Typeform conversations

I am trying to create a quote request form that will allow customers to submit inquiries about pricing for a custom product. My customers typically order from five to a few dozen of the product at once, and the product has two dimensions. Therefore, I’d like to be able to collect three numbers in a single question: height, width, and quantity. Is there a way to allow customers to enter multiple numbers on a single page? I understand that Typeform does not believe in grouping multiple questions on a single page, but asking a customer to click through three pages to enter measurements for one product does not seem reasonable.Ideally, I’d also like the customer to be able to answer this question an arbitrary number of times, so that they can request quotes for a few styles or sizes at once.Thanks!

Hi there, I”m running into an issue where when connecting Mailchimp to a form, little bits of code are showing up instead of text. Additionally, I’m not able to get to the option where I can apply a Tag for the entire form submission + add a GDPR step. Here is just 1 example of what it looks like when it shows snippets of code:Any thoughts on what this is and how to fix it? I’ve tried disconnecting the Mailchimp account on MCs end but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do that in Typeform. I’ve also tried connecting to different forms but I always get code.

So I recently upgraded my account to the Professional Annual plan and now for some reason when I go to visit my form URL (here’s the link) I’m seeing this error: The form was working previously so I’m confused. Anyone else experience this or know how to fix it? Thanks!

Hello,I would like to ask if it is possible to include marketing consents at the end of the typeform to make the survey compliant with GDPR guidelines? I mean check boxes like in the example on this page at the bottom under the form https://funduszhipoteczny.pl/kalkulator/. If there is no such option then how else can we collect marketing consents?  Maybe I need integration with another tool ? Any solution or suggestion would be very helpful. Thanks.

I need help with my first form. I am basically trying to make an order form. We are a shirt printing business and there are a few considerations to take into account. This order form should be the simpliest among all the order forms that I have to create but I find it very tedious to do.  Here are the details.​​​​​there is a set up fee of $20 Shirt Color black is $7 white $7 any other color will be $9  placement front only back only front and back (+3) Quantity there will be a minimum of 25 pcs  How do i set up logic and calculation? I really need help, thank you all!!

hello. 😄I have a question for you.Shortcut key (ctrl+enter) for the last submit button right before going to the ending screen does not work.Please let me know if this is an error or if I am missing something. Or is there a way to modify or delete this shortcut with the enter key? 

My Typeform shows up on my Canva website as the mobile version of the form instead of the desktop version. So the picture I have on my form isn't in the right spot. Does anyone know how to fix this when adding the link onto a Canva website?

My typeform isn't working for everyone directly, some people first have to make an account/have to log in.

Hi There, when I send out my type form questionnaire I sometimes get the response that people who received the link cannot open the questionnaire, but have to create an account first, while others have no problems accessing the questionnaire via the link.Does anyone experience similar issues? Hello, We have integrate the form like this:    <div    data-tf-sidetab="xxxxxxxxxxxx"    :data-tf-hidden="`user_id=${user_id}, environment=${env}, looker_id=${looker_id}, page=${page}`"    data-tf-button-color="#235695"    :data-tf-button-text="`Give us your opinion ${page}`"    data-tf-auto-close  /> And we call : //embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js The typeform js script loads correctly and builds the iframe with the first value of ${page} which is page_1. The menu containing the links of the pages is loaded first on the server side and then loads the pages on the client side. We manage to assign the value of the page ${page} = page_2 on click event vuejs but typeform does not take this value into iframe url.The hiddens values ​ fields are initialized on the first loading of the form and are no longer updated. How to set a new value of hidden variable for typeform without a server-side page reload ? Best regards,

Hi community,I’m trying to find a way to streamline my logic in my typeform and I hope you’re able to help. Essentially there are two parts to my survey. The first part is to fill in user information in Question Group 1. At the end of the question group, I’ve created a logic that asks if they want to create a new user. If yes, they are directed to a duplicated version of Question Group 1. If they answer no, they go to part II. Now is there a way to ruse Question Group 1 and collect unique answers every time it’s filled? Part II asks a series of questions that pulls from answers from Part I.Because of this, I’ve created three separate pathways. One user => part IITwo users go to [part II for user 1] + [part II for user 2]Three users goes to [part II for user] + [part II for user 2] + [part II for user 3](illustrated below)Basically I’ve copied question groups so many times and I’m trying to streamline it somehow. Hello. I’m trying to get feedback for different locations, each person should be able to submit feedback to as many locations they would like. At the beginning of the form I have a multiple selection question that sends them to each location question group using logic. At the end of each location’s question group, I duplicated the multiple choice question with all locations but I can’t set the logic to go to a location that appears further up in the question order.

My company in the Philippines has been using Typeform to get candidates to apply for jobs. We usually include the link in adds on Facebook, with varying amounts of success.
