Typeform conversations

I have 3 questions re. Zoho one)Whenever I try to connect to Zoho, I receivebut when I accept I receive this two) Is it possible to pre-populate a Typeform survey with customer data from Zoho? E.g. a user receives a survey, where his/her name is already populated in the field name (out of Zoho). The user can leave the field untouched or change it (e.g. in case his/her name is spelled wrongly). three)In case two would work, where do I get the correct typeform URL (for a specific user)? thanks a lot! 

Does anyne know how to edit the default Typeform branding when you share the campaign URL on web? You end up with this verun unappealing image…I can see where you do it on social.Thanks!

Hi there, I am curious if you can somehow extract the country from the phone field.In my typeform, it is vital I get both Country and Phone number (since I use country to filter later),but it seems that they are providing the country twice (once in phone field and once in country) Since 99% would have a phone number from their own country, could it done so that the phone field can acutally give a country variable, so I will not have to ask for this twice? 🤔

I am looking to put together a typeform where the answers to a series of questions narrow down a list of content options (short paragraphs such as poems etc) in 2-3 distinct segments.I then want to share the output of this selected segments in a curated document that feels customised to each customer.Is this possible and if so how might this be achieved

I have my website and I would like to insert the form on the sidebar, however my theme gives an option of the sidebar already created and I would like to just embed my form, without a button or anything. Once he clicked on the menu icon at the top it would open the side with the typeform.I've tried using the "Embed on web page" code but with the "launch actions" it doesn't work on my side.I've tried using the Wordpress Classic Editor but I didn't see the Typeform option.Could you please explain another way clearly as I don't have much technical knowledge. 

Hi all,Since uploading a file into the typeform is part of the paid plan, I wanted to ask you guys first how this function works instead of paying for it upfront. I linked my typeform to a google spreadsheet but my question goes as follows: What happens when people upload a file into the Typeform (an image, a pdf, ...), how does it get displayed in the spreadsheet cells? For example: If person A fills out the typeform and uploads his logo (within the typeform), will the image of his logo be showing in the spreadsheet (Row: Logo’s) if linked correctly?Thanks for helping.

Juz few days ago I have subscribed the Pro plan, but my form was popping up the message“Hey :) This typeform is now closed”Anyone know whats going on?

I’m creating a price estimator for window cleaning. I have the logic ready – the user answers the following questions, and there should be points for every answer.How big is your house? How many stories is your house? Do you want the inside of your windows cleaned, too? Do you want solar screens cleaned? (if so, how many – this is a logic step based on yes/no) Do you want sliding door tracks lubricated? (if so, how many – this is a logic step based on yes/no)Just want to know the best way forward to get this done.EDIT: Here’s the pricing table. As you can see, there’s a lot going on…

Hi, One of my forms has been creating duplicates into Salesforce since December 27th at 9 am. Since then, it creates duplicates every 30 minutes which made me desactivate all my email workflows otherwise records keep receiving emails every 30 minutes.Before that date, the integration was working perfectly. We tried different actions with the help of Typeform Support, but nothing worked.Disconnect & reconnect Salesforce integration : done. Install last version of Salesforce integration : done. Desactivate any duplicating rules on Salesforce : done. Desactivate flows and workflows : done.Questions : Why are the duplicates created every 30 minutes whereas form responses retrieve is set to 15 minutes?  Anyone else has duplicating issues since that date (december 27th)?Please let me know if you have any ideas. We are kinda stucked here...Many thanks in advance.

I need to update my email notifications and I cant PUBLISH or change the EMAIL NOTIFICATION. THE GEAR ICN is GREYED out and doesnt work to allow me to change the email notifications.

Hey! We have a complicated Slite channel with articles documenting our sales process and it’s not the easiest for employees to reference for quick questions like what does the account manager do at x stage or what does business dev do when y happens. Is it possible to make a Typeform that allows someone to select the ‘stage’ they’re on in an internal process so they’re navigated to the next Typeform slide which tells them what action they need to take?So it’s basically functioning like a Q&A rather than a quiz or survey? Any help or examples would be awesome to look at!

Hi. I was able to change my meta preview image for Social Media by going into the Edit Link Preview on the Share page. The new image seems to be showing up fine when I post on Facebook. However, it is not working on Twitter. Does anyone know how to make this work?

Say, I setup a survey that is linked to multiple pages of our’s.Is there a way for me to know from which page the customer had filled in the survey apart from me having the option of creating individual surveys for each page?

I have a date field that is captured correctly in MM/DD/YYYY format but shows up in connected Excel online worksheet as (2023-02-06T00:00:00.000Z). While I can brute-force the final spreadsheet, is there a way of capturing the FORMAT and the DATA correctly in the first place.Note: I have older surveys that accomplish this with no problems. Change in Microsoft?

Hello! I’d like to ask your help with an integration we are trying to achieve. We are using a form to recruit participants for a study. The desire flow is as follows:We send participants a link to a form in Typeform. In the form we ask the participant their name. In the form we ask the participant to upload three images. When the participant submits the form, a Google Drive folder with the participant’s name is created, and the three images they uploaded via the form are put into that Google Drive folder.So far we have been able to create a Google Drive folder with the participant’s name; and we have been able to upload the submitted images to a preselected Google Drive folder. But we haven’t been able to put the submitted images in the folder with the participant’s name, this is the step we are having trouble with.Do you have any suggestions as to how this flow might be achieved? We would like to register an address by presenting the user with the different address fields on the same page. It is not natural for the address to separate the different fields, especially the postcode and the city. By the way, the address registration page proposed by Typeform groups the address fields on the same page, but it is impossible to modify it: the State/Region/Province field is not relevant in France, and the examples given (placeholder) are not adapted (Palo Alto city, etc.).How to do it? Not being able to present a form for registering the address correctly is really a problem.

Hi. How do I share a link to test the survey before publishing it? The link should show the survey, the person testing the survey should not have to sign in first. Please advise??best,R

Is it possible to send a test survey (i.e. for colleagues to check and comment on before it it published)?

Hi,I used to be able to highlight and copy all of the multiple choice answers from one question on one survey to another question on a different survey by highlighting the list underneath the question. However, the answers no longer appear underneath the questions on the left hand side. I cannot copy the list from the question preview. I hoping I am just missing something obvious because we copy and past multiple choice answers between surveys a lot. Please let me know how to do this.Thanks!

Hello the community and the Dev team,I’m quite puzzled to see that the Ranking Question can give, in the summary the detailed results, but not in the response extract - where only the first choice is recorded.Any advise or news to track the full data set from this type of questions… without creating a too complex form (multiply the questions...)Thanx
