I have a very simple 10 question form. ON the first Yes / No question, I have simple logic that “No” goes to the the End screen. AllNow on the second question I’m trying to add logic. I:Click “Add rule” In in the second dropdown box after “If”, the only question in that box is the first question, not the second one. All other questions are missing.ANy ideas what’s going on?

Hello! I am using Typeform to create feedback surveys to distribute to our customers. Is it possible for my team to have access to the surveys and responses? How would I go about this? 

Hi all;I just made my first form and connected the account to Microsoft. Connected Microsoft One Drive to it as well.I gave a name to the file, toggled on the connection, filled up some test forms, … But, no file shows up in my OneDrive.Do I need to do anything else on Microsoft or Typeform for the file to be “created” and updated?Thanks,Òscar

I have embedded a Typeform.com form on my website using the provided embed code, but the form is not displaying correctly. The form seems to be cut off or cut in half, and some of the fields are missing. I have tried adjusting the size of the iframe, but that did not fix the issue. What could be causing the form to display incorrectly on my website, and how can I fix it?

Hi,  Is it possible to show an image as a response when the respondent selects a particular choice. E.g. If the respondent selects what should I eat for Vitamin B12 deficiency, and the response is image of “Meat”

Does anyone know why the integration to google sheets would toggle itself off once the form is submitted?I’m doing a typeform to typeform survey and the results from the from the first form are being recorded in typeform, but the google integration toggle turns off everytime I test the first form (and the results don’t get passed to google sheets).I can toggle the integration back on, but it just happens again.

I’m creating a questionnaire for people wanting software training.  One question asks them to choose each feature of the software that they are currently using.  I want to then create a second set of questions for each thing they select in this one question.ie: If they pick 5 features they use, I want them to get one new question for each of the 5 things they chose so I can get more information on how they are using that feature.  I thought about adding a Score to each line and then using Logic to say if the score was 30 then show them this question next.  Would that work? 

It’s far too early in the morning for my brain to work correctly I think, can I run something past the community and get some assistance? We have a form where we ask the user on #16 what fire rating they require. A) is None, B and C are 1 and 2 Hours respectively. On #17, we ask if they need any additional ratings - such as airtight, acoustic, smoke seals. On #19, we ask what they lock they would like. The desired outcome is:if a user selects B or C on #16, we want to skip question #19 entirely and send them to #21, but still send the user to question #17. My question is, where should the logic go? I have tried putting the logic on #16, but this hasn’t worked.I also tried putting it on #17, thinking if it was the question before it would easily bypass the next question. But that didn’t work either and now I am utterly perplexed. This is how this looks: However there’s a bunch of other logic on this question, and I know ordering matters with Typeform. Could this be the issue?  

Hi community, we would like to do a telephone survey and a survey in typeform. the qualitative telephone survey should complete our data. later we would like to evaluate and present both surveys together. i think typeform is not suitable for entering the answers from the telephone interviews. which tool would be suitable here? and how can the answers be evaluated together at the end? Thanks :-)

I am building a request form for clients to request 3 different items. I want to pass through data if a client is coming from a specific link - e.g., I know they want X request, so that’s automatically filled out, and they just need to confirm their name and email address.  Is that possible with Typeform?

Hi everyone, I am trying to create a Myers Briggs type test. Here is an example5 questions for category A, and if someone answers 3 or correct I would like them to go to outcome 1.5 questions for category B, and if someone answers 3 or correct I would like them to go to outcome 2. But if some answers 3 or more correct for category A and B, they would go to outcome 3. Is this possible and how would I do this.The full test is around 25 questions with 16 possible outcomes. With thanks Phil

Hi Typeform community, I would like to know if Typeform saves the progress of the responses on the respondent side? I need to know this because we want to do an application process through Typeform, in which applicants submit large text responses to question + submit documentation requested, but I don’t want to do it through Typeform if it does not save the progress done by the respondent while responding the questions as they are extense. For example, if she/he wants to do another task, close the internet, has a problem and reset his computer, or simply wants to continue working on the submission form another day; I want that person to come back and be able to start where she/he left the work, even if it is in the middle of a response without pressing any submission or progress button.For clarity, we do not need data of partial responses on our side, only to confirm that progress is saved on the respondent side.

We ask our users if they wish to allow cookie based tracking and if they reject it we wish to disable any reporting to GTM. How can I achieve this with TypeForm?

I’ve been a Typeform subscriber for 5+ years now. I’m shocked to see that my account has been downgraded to the FREE plan and all my Typeforms have been taking down, despite the fact that I’ve paid for the yearly PRO subscription. Typeform did not send a single email to me, before taking all the forms offline.  I’ve created a ticket, and even sent an email to: billing@typeform.com.  My entire business relies on capturing leads through Typeform, and the fact that Typeform does not provide urgent support to its loyal customers is shockingly unbelievable to me. 😟 Does anyone know if there’s any way to reach the support urgently? P.S: I can’t access Live Chat, because I’ve been downgraded to the Free plan. 

Hello - I have a registration for with a complex series of branching and calculations to determine ticket pricing for a conference. I have had a few people reach out with incorrect calculations, and I am trying to track down the logic error.Is it possible to print out the full list of Branching and Calculations? The individual logic steps I have set up appear to be correct. However, there must be some sequencing error leading to the increased pricing. I would love to be able to see the full list of these to help sort that out, but on my screen I can only see a portion at a time. I have tried printing the browser window, but it will only print a portion of the visible section (even if I Zoom out to fit more in the window, it still won’t print what it shows).Thanks for any tips!

Hi,I opened a paid account for myself, I created 50 questionnaires there. I shared the questionnaires with a paid account of my workplace. If I now cancel my paid private paid account - will the files be deleted on the shared folder since I am the one who originally created them? Or will they stay and work normally? They are all already integrated.Thanks

Can you put a normal slide with only some text in a form? (without a question)?

I have ran a multiple choice question and allowed respondents to tick all that apply.When I get the results into Google Sheets; all answers are listed in a single cell separated by a comma. This means I cannot count the values of all that apply unless I manually separate the answers. Can anyone help me fix this issue?Many thanks,Alan
