Typeform conversations

Hey,This is perhaps an optimistic question, but it came to mind after the great new changes. (Removing question numbers and randomizing answers on ranking block.)As I’m hopeful that even more cool new features will be added, it made me wonder if there are some options for mass editing typeforms? For instance, to quickly remove numbers from dozens or even hundreds of typeforms? Or perhaps to add randomized answers to all ranking block questions in all forms a given workspace?I know that some such mass edits can be done through the APIs, either using the Postman collection (have I mentioned how ridiculously useful that demo is?) with a bit of tweaking in a text editor, but most such mass editing scenarios will probably require a bit of coding.I’m not sure precisely what such a mass edit would look like, but I imagine that it would be useful in quite a few cases.Is this something that’s feasible?Regards,Mikkel

Hi. How to make sure that the answer to the question is mandatory for the client? Now you can skip the question, rationale Ok.And a message should come that you need to answer the question in order to move on.

Hi TypeForm,I hope you bear with me with this issue. This is not an error, but I need advice.I have connected my TypeForm to Excel.  My client does not accept Google Sheets into their ecosystem. Also we could not filter the Google Sheet on the other end. So, Excel seems to be what we currently have if do not find a third alternative.On the first row of the Excel document that TypeForm sends its responses to, there is a line that says:I'm a beautiful table, do not change me and I will keep receiving responses. The problem with this is that we need an extra column in the Excel sheet that tells us whether or not we have processed this row at the destination system before. The destination system is limited in the number of rows it can read. As of now, it can only read a mere 256 rows every time it takes the sheet rows. Therefore, if we do not have a column that says e.g., “ThisRowIsProcessed = 1”, we end up fetching the same rows every time. If we have this row we can tell the destination

Hello!  I’m looking to build a weekly coaching tool for my clients.Every week, I’d like my clients to answer 3 specific questions.I’d like to be able to:Send each client a personalized link to capture their responses (is Hidden Fields the right way to do this)? What is the best way to store responses by client (google sheets / airtable?)  I’d like to keep the responses aggregated by client and email them a monthly summary.Thank you for any feedback you have!Jeff 

Hello,I wonder if it's possible to URL encode the answers of a Typeform on the notification email.For example, if I need to create an URL based on the responses:https://mysite.com/submissions/?name=My%20name&email=myemail@gmail.comI know I can put @ and select a field and put it there, but if the user inputs spaces or something, that URL would break.Thoughts?

We have a few videos in the background of our typeform. The issue we’re facing on multiple devices is that there seems to be a pretty long load time. The video appears on half the screen for around 2 second then stretches across the whole screen. Any idea what we need to do to fix this?

Hello TypeForm,I have connected my TypeForm to Excel (using a MS Authentication to the same account as the TypeForm account.)When I look at the answers that is sent to this Excel, I noticed that:The question texts (the header column in the Excel) do not change and they still have the original questions. This is when I have changed the text of the questions. The new questions I have added to the TypeForm do not get a new column in the Excel sheet. The hidden field I added to the TypeForm does not get a column in the Excel sheet.Do we know why this happens? I used Google Sheet before, but now I have to send the answers to an Excel and it is no longer my choice.

Hey there tf community, i just started a new contract with tf since the employee is gone. So I’m a complete newbie sort of. I just did a tf-Quiz with a couple of multiple choices … as I wanted to test it and publish it … the system told me “This typeform uses features that aren't in your plan”. Alright. I bought a starter licence with monthly payments for 25 Euro in order to test it and probably use it afterwards. As far as I understand my low level features are included in my plan!?When I tried to publish again (since I paid for it) the system told me 2your plan is not the right one to publish this)I have a quiz with 7 multiple choices, a Hello page … and an eMail as a call to action. Hello!  I was wondering if anyone had any luck with the logic flow/formatting on how to output a “range” in the calculation.  I can easily get the price (@score), but want the final slide to look something like this. Thanks for taking the assessment.  Your estimated price for this project should fall between X [@score x .95] AND Y [@score x 1.10]. Does anyone know how to go about this?Thank you

Hello,can i somehow optimise my typeform for people using their devices in dark mode?I created a wonderful typeform in the brand´s colors, but using dark mode it looks terrible… the color of the text and the buttons switch, but the background stays mainly the same… it is hard to read the texts and sadly it is not the right brand colors anymore.Thanks in advance!Hanna

I’d like to create a Typeform that generates a code based on submissions.  Is there a way to auto verify an account ID, and output a code for the person filling out the form? All account IDs that are allowed to receive the code would be on the backend, and if a code submitted matches, a promo code is provided to the person filling out the form. 

Hey everyone,I have embedded a Typeform into an iframe in an app and at the end, the Typeform stays on the last page. The only way to get back to the start of the Typeform is to swipe the app closed and reopen it. I’ve looked at the End settings and it only seems to allow me to input a URL, but I want to have a button that when pressed jumps back to the start of the form. The only way I’ve found to do this is to add the URL to the Typeform to the button, but it gives me this error message before it jumps to the start (see image) Can anyone tell me if there is a way to Logic jump back to the start please?Thanks!Jeffrey!

Dear community, I would like to build a quiz with 10 questions, each with 3 possible answers. I then have a ready-made answer for every possible answer. So that there will be 120 combinations for abc. Can I build it with typeform? Thankk u!   

I successfully integrated Typeform and ConvertKit but no tags come up when I attempt to search, and my account has many tags. Any ideas? 

Can someone explain how to use a typeform with hidden fields and embed the code in a page and still pass the text in the hidden fields. For eg. I use typeform code embed in mu unbounce page. So, basically my url is generated from unbounce. Now,  how do i pass the text (answers) to the hidden field?

I am working on a self assessment for cybersecurity professionals to assess their knowledge.  I would like to produce documents at the end of the survey that let them know how they did, and also one that serves as a ‘certificate’.  Can someone point me in the right direction to start this?   TIA   John Myers

Ok so I have a team building business and we have a lot of free activities (things like Murder Mysteries that are great value for customers and also allow us to capture lead data). For each free activity that we have, we have created a unique typeform. So my question is - what is the right way to setup my Typeform <> Hubspot integration so I know that, for example, (mythical customer) Tony Stark downloaded our “The Margin Call” murder mystery? Is there a field in Hubspot that is designed to record product purchases? Bonus question(!) - What happens if Tony Stark downloads two of our murder mysteries? Is there any way that we can track in Hubspot that 1) he downloaded multiple free products and 2) we can identify which free products he downloaded by looking only in Hubspot?

I am creating a quiz as a fun way to seperate a group of students into teams. Though it is important that it is an even spread/ distribution (let me know if you need more clarity). Can I force results or even randomise results? So exactly ¼ receive each of the results.

Hello, As a new user of the platform I had a question that I am unable to find a resolution to. I am able to set up email notification to self. what I need is the email notification embeds all existing information captured in the google sheet (that I connected already) in the form of a  summary email each time a new response comes in, Is that possible with Typeform? RegardsP 

I want to use Typeform on a simple Wix site I have but the form looks ugly and displays within a frame that Wix imposes on the page for code embed. Does anyone have any suggestion son how to integrate so it looks ok? or a better website builder that integrates with Typeform (anything except wordpress)?
