I want to add a call to action button on the video that when is clicked goes through to collect name, email and description

I’m creating a customer survey where I ask my customers to rate (1-5) different areas of my service (coms, speed, quality, understanding). If the rating is 3 or higher, I send them to the next question but if it is lower than 3, I want to ask for more info, then send them to the next question. I’ve tried this but keep getting an error “You can't jump back to a skipped question or a different question branch.” for wanting to go to the next question after each “more details” question.Any help on how the logic should be set up would be helpful. Thanks!

After having no problems for years, many of our forms have just broken suddenly. And there is no way of contacting typeform directly (even though we have a pro plan).Terrible service… enough to make us want to leave.Is anyone else facing the same?

I current run Facebook lead generation adverts using Facebook's built in forms but I want to move over to using Typeform. How do I do this? Also, how do I register a domain name in typeform? so it comes up as www.mydomain.com rather than www.mydomain.typeform.com 

I can see when a response was started and submitted, but I want to see when it was sent as well. Is this possible?

Hola, Estoy creando un cuestionario, y en una pregunta me está pasando siempre el mismo error. La borro, la vuelvo a crear = Mismo fallo. Copio una correcta, la pego en esta posición = Mismo fallo. Se trata de una pregunta de tipo “Respuesta larga”. Esta pregunta la tengo como “No obligatoria”.En todas las preguntas iguales del cuestionario, me funciona bien = Me aparece el Botón “Aceptar” que puedo pulsar y pasar a la siguiente pregunta sin necesidad de escribir nada. En esta pregunta NO me aparece el Botón “Aceptar”. Si pulso “return” pasa a la siguiente pregunta sin necesidad de escribir nada… Pero esto me puede causar errores ya que tengo que enviar el cuestionario a muchos clientes, y posiblemente alguno de ellos se bloquee en este puntoÚNICA DIFERENCIA DE ESTA PREGUNTA CON LAS DEMÁS DEL MISMO TIPO: En el apartado “Lógica”, tras esta pregunta se direcciona a 2 distintas posibilidades dependiendo de lo respondido en una pregunta anterior de tipo “Elección múltiple”. Gracias,Saludos

Hi everyone,I have entered the questions for the survey, there are about 18 questions. I then took care to click on "publish" before sharing but only 3 questions out of the 18 are displayed and then the survey appears as completed. If anyone knows how to fix this problem, it would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

I plan on collecting sensitive data from clients through Typeform. Does Typeform allow third parties to view submissions? Can internal employees or third party contractors access my account in any way? I tried searching the security page but some of the answers were vague. 

I am building a form for parents to register their kids, but I want them to register multiple kids if they want to. After a parent register their first kid in the ending page, I want to ask them if they want to register another, If they do, sending back to the question to give me the name of their kid and continue with the flow.

Hello, I thought I mapped out my logic set using Branching and Calculations here. I can’t get the logic set to work - everything ends up as “E” the “other” option. ANY help is appreciated - I’ve been at this an embarrassing amount of time! Sample screen shots below.  I’m pretty sure my math is right, so I’m missing a button or a “if/then” stop, etc.  

How soon after I clicked the upgrade-button dooes it go live? Ik have ther basic plaan of 100 answer. I want 250. How does that work?

We currently use an embedded form on our website. However, we don't want to see Typeform as a source in Hubspot. For example, a person clicks on a Facebook ad and fills in the form. Hubspot then attributes it to Typeform as ‘direct’, rather than Facebook. According to Hubspot, Typeform doesn't seem to include the cookie for the contact which is required in order to attribute (page views) properly. In order to fix it, we should include the cookie and page view when sending submissions to HubSpot. Is that possible to do with Typeform?

Hello folks,I’ve encountered the problem and i don’t know how to solve it.So I have a question and 10 answers (=product). If a customer chooses 5+ products, i need to change the price of each product then. How can I do that?I thought creating one more question where the customer chooses “How many products do you want to buy?”, and then duplicate the previous question with 10 answers and change price.. But it takes a lot of time and I don’t want to add lots of questions to my form. Do you have any ideas how to solve it?

Hello, I have noticed a problem where my Typeform email addresses will stop sending the email address from Typeform into a Klaviyo “list.” The data is simply not coming over.  The apps are integrated and the form ID matches. I noticed this once and updated Typeform within Klaviyo. That appeared to work. I just noticed 3 days of Typeform submissions where none of the data was sent to Klaviyo to be added to a list.  This previously worked, now the automatic data transfer appears to be breaking. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you.

Hi there, I'm trying to use Calendly with one of my Typeforms and unfortunately can not find any options to customize colors and style of Calendly embedded in Typeform. The Calendly embedded looks completely different to the Typeform design. Any help or advise is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I would like to change the settings of the URL created when one file is submitted via Typeform, so anyone that has access to this URL can open it. Is is possible?I am having troubles to use this URL in my integration with Zapier, where I want to download and upload this file while I run a code in Zapier. The other way I tried is by using a Webhook, but zapier is failing on searching and finding the corresponding Typeform. Best, Calm/Storm

The test will give a short feedback to the user after each question.After the user answers the last question, a window with the requested email should appear. When the user sends us his email, the result should automatically come to his mail.The result itself should include all those previously described short feedbacks that he received after each question.This can be done? HelloI’m trying to calculate a price based on a few answers.The form logics branches to 2 cases, and each case has 3 cases.I’ll try to describe the calcuation:Let factor1, factor2 = constant1, constant2Let price1, price2, price3 = constant_price1,  constant_price2, constant_price3  I will then need to create a new factor number, and multiply it by one of the prices.So if the user answers question 1 with A, I’ll use the answer multiplied by factor1,and if they answer B, I’ll use the answer multiplied by factor2I then need to use the results and multiply it by either price1, price2 or price3, depending on the answer of question #2.I’m unable to do it though, because I can’t save the new factor into a new variable. What’s the solution for that?Thank you

HelloI am trying to have a single Excel workbook, which collects responses from different forms on different worksheets.There is a TypeForm connector in preview with Power Automate, but for some reason that does not include the token in the payload. I know the connector is in preview, but I have not been able to get very reliable results thus far. For example, it does not handle null values well at all.If I use the Excel Online integration, I need a unique workbook for every form (where I want to have forms on different sheets, within the same workbook).Does anyone have a solution whereby I can have all responses from a workspace reliably update worksheet(s) within a single workbook?
