HelloI’m trying to calculate a price based on a few answers.The form logics branches to 2 cases, and each case has 3 cases.I’ll try to describe the calcuation:Let factor1, factor2 = constant1, constant2Let price1, price2, price3 = constant_price1,  constant_price2, constant_price3  I will then need to create a new factor number, and multiply it by one of the prices.So if the user answers question 1 with A, I’ll use the answer multiplied by factor1,and if they answer B, I’ll use the answer multiplied by factor2I then need to use the results and multiply it by either price1, price2 or price3, depending on the answer of question #2.I’m unable to do it though, because I can’t save the new factor into a new variable. What’s the solution for that?Thank you

HelloI am trying to have a single Excel workbook, which collects responses from different forms on different worksheets.There is a TypeForm connector in preview with Power Automate, but for some reason that does not include the token in the payload. I know the connector is in preview, but I have not been able to get very reliable results thus far. For example, it does not handle null values well at all.If I use the Excel Online integration, I need a unique workbook for every form (where I want to have forms on different sheets, within the same workbook).Does anyone have a solution whereby I can have all responses from a workspace reliably update worksheet(s) within a single workbook?

 Good afternoon, it was announced the change of the parameters of the free plan, however I can't have an outcome quiz with 3 different endings with the logic set between the endings and the answers?    However, in the table below it states that I have unlimited use of logic and multiple endings. Can you clarify?  

Hi All, I want to score answer value as default value dived by time user take to answer. Like my default is 100, and user answers to that question in 20 seconds, so score is 100 / 20 = 5.How can I do it ?

Hi… I am trying to get the data from a matrix question into an airtable through a typeform-airtable connection. I tried single select, multiple select and even single line text as airtable datatype for connecting to each row of matrix question. But its not working. Please advise!I am getting the following response… Hmm...not a perfect matchThat typeform question doesn't really go with that Airtable field. Try to make them match. For example, the typeform Date question works with the Airtable date field.

Hello, world.I’m building out a new site for my creative agency and everything is going well except for one minor annoyance I’ve encountered with my Typeform.The setup and embedding was a breeze, however, the customization has been tricky.  Our site is highly visual and all of my sections have transparent backgrounds so the video features behind them are visible and keeping with the consistency of the design.Could someone teach me how to remove the background image/color of my typeform and simply leave the background as transparent?Thank you all so much for reading this.  I’ll take any help I can get.Thanks again!

hey,I connected my typeform with a google sheet. All answers appear correctly but sometime some answers are in the bottom of the google sheet for no reason. Someone have an idea ? 

Hello!  Anyone experience an issue with typeform links not appearing on Android devices? My client messaged me saying: It seems that the text link for android phones does not even appear on their phones when I text it over. Particularly T-mobile customers. All of my clients that complain of not receiving the link in their text messages have come in and showed me their phones they see where I have the description for them to click on the link but the link is not there even though it’s showing up on my phone in my sent text messages. I’ve instructed them to contact T-Mobile to also check on that and to see if it’s an issue with the carrier.  This is the form Would love to resolve this for her.  Thank you much!

I have an active integration between typeform and notion, I wonder how can I let typeform push the submission date to notion as well?

I started my free account and was provided access to the account for my place of business. I duplicated a registration form and then started editing it. After running a few dozen test registrations, I would like to delete the entries. However, I seem to be locked out of the ability to do so because I was not the original creator of the form. What needs to be done so that I can delete entries in the form that I duplicated and am now using?

Hi guysJust wondering, if there are any plans to integrate with MS365/SharePoint as a storage location of my default responses Excel? At the moment if I try to hook up the results into an Excel sheet I have no choice but letting it land in the top level folder on my user’s OneDrive. Even though I am using a specific account for this it is still extremely clunky and really that file should sit on SharePoint, or at least in the relevant folder. If it could one day auto-feed the answers directly into the Dataverse even better, but that is possible through PowerAutomate as well, so not immediate rush for it. Any plans or even ETAs? Or specific challenges as to why it has not been done yet? -A 

Help! I’m on a paid plan and have been publishing these forms for months. Suddenly two of my oldest forms show up as trial forms and I cant publish them anymore? What has changed overnight?

I need to add a URL that the user can click to preview a larger version of the picture. How can I accomplish this?

We are doing a research survey and would like to have the survey taker to provide an email so that the survey gets forwarded to a friend. 

I’ve tried to connect Typeform to my existing Stripe account a few times, but every time I’ve clicked the “CONNECT TO STRIPE” button a new Stripe account is created instead. If I exit the flow and attempt to connect to my existing Stripe account again I only see the newly created account to select from. Am I doing something wrong here? TLDR - trying to connect Typeform to an existing Stripe account.

Is it possible to create a group of questions that repeats? Say I have a form that will be filled out by students. Where they will enter information about a project they are working on and all their group partners. So the form would have 10 standard questions and 5 questions per group partner. But the number of group partners are not known at the time the form is created so it varies per project group. 

Hey Typeform Community- Highly curious to know if it’s possible to have a slide in our Typeforms that just provides standard information to the user? An example might elucidate the question:I’m working on a Decision Tree in which the user gets asked a series of Yes/No questions (whose responses get allocated into 1 of 4 unique variables as scores). At the end- based on the variable scores-- I’d love to refer them to their best course of action. There are four possible best courses of action. I really want to be able to elaborate further in my own freestyle on their recommended best course of action. I believe this will be incredibly helpful to the user as well as give a better experience! However- I’ve found the slide types are all question/information gathering slides… (Payment, Multiple Choice, Email etc etc).  Any thoughts on this?  

Hello!I have this problem, I have several multi-select questions in one of my surveys and I have Excel integrated, so I can start receiving the data.The problem is the multi select data is all packed in the same cell, just separated by comas. If I want to start to create my formulas and some charts I would need to get rid of the comas and I will touch the raw data. Something I don’t want to do.Is there any way to have this fixed so the multi-select data appears by columns and not all in one cell? Current example:Which fruits do you usually consume? Apple, Orange, Strawberry, Melon Orange, Melon  What I would like to have:Which fruits do you usually consume?       Apple Orange Melon Strawberry 1 1 1 1 0 1 1 0  

I’m creating a form where I want people to select their favorite color scheme using the Picture Choice selector. As you can imagine, there are many possible color schemes, and so I want to also give them the option to search for a color scheme and add that as their response.Is this possible with basic or developer tools? From what I can tell, the “Other” option for Picture Choice only allows people to enter text, which sort of defeats the purpose of a Picture Choice option.Bonus points if I can set the search feature to only show results from a specific search engine like Adobe Color.The obvious workaround is just adding a “file upload” question for them to manually download an image and add it, but that’s just adds a lot of friction.Thanks in advance!

Every few days a change made in the form I am currently working on will not be automatically followed by a clickable “publish” button, which is strange. Reloading the page will cause me to lose all work done since hitting “publish” the previous time. Had it happen to me once and it happened again today. My work was saved by the occurence of a short router blackout, which revigorated the button once the internet reconnected. Is it me or is it you?
