Typeform conversations

I have a form that collects the contact info (Name, email, phone, etc.) for multiple contacts within the single form. Is it possible to set up the integration with Mailchimp so that each of those contacts can be created as audience members in MC?

Hi, I’m trying to figure out how I can set up l an error message when a user selects an option that asks them to go back and change their answer if they want to continue with the enquiry.Question is “Are you happy with a virtual appointment?”If Yes - move to next questionIf No - set up message display “Sorry, we only offer virtual appointments. If you still want to enquire about a booking, please select Yes”.Logic: I’d then like the user to be able to go back to the question, and change their answer to No.  Anyone know how I can do this? If I set up an ending after the question, the user isn’t able to go back a step. 

A skip button has appeared on all my questions. It isn’t showing in the create mode but is there when published. Any idea how I can remove it from my forms? Thanks.

Hi I am a plus member and the button link on each ending to redirect to a unique url is not working. I even use google.com to check if this works but no, it does not. I tried the redirect on completion using a google.com link and it just freezes the form upon submit.  Yes, I already published my form and embedded it on my squarespace account. I use code block to embed the form. All features works and redirect me to the correct ending. It’s the only redirect that is not working. I have browsed multiple community questions and seemed none of the original posters responded if the issue was resolved.

Does anyone have any advice on how to use imagery that looks good on both desktop and mobile? Specific size or layout that tends to work best? Thanks for your help!

Is it possible to change the font color of a link in typeform so it pops? Typically HTML links are underlined and blue or a different color to contrast with the standard font color. However, my links appear black with my black text. There’s only an underline to indicate that it’s a link and that’s too subtle. 

looking for a workaround : wordpress siteflothemes theme pop up code embedded  on home page will show a START button but won’t auto launch.the START button is floating over the menu I don’t have many options under EMBED IN A WEBPAGE as I’m only at a Basic level. But it seems a little strange I need to spend another 696 to make a pop up actually pop up. my interact quizzes pop up just fine. I have tried deleting the first page as suggested in this thread: But it didn’t work.  If I make a full page for the typeform quiz it works _without the start button_ Any ideas?

I’m trying to create an NPS-style email on Typeform that would integrate with our CRM in Hubspot. From there, I’d like to assign an ‘Advocate’ status to those that score the company 9 or 10.  Anyone done that (or has any ideas)?

Is there any way to disable the automatic keyboard popping up on mobile when there is anything to type in the typeform? I want my users to read the questions first before and then start typing once they tap into the text field. Right now they have to close the keyboard manually to read the whole question which is kind of irritating for some.

I am currently trying to make my form which is a simple Q&A form return the the beginning of the form without it opening a new window on submission. Ideally wanting to use this as an embed to go alongside a video. How do I do this? 

Some texts don’t appear properly on mobile device. How can we correct this in order to have the whole words appearing on the screen vertical? (attaching photo here) 

Hello,When trying to integrate Salesforce and Typeform, I enter to the two admin emails and it says the email was sent, but after checking the inboxes to confirm the integration there is no email. Does this happen to anyone else? How can this be fixed? 

I changed my plan to Free last month, but for some reason the process didn’t go through (maybe there might have been a technical issue) and I was charged another 59 USD this month again. Is there any way to get a refund? I haven’t used the Typeform since.

I’ve recently had to update our respondent notification due to staff changes. However, the notification that is being sent still has the old content. I can see the updated content in the wizard. I’ve even deleted it completely and started again, but it still sends the old content.Any ideas?

Hi everyone, I am using typeform to create subscription forms for trainings.As people subscribe, I need them to agree with the terms of the subscription : that they give me the right to use their image (photos from the training for marketing use, for example) and that they agree with how the training is going to be organized.Is there a way to add a ‘’check box’’ at the end of the form like ‘’when subscribing to this training, I agree to …. check’’. Thank you so much for your help, Laurline

What will be the consequence if I change the order of questions in my already published form with some responses? All else remaining same. Use case: there is a big drop-off on a certain question, I want to move it down.

We have a form that collects data from a visitor such as Name and Company Name. We use the Company Name in a custom field we send to Hubspot and we need to add some text after the company name. Is there any way to take the answer provided by the user to the company name question and add that to a variable?Is there anyway to then take this and modify another variable?Example:Q. What is your company name?A. Company ABC, LLCNow we want to take this answer and assign it to a variable.Once we have the variable the customer answers another question and based on that answer we might change the text.The new variable might look like this: Company ABC, LLC - XYZ Services, where the company name came from the answer to the first question.I have not been able to see how I can recall a question answer is the @ symbol. Thanks!Eric     

I manage a team of athletes (approx 25) and have been using the Free version to gain information about their availability regarding track meets/events/races.  The 10 response limit isn’t enough (especially if parents vote twice by mistake!) but I really can’t justify the cost of the basic annual plan for 100 responses a month when I may not generate or require any near as many each month, and would only be using them for maybe 5/6 months in a year.  Is a monthly payment an option?

Hello guys, A friend of mine told me that i can find a solution by sharing my problem with you  here and with my community on Linkedin.I have a very big problem , I just found out that by mistake I made an annual plan when I wanted to make a monthly subscription of $29. I am surprised because they signed me up for the ANNUAL plan and my card was debited with more than 580 dollars.I am still an unemployed student and it's the amount of money to pay my school fees. I hope you will find a solution for me as soon as possible otherwise I will be in a very difficult situation and I might not get my diploma.Do you think they whould refund me ? please if you could help me i’m really in a verybad situation !!!  

Hi there!Adding decimal separators like „1’000’000“ or „$1,000.23“ (depending on the language) would be super helpful for calculations in typeform and make the readability and possibility to quickly scan and understand numbers much better.I created a calculator für Conversion Rate Optimization and the result in savings could go into thousands and more, but all the users see are numbers with a lot of zeros :)Thanks in advance!Cheers, Dirk

Hello !I would like to create a calculator for profitability depending on the answer of 4 questions :What is your average monthly visitor on site ? What is your conversion rate ? What is your average basket ? What is your monthly media budget ?Then I would have a last slide saying your current ROAS is X, if you increase your conversion rate by 0,5% it would be X and you would make X incremental revenue. Formula for ROAS calculation would be 1 / (((website visitors x conversion rate) * average basket)/monthly media budget)Is that possible ?Thanks a lot !
