Typeform conversations

Does anyone know why, when the account has been moved from paid to free that Typeform continue to take money from my account?

Hey guys. So I pay for the cheapest plan on Typeform. It says that within that plan I should get unlimited questions. When I send my check in form to my clients it always stops at 6 questions and doesnt let them respond to them all. Do i need to upgrade or? Thanks, Marlena.

Hello,I have two typeforms: a shorter one where I just ask the person's contacts and a longer one with more detailed questions.I would like to know if it is possible to connect both of them (as it would be difficult to distinguish the responses if multiple people fill the second form at the same time).I saw this article (https://www.typeform.com/help/a/pass-information-from-one-typeform-to-another-360056599471/), and it might be the solution for this issue, but I don't have the "redirect to url" as the ending choice.Thank you in advance for your reply.Best regards

Hello, I’m currently using Typeform’s Response API on bubble.io, which identifies users in the quizzes via a unique id hidden field generated and sent by bubble. And I need to build a system that overwrites previous answers and considers only the last submission by said user”s unique id hidden field1 - I’ve “grouped by user unique ids” the responses body items and told the algorithim to count the number of elements in these groups. And then return me the unique id values of grouping whose element count is > 1. This returns me the IDs of users that have replied more than once in a comma separated string This returns me the value of 1647364753931x592178017281694800, 1647365383886x456009259892985900 which is the expected result in my test database (these two users are the only ones to have answered more than once)2 - This is where it gets HAIRY. We are a non profile training department, we want to create an exam typeforms as a test/as an Exam. we We have a Wix website where we uploaded our PODs training modules but we need and want to set up and after test to show users knowledge besides the regular choices options and them selecting answers, does anyone know or has an example or can demo in a video how to connect with Salesforce integration,also how to connect a File upload and incorporate it in the quiz or typeform video example? We want our users to connect to sandbox in Salesforce to show or test or create things, is there an integration possible?also any tips on Wix integration would be helpful and how can we add a quiz there? thank you so muchRegards,ADL Polona

I have synced typeform with Trello but I am not able to view attachments, as added by applicants to a job. It keeps loading a blank page. Anyone have any insights or suggestions?

Using a registration form we are trying to capture multiple datasets in one form. The problem we ran into is this.For a car show vehicle registration form we had some people submit 2 and 3 cars. That’s fine and all but b/c they used the same email address and we’re syncing to MailChimp, we only see the last vehicle registered in the MailChimp database b/c MailChimp just updates the info on an email address that’s already registered in it’s database. We have to create separate audiences in order to log the same email address with a different vehicle. This is not ideal.Is it possible to not allow a submitter to use the same email address or is it possible to give them the option to submit multiple vehicles in one form submission?The single vehicle registration is already pretty lengthy and has it’s own logic system. When I try to duplicate it things get broken real fast.

Hi! I'm creating a hard skills assessment for my team and having trouble making too much effort for a simple task. Basically, I determined that when selecting alternatives D or E for each question, 1 point would be added to the final score. This 2 alternatives indicates that this person has this skill developed. The thing is: I'm having to customize each question score 😰Just one of the levels has 56 questions, so It's been a hard work.Does anyone know if there is a way to automate this process? I’m looking to understand whether Typeform is sophisticated enough to be a solution for our content and brand briefing form requirements. For example, if we are creating logic in Typeform that provides clients with an estimate deadline upon completing the form, will that timeline data connect directly to a JIRA issue timeline parameter? (Really looking to understand what data will seamlessly integrate into JIRAs issue parameters).  Secondly, does embedding the Typeform in our intranet bare any consideration on the above?Thanks for your feedback

When I embed my form into our website (either fullscreen or with header/footer), the viewing window is very small, such that I can’t actually see the questions.I presume it’s something to do with WPBakery not making a big enough iframe for it. I would like to know whether it's possible to hide the answers in the dropdown list until the respondent starts typing (eg only show the matching options after 3 letters have been typed). I have a list with 400 titles and noticed that some respondents just select the title that is on the top of the list instead of typing their actual answer - this is causing false positive answers and makes me want to go back to just using a text field, but then lots of misspelled titles will appear and the data cleaning takes much longer.

It seems like a tightrope balance, but Im curious to hear what everyone’s tips, tricks, best practices, or even just ideas they have behind user retention (just in the context of completing/submitting a TypeForm). Is it important to word information gathering questions correctly? What are some things a new user like me should be aware of? Thanks!

Hey guys!I created a funnel integrating Active Campaign and Type.The lead answers the quiz and goes to the AC for a series of actions.I need to trace a link in AC. AC has link tracking, letting you know if the lead visited my site or not. But it only works if the lead has entered via an AC form.Is it possible to insert the AC form code into one of the Type questions? So, you could ask for the email with the native AC form.Thanks!
