done without Zapier etc?Many thanks :)

I’ve set up a quiz style typeform that calculates scores and includes 4 different ending options. What I’d like to do is send 4 different emails to quiz takers that includes some personalized information AND their score (its a numerical value). I’ve been playing around with Zapier and I can’t seem to get this to work. Anyone else tried this?

Is it possible to send a different email based off of conditions within the form.Mainly I would be looking to send a different email if you are the first person to fill out the form / or have a different response depending on the timeframe the form was submitted. i.e. Can I send response A if you submit the form within the first week, and response B if you submit the form anytime after that? Thanks!

Hi, I want to send emails based on what the customer will respond. My typeform has a question with 9 possibilities so I want to send 9 differents emails depending on what answer the customer select, in order to target our message for the customer. I have tried to integrate my typeform to Mailchimp but if the customer answer once the typeform he will only receive the targeted email once. I am looking for a solution, everytime a customer answer my typeform he will receive an appropriate targeted email.  Thanks in advance for your help. Hélène,
