Typeform conversations

Hello typeform community I'm wondering if there's anyone in here that is a consultant or for hire to help build an advanced type form that has logic built in and can produce results based on different towns for different companies all while using the same type form so my pixel data is all together on one strong conversion optimized fb pixel so I can run an everlasting campaign for different companies in my same niche Nationwide without having to duplicate the type form for each individual client I need advanced consulting. I set up my Typeform so that participants can fill in unlimted awnsers. This is a conscious choice. If participants now fill in all the answers, the answer is always correct, because the correct answers are among the choices. This is of course not the intention. mostly there are one, two or three awsers right. How can you ensure that participants do not enter the correct answer when they click on all answers. I'd love to hear from you!

Hello, I have made branching logic to change the text of the next question, therefore I had to duplicate that question to have two different text.Depending on the previous question score the next question says “happy to know, etc..” or “sorry to hear, etc ..” The problem is that I don’t find a way to merge the results of those two questions that the results basically the same, just the text of the questions isn’t. So in my typeform results, I can’t properly see the statistics. Am I doing it wrong ?

I’m trying to perform search while creating logic and search is not working in any cases (list of item in multiple choices, questions or variables). I’m using Firefox 103.0.2, am I doing something wrong or the search is completely broken?

How can the email notification contain the name of the client who completed the type form? 

HI, we are using the chat widget as a traffic director. We are wondering if the box can be expanded somehow as it is very small compared to others. Also we want to add a pic like a normal support chat. Lastly, for custom launch options which plan do you need. We have the business plan and do not need the any more bandwidth, but we do want the custom launch? Custom launch is not noted as a feature in the price comparison chats.

Hi all, I just need to find the way to link one of the responses to the respondent. The question I try to link is one where the respondent has uploaded a file, but when I downloaded it, it come in a ZIP file with a long reference but nothing related it to the respondant it self. So the problem is that at the moment I have 100 responses but I have to review individual video/photo to find out who belongs too- Is there any way to download the video or attached knowing who did the submission? Thanks in advance 

I am having trouble publishing my first Typeform. It says my membership doesnt support the paid function of redirect from endscreen. But I don’t have any redirects!There is text (the answer) but no links in it.I have turned off the toggle for social share icons and button. Is there something else I am missing???I am on the basic planAmanda

I just spent half a day troubleshooting how to secure a webhook response- because of your incomplete documentation … You have to extract the signature string from the headers ….

I downloaded the responses in the csv file, but I see the multiple choice answers are on the first row as the questions. How I can solve this. Your help is appreciated.  ThanksSophia 

Hi ! I see we can use custom classnames with almost every embed SDK like PopupButton or Widget, but this doesn’t seem to work with Popover, is there anyway it can ? I really need to dynamically change the right and bottom css attributes for mine.Thank you in advance !

Hey,This is perhaps an optimistic question, but it came to mind after the great new changes. (Removing question numbers and randomizing answers on ranking block.)As I’m hopeful that even more cool new features will be added, it made me wonder if there are some options for mass editing typeforms? For instance, to quickly remove numbers from dozens or even hundreds of typeforms? Or perhaps to add randomized answers to all ranking block questions in all forms a given workspace?I know that some such mass edits can be done through the APIs, either using the Postman collection (have I mentioned how ridiculously useful that demo is?) with a bit of tweaking in a text editor, but most such mass editing scenarios will probably require a bit of coding.I’m not sure precisely what such a mass edit would look like, but I imagine that it would be useful in quite a few cases.Is this something that’s feasible?Regards,Mikkel

Hi. How to make sure that the answer to the question is mandatory for the client? Now you can skip the question, rationale Ok.And a message should come that you need to answer the question in order to move on.

Hi TypeForm,I hope you bear with me with this issue. This is not an error, but I need advice.I have connected my TypeForm to Excel.  My client does not accept Google Sheets into their ecosystem. Also we could not filter the Google Sheet on the other end. So, Excel seems to be what we currently have if do not find a third alternative.On the first row of the Excel document that TypeForm sends its responses to, there is a line that says:I'm a beautiful table, do not change me and I will keep receiving responses. The problem with this is that we need an extra column in the Excel sheet that tells us whether or not we have processed this row at the destination system before. The destination system is limited in the number of rows it can read. As of now, it can only read a mere 256 rows every time it takes the sheet rows. Therefore, if we do not have a column that says e.g., “ThisRowIsProcessed = 1”, we end up fetching the same rows every time. If we have this row we can tell the destination

Hello!  I’m looking to build a weekly coaching tool for my clients.Every week, I’d like my clients to answer 3 specific questions.I’d like to be able to:Send each client a personalized link to capture their responses (is Hidden Fields the right way to do this)? What is the best way to store responses by client (google sheets / airtable?)  I’d like to keep the responses aggregated by client and email them a monthly summary.Thank you for any feedback you have!Jeff 

Hello,I wonder if it's possible to URL encode the answers of a Typeform on the notification email.For example, if I need to create an URL based on the responses:https://mysite.com/submissions/?name=My%20name&email=myemail@gmail.comI know I can put @ and select a field and put it there, but if the user inputs spaces or something, that URL would break.Thoughts?
