Typeform conversations

Hello, I would like to reduce the proportion of an image which is added next to a matrix design as an opinion scale with different question. And as you can see below, it isn’t really ergonomic because of as you can see all the different column are not visible .So I would like to know if it possible to change the ratio of the text/image or reduce blank around the picture ? Is it possible with the premium subscription ?(I already tried  Thanks by advance

Unless I am doing something wrong here, it appears the Zapier is getting empty results through from the custom variables fields?Is that a Zapier problem or could be something wrong with my setting? Note: if I use the in-built integrations as a test, I can see the variable values fine in the Google as well as Excel sheets. Plus of course they are also visible in the TypeForm's own Responses tab GUI.

Morning,Last month i caneled my typeform plan. However this month i still got an invoice. So i changed my subscription for a ‘free account’ again.How am i sure the cancelation worked this time?Thanks in advance.

I keep getting the 500 error when loading my form. When I reboot my computer and clear cache files it will load, however, how will residents know to do this if they cannot load the form?  This is very frustrating.  Is there something I can do to fix my form?  

Hello,I have created a survey, however, I do not receive a confirmation email when someone has completed the survey, although everything is enabled.Otherwise I receive mails from Typeform.Does anyone have any idea what I can do?And one more question:I have some questions whose answer is optional. However, the user is not redirected if the question is not filled. Can I set somewhere that some questions can be answered optionally?Thank you 

Hello guys. I am having issues that are already melting my brain with typeform. Currently, I am creating a multi select question for social media. It goes like this:However, if someone only chooses YouTube let’s say, the form always go through the other social media. What I am struggling with, is that when a client let’s say chooses instagram and Facebook for example, I want it to jump to the next question, and not go through the other social media. My current logic is this:How to set up a logic in which the client goes from their answers to the next question? Been struggling with it for some time. Hope I made myself understand, thank you!

The responses are masked.  All other typeforms are fine that we have created.

Good Afternoon, I have spent the last two days trying to upgrade from the free to the plus plan and am continually being told that the payment has failed and the message I am getting is authentication failed.  we have contacted our bank and they say that the issue is not at their side and they see the charge coming  through however it then tells them it is abandoned.  We need to use this urgently and would appreaciate any support. 

I have created a 14-page Typeform, but you will be required to submit the form after having filled out the 12. PageSo 2 pages of the questionnaire are missing. Can anybody help me fixing this problem?

Hi thereI need to have access to the clients details that do not complete the forms - on our previous wizard, it would capture every attempt and we found that 75% of the time the client just wanted to be contacted directly and it lead to a sale, however now we only see the 35%, so we are loosing out on potential clients - i would like the customer details (which is the first 3 questions) that they have to fill in before they get to the answer where they drop off. Is this possible Thank you

If you use typeform to take attendace in a classroom of 125, is it possible to provide unique URL/qr code for each student? We have problems with students sharing a common link with peers that are not in the classroom. If that is not possible, any ideas on how to use typeform for class feedback and attendance tracking while avoiding “cheating the system”? I am sure there will be a lot of experts in this community that can give me good advice.Thanks

Hi everyone 🙋🏽‍♂️I found out how to make a survey with multiple choice questions, give each answer a score, and then make a, b, c, d endings depending on the user’s score. Very nice!BUT I would love to make 3 surveys, each with it’s own score in ONE form/flow. The flow should preferably end with the user receiving and email with the score of each of the 3 surveys. Is that possible? I cannot for life of me figure out how..😬 Thank you so much in advance. Currently the placeholder is prefixed with “0” we want to remove it.Is there a way to edit placeholder?

Tyrying to map 10 simple questions to an existing Notion database.  Typeform only allows me to map 6 of the 10 questions.  Is this a hard limit?How do I populate Notion with all 10 typeform questions?  Do I have to do this in 2 separate steps and somehow merge the data in Notion?

Hello Community , I want to ask if there is a way for us to make a room reservation with calendar and clock then automatically notifies the responder if for example on that date someone has made a reservation, before submitting the respond . 

My website is loading at the bottom of the page where my embedded Typeform is located. I found the guidance: In many cases, embedded typeforms are automatically focused on your website page. ...To disable autofocus on your typeform entirely, locate your embed code within your site code. Add the snippet "data-tf-disable-autofocus" after the "data-tf-widget" attribute in your embed code. Your code should look something like this: <div data-tf-widget="ABCDEF" data-tf-disable-autofocus></div> Unfortunately adding this code is not working. This was working fine up until about 2 days ago. I am using the latest version of Wordpress.Any ideas?

I am planning to upgrade from free tier to Basic and I’m fine with “powered by Typeform” button showing but this ending message. Can I remove this after upgrade?
