Hey everyone,I have added the option of sending a custom email notification to people that have completed the survey. Although when testing it out I got this at the end of the email:  I have two questions:Why is that line of numbers and text appearing at the end of the emails? And how can I fix it? Is there any way I can hide the Typeform message that appears in grey or is that a automatic mandatory message?Thank youDiana

Hello,We use the Typeform for getting feedback about social workshops for elementary school kids. One of the questions is what school do you go to? and then there is a dropdown list of 4217 schools… a lot… Problem is, when the kids open the dropdown menu, the typing frame/line is located at the top of the screen, so they do not notice it. Instead of typing and getting help navigating to their school’s name, they scroll down hundreds of names, then give up and randomly choose a name- which of course doesn’t serve our statistics.I would like to please point out that a design problem exists on that specific screen, and that it should be designed to stress out the typing and not the scrolling. The typing line/frame literally camouflages at the top, and this is the stage in the questionnaire when we get so many misunderstandings, confusion and mistakes. How can I please forward it to Typeform user experience professionals? Thank you :)

We are putting together an outcome quiz. Depending on the combination of answers chosen, the end user will be shown one of 12 result screens. However, should someone choose a combination not defined by us, we would like them to receive a generic ‘thank you’ screen. We’ve created the logic for the defined combinations, is there a way to lead any other combinations to a generic screen?

Hi all,I did a crazy serious work of integration of 50 forms to 1 google sheet. A lottt of work, really. Maybe weeks. It doesn't work, no visible reason. I'm kind of lost.It's a very simple structure: 50 forms, all go to 1 google sheet. It created automaticly 50 tabs. Looking fantastic. Really. Worked for 1 day or so. Than I started recieving e-mails from Typeform about each form that the integration is disabled. Why? I have no clue. Will be very happy and thankfull for your ideas because I'm having an existential crisis with it. Will a video help? Thank you, L.

Question about viewing uploaded files.Hi, We created a job application form where applicants can upload resumes; we receive up to 2K applications monthly; for now, all uploaded resumes need to be downloaded. Can we view the PDFs online instead of downloading them? We connected the upload question to google drive, but it doesn't create a URL; we either have to go to the link folder and manually search for the resume or click the response sheet and download the file.

I don't have a notification option in my typeform and don't receive an email if it has been completed. can someone please help me out? 

I’m passing an email address as a url variable to the form (hidden field) but typeform is converting ‘+’ character to a space, both in the question display when using the @email variable in the question copy, and when saved to DB (and gsheet).So email is passed as:example+1@gmail.comAnd it’s being saved and displayed as:example 1@gmail.com Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hey community,I've integrated Typeform with Monday.com, in order to manage my signup form leads.Now, in my form there are 3 text questions and 1 ‘multiple choice’ question.For some reason, on Monday, I see only the first 3 text questions, but the multiple choice answer doesn’t show.Anyone faced with this situation? or have an idea on how to solve it?Thank you!

Hi,I'm trying to redirect from one popup form (called from an iframe on a website) to another maintaining the popup. I'm using this as my redirect url at the end of the first form (gleaned from another thread on the community site).https://form.typeform.com/to/snVd8hUh?typeform-embed-redirect-target=_selfIt not working and simply appears as a full screen form which has no ability to be closed. I don't want to use a redirect on the 2nd form - just close the window and have the use returned to his starting point.ThanksAndrew

We are working with a large data provider to send our survey to their panel. They use psid (person session id) to give each person they send the survey to a unique id. We have to reference this in our URL and in our re-direct.So, I have added the hidden field “psid” to the form. I have added it to also to the re-direct. (see below image).However, I can’t figure how to get the hidden field in our URL. The help pages say it should just “show up” in the URL once published, but we don’t get any hidden field in the URL. Hi! I may ramble because I truly don’t know what i’m talking about. This is what I am looking for in a perfect world:A quiz for my ecommerce store that gives specific product recommendations. I want it to be very tailored and give customers exactly what they need. It’s hair products, and we have, say, 100 products on the site. I am looking for something that FILTERS through all of our products based on the answers to the questions so the customer is only left with the products that are suitable for their particular combination of answers. So, for example: If someone has curly, dry, damaged hair, by the end of the quiz I want all of the products for curly, dry, damaged hair to show up for them.I’ve tried a few quiz builders and I really like typeform, but my issue is the “outcomes” need to be set. I need to make the page with the products on it that someone gets as their outcome, and since I can’t make 1 million different combinations of answers to the questions, I’m wondering if there’

I am using Typeform to build a survey for a large enterprise with complex logic that includes multiple branches and conditions. Hi everyone, My Typeform includes several MCQs that ask users to ‘Choose all that apply’. My objective is to capture relevant negatives as ‘False’ or ‘No’. For example: Q: Which colors do you like?(choose all that apply)A - redB - BlueC - GreenD - None of these Answer: D I want to be able to capture results as Red: No Blue: NoGreen: NoNone of these: Yes Is there a way to do this? I don’t want to go towards asking a matrix of True/False questions if possible because this has worse UX for questions with lots and lots of options (e.g. A-G). Many thanks

I have a very simple 10 question form. ON the first Yes / No question, I have simple logic that “No” goes to the the End screen. AllNow on the second question I’m trying to add logic. I:Click “Add rule” In in the second dropdown box after “If”, the only question in that box is the first question, not the second one. All other questions are missing.ANy ideas what’s going on?

Hi all;I just made my first form and connected the account to Microsoft. Connected Microsoft One Drive to it as well.I gave a name to the file, toggled on the connection, filled up some test forms, … But, no file shows up in my OneDrive.Do I need to do anything else on Microsoft or Typeform for the file to be “created” and updated?Thanks,Òscar

I have embedded a Typeform.com form on my website using the provided embed code, but the form is not displaying correctly. The form seems to be cut off or cut in half, and some of the fields are missing. I have tried adjusting the size of the iframe, but that did not fix the issue. What could be causing the form to display incorrectly on my website, and how can I fix it?

Hi,  Is it possible to show an image as a response when the respondent selects a particular choice. E.g. If the respondent selects what should I eat for Vitamin B12 deficiency, and the response is image of “Meat”

Does anyone know why the integration to google sheets would toggle itself off once the form is submitted?I’m doing a typeform to typeform survey and the results from the from the first form are being recorded in typeform, but the google integration toggle turns off everytime I test the first form (and the results don’t get passed to google sheets).I can toggle the integration back on, but it just happens again.

I’m creating a questionnaire for people wanting software training.  One question asks them to choose each feature of the software that they are currently using.  I want to then create a second set of questions for each thing they select in this one question.ie: If they pick 5 features they use, I want them to get one new question for each of the 5 things they chose so I can get more information on how they are using that feature.  I thought about adding a Score to each line and then using Logic to say if the score was 30 then show them this question next.  Would that work?
