Hello I need to add Help or Contact us section through out the form, on top of every page,  Like in the pic below. Is it possibe? Thank you 

I have a question “how many applications are you applying to” with 4 answers. I would like them to be charged for as many applications they are applying to. the last answer is asking them if they would like to enter our scholarship so i dont want them to be charged an app fee. I have tried to do this but when they apply to all 3 some how they get charged $600instead of $75. I now get why that is happening but i dont know how to fix it. I am clearly over duing it but i am not sure how to fix the problem  

Which of the paid plans lets you integrate calendly to let people schedule directly after the form?

Dear community ! I see that overall time-to-complete is possible to calculate for the form. However, is it possible to split this time by individual questions for quiz-styled forms? Imagine a situation when not only answer matters, but also time it took to come up with it.

Hi there!Okay...my company offers a coaching program, part of which consists of a series of assessments that are dripped out to our clients over a 3 month period. Currently, we have our clients enter in their name and email on each assessment, which feels incredibly redundant. Since we collect their first/last name and email in the onboarding assessment, I was hoping that I could send that data set back into the following assessments in our sequence.  The above article was the closest that I’ve come to figuring this out, but it assumes that the user is completing the assessments one after the other through a redirect. Unfortunately, that won’t work because it could be a few days in between our assessments. Ive just paid for the basic typeform account so that i can get 100 response limit. But its stuck on 10. People are seeing the link and arent able to go into it. Please help. What can i do. Time is of the essence its for a dissertation.

Hi,I created logic for a multiple choice question where each of the three answers require additional questions to be answered. Any combination of A, B, or C can be selected.  My logic worked for nearly a week.  Today, it stopped working.  Attached are screen shots of my logic. Basically:If “Check all that Apply” is A, then 15dIf Check all that Apply is A, then 15eIf Check all that Apply is B, then 15fIf Check all that Apply is B, then 15gIf Check all that Apply is C, then 15hIf Check all that Apply is C, then 15iotherwise 16Just today it stopped working. if you only choose A, you still get B and C.  If you select only B, you still get C. I haven’t changed the logic at all, why is it no longer working?Thank you for your help! 

Hi there Typeform Community,Hoping someone can shed some much needed light for me :)After doing several upgrades to my plan this morning after saying I had used up my monthly response limit, which meant me lead gen forms were closed, - I am now on the PLUS for 1K responses - I still cannot publish my typeforms, or take any more responses, and my responses are well below 250!All forms are set to "Private" and telling me I have reached my limit of 250, and that I need to upgrade. So frustrating.Please help!This is very bad for our business.Please help ASAP!Thanks in advance

I have created a form including 2 questions where I ask people to fill in a number. When you fill the form it works fine, but reviewing the result question nr 1 delivers the number but question nr 2 is blank, i.e. no number is captured.Is it so, that when you do a loop you empty numbers?Any thoughts?Thanks!

Hi - I have a problem  I use about 20/30 different typeforms and with them I have about 4 integrations for each form, zendesk, sendinblue, google sheets and zapier by email. When I integrate Facebook leads it has a catch all so results for all forms will go to send in blue or zendesk for example.  It seems at the moment for typeform I would manually have to integrate each form for every integration.  So at the moment with 30 forms and 4 integrations I have to manually do this 120 times which seems crazy, I’m sure the developers of typeform have a solution to this but I cant find it. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Is it possible to add a custom font to a typeform? I’d be keen to upgrade plans and embed a form on the our website if it’s possible?

Needing to create an earnings calculator for potential customers and I am having some trouble figuring out exactly how to go about it. We are a medical device manufacturer, so we sell to physicians and med spas, and we are wanting to create a potential earnings calculator, that can show them their estimated monthly revenue if they were to purchase our device.The formula is simple: (# of treatments per day) x (# of working days per month) x (price per treatment) = estimated monthly revenue.We have need to have this formula applied to three different treatment options, and they select how many of those treatments offerings they will be offering. If it is multiple treatment options, we need this formula applied to each, and then added together for the total amount at the end. If this makes sense?Pricing and number of treatments offered differs for every practice. We just upgraded to be able to use the Hubspot integration which means we no longer need to use Zapier to get info into Hubspot.  However the integration means that when the TF is embedded on partner websites there is a cookie banner across the top of the TF which looks awful and out of place. Its forcing them to accept cookies on a site they aren’t even on so I need to take it off. I asked Hubspot and they said to ask TF but I cant see any option to turn it off. We cover off GDPR in the text inside the TF and any cookie acceptance surely belongs to the site they are on, not on the embedded TF.Help? How can I get rid of it?ThanksKath

Hey, I got really excited about using Typeform as the assessment tool for my education platform and I really want to get started business-wise however, I am running into issues setting up my form. I wish I could speak to a person in live chat but it requires a business plan. I am heavily considering upgrading to the business plan for this endeavor however, I am simply testing out Typeform with the free version to see if it fits my needs.I have 96 questions intentionally in random order connected to 32 different skill categories (32 question groups). However, when I want to assign a question to a question group, it forces me to abandon the random order of my questions. For example, I want to score category 1 which has questions # 3, 12, and 72. Hi guys, I just created my first Typeform quiz, and I would like to show at the end the average score from all the people who just filled my quiz. So I would like to ask, how to sum up all the results’ scores and divide by the number of fillers.So, in my case, I have 10 questions, all the good answers equal 1. And for example, the average score for all the people is let’s say, 6.7. And then I want to show that score in the end of the quiz.So, I think, I would need two variables.one for sum all the scores and another one for sum all the people who filled the quizAnd then divide the two by each other.Where can I add these two variables?

In my typeform I am trying to collect data about how many apartment units are available and then if the answer is say (7), then I would like the Lease start dates and Lease end dates for those seven units. Is it possible to do this? And if so, how?

Hi,I would like to connect Typeform with Google reviews. We have a questioner that at the end customers can rate us from 1-10 stars. The idea is to if customers rate us from 9-10 stars we are asking if they can leave a review on Google review.We could place a link at the end of the questioner to Google location but the problem is that we have multiple locations in Google My Business and the link needs to be to the correct location where customers visit us.How can I achieve this?

Basically, I’d like to know if there’s a way to enable email notifications for all forms on a parent level, since by default, this option is disabled for each form - rather than this having to be enabled on each form individually.Thanks in advance for any help!

Can I export the form to JSON File? 

It seems people who are submitting the form are having some difficulty if they are completing it on android?I have set up a form to redirect them at the end of the form but when they press submit it doesn't do anything. The button goes clear but they are not redirected Interestingly, I receive the data but to them it seems that they cannot submit the form 

There are 8 Yes/No Questions. If they respond Yes to 2 or less questions after completing the whole quiz, they will see the correct result “Low Risk”. If they respond Yes to more than 2 questions after completing the whole quiz, they will see the correct result “High Risk”  How do I set that up?

Dumb question from newbie, sorry. I've used other form designing programs and apps but I promise I checked before asking and can't see how I reorder my questions. Usually it would be something like long press and drag to another position but nothing I'm trying is working. Thank you.

I am creating a new typeform and have set up integration with google sheets. However, when I new questions and click “publish” they are not showing up on the google sheet automatically. Only when I turn off integration and delete and then redo it, is the google sheet updated. But this defeats the purpose - I need it to be automatics with changed / added / deleted questions.
