Hi.I couldn’t find a sample SMS delivery report from Typeform docs. The SMS delivery report is important to log which message is sent to whom so in case of failure, we can resend the message. Hopefully, there would be a possibility to get this information.

I am preparing a recommendation engine (via typeform quiz).  The “right fit for you.”There are over 420 outcomes or possible answers.  Is there a way to do a bulk upload of that?And...how would you map to the the sequence of questions?

The sync between Typeform & SFDC was working just fine i.e. lead was created in SFDC everytime someone completed the Typeform.  We made no changes to the form or the integration & all of a sudden today Typeform records stopped syncing to SFDC with the error Exception: Attempt to de-reference a null objectWe are meeting all SFDC lead creation requirements with the data being passed from Typeform to SFDC. Thoughts?  

Hey guys. I have chosen a template and I am in the middle of it. But now it seems that I need to insert a page manually, and I don’t know how to do it...so I can add something before the first of my questions...and then continue with the pages that are listed on the left side of the screen as part of the template. I have a form on our website and it gathers information and data from possible customers, it has worked for years and now it has suddenly started ending at question 7 instead fo question 14 so i am not receiving any of the Information I need. I have checked the questionnaire and the questions are all complete and it is published yet when i visit it from the site it is cut short. The URL is exactly the same . I am stuck and do not understand

all three my typeforms are displaying in weird sizes and are being cut off - also when i click on my link - it shows the name of my typeform and then tells the customer it will take 3 minutes - i would like to remove this as i just want it to automatically launch www.cellclinic.co.za click on theserepair my samsungrepair my iPhonerepair my huawei

We have a troll answering once a week... how can we do to have real metrics avoiding this troll's results? We check big picture monthly to  study results, but we have a doubt… if we do delete answers from trolls, wich results will appear? Taking in account what we have deleted or not? How is best to do? Delete answers we consider false answers? Thanking in advance to your assistance… … have a nice day! 

Hello, I have created field on my custom object that i want to map with my typeform. I was able to map the custom object. However, when mapping the fields with my survey there are a few survey question that I am not seeing an option to map with the appropriate field. Does anyone know what I can do here?  I provided a screenshot, as you can see some fields I was able to map and others I am not seeing any options.   

hey there guys :)I am making a quizz where there are multiple right and wrong answers and in one particular section all options are actually right which is why I need the participant to jump to “this is only partially right” and if they tick off all options then they jump to “this is right”. I just dont know how to make a grouped amount of options? I can only seem to get the logic to jump per 1 option which is not what I want e.g. if they choose one right option then they are immediately allowed to jump to “this is correct” in other words can I add groups of right and wrong answers?

hello all. i created a typeform (typeform 1) that needs to split the survey users into two groups, group A with anserwing “yes” will continue in this typeform (no#1), group B with answer “no” will forwarded into another typeform (typeform no#2) where they face another question. based on their answers there again “yes” or “no”, they need to be forwarded again. If answering “yes” i want them to forward back into the typeform no#1, but there right into a special question (question 5) and not want them to start the whole typeform no#1 again. I know there is a possibility to forward user from one typeform into another with preselect answers by using by using the block references for developers in options menu, but only if the question is multiple choice. The question no.5 in my case is a simple short text question, not multiple choice, so i cant use the possibility of preselect answers/questions cause it seems only working with multiple choice questions!?https://www.typeform.com/help/a/pres

Hi. I’m trying to have a basic “savings calculator” done in Typeform. My end result should be $1,250, but instead it comes back as one large number: 12500000000.Right now, they enter a house appraisal amount, then they enter the amount they think it should be, then they enter their property tax rate percentage (needs to handle decimals), then I want to show them the final result.Here are the form steps:Step 1: Enter the appraisal amount (i.e. 500000)Step 2: Enter the amount you think it should be (i.e. 450000)Step 3: Enter your property tax rate (i.e. 2.5) should be a percentageStep 4: The result should be 50000 x 2.5% = 1250There has to be a way to format these numbers correctly. It’s basic calculator stuff.orrectly, right? I’ve seen some older posts in the community where probably 100 people are requesting basic calculation results that can show properly formatted numbers.Is there a way to do this?

I am working on a solution using Typeform for one of my clients, and trying to work out the best pricing plan to be one.  We are creating a short-term marketing campaign where we will be emailing ~150k historic Customers, directing them to come and check out an offer, and hopefully purchasing a ‘membership’ via Stripe.I can see the top plan (Business) allows for 10k responses per month….what happens when you breach that?  Will the survey be unavailable after that limit is reached, or will it bill us at an additional rate?It’s hard to know what our likely response rate will be (this is a new proposition so we aren’t completely sure of the appetite in our customer base), but I guess we could stagger the campaign, and stop once we look like we’ll hit that in a given month? Any advice gratefully received.

Hello! I am working on embedding a typeform using the embed-sdk.The typeform loads great! No CSP issues or anything like that. However, Typeform tries to load rudder-analytics over the network and fails which is causing me problems. The request is blocked with net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID. I would like to tell the script to piss off and stop trying to load this library; I’m looking into mocking that endpoint at the browser level or something like that.I’ve created an example/demo on a netlify implementation so you can see for yourself https://rococo-concha-25b622.netlify.app/

Hello, I would like to reduce the proportion of an image which is added next to a matrix design as an opinion scale with different question. And as you can see below, it isn’t really ergonomic because of as you can see all the different column are not visible .So I would like to know if it possible to change the ratio of the text/image or reduce blank around the picture ? Is it possible with the premium subscription ?(I already tried  Thanks by advance

Unless I am doing something wrong here, it appears the Zapier is getting empty results through from the custom variables fields?Is that a Zapier problem or could be something wrong with my setting? Note: if I use the in-built integrations as a test, I can see the variable values fine in the Google as well as Excel sheets. Plus of course they are also visible in the TypeForm's own Responses tab GUI.

I keep getting the 500 error when loading my form. When I reboot my computer and clear cache files it will load, however, how will residents know to do this if they cannot load the form?  This is very frustrating.  Is there something I can do to fix my form?  

Hello,I have created a survey, however, I do not receive a confirmation email when someone has completed the survey, although everything is enabled.Otherwise I receive mails from Typeform.Does anyone have any idea what I can do?And one more question:I have some questions whose answer is optional. However, the user is not redirected if the question is not filled. Can I set somewhere that some questions can be answered optionally?Thank you 

Hello guys. I am having issues that are already melting my brain with typeform. Currently, I am creating a multi select question for social media. It goes like this:However, if someone only chooses YouTube let’s say, the form always go through the other social media. What I am struggling with, is that when a client let’s say chooses instagram and Facebook for example, I want it to jump to the next question, and not go through the other social media. My current logic is this:How to set up a logic in which the client goes from their answers to the next question? Been struggling with it for some time. Hope I made myself understand, thank you!

The responses are masked.  All other typeforms are fine that we have created.
