Typeform conversations

I will be sending my clients a review form with hidden fields, such as name and project number. I would like to create question’s that is ‘Name’ and ‘Project Number’, but I want my clients to not see the question. I need the response though so that I can port that information back into my Project Management software when the results come in.Worst case scenario is I have a question like this:Hi John, thanks for taking the time to review our services! What’s your name?[Type your name here]

I must admit, I’m a bit disappointed. I thought the beautiful TypeForm would take up the whole page on Wordpress/Divi, but I’ve entered the standard embed code in a Divi module and the page is kinda short. Do I have to manually edit code to make it look good? I signed up for TypeForm thinking. it would look better than this on my site, to be honest. 

It’s looking great on desktop but taking up a huge part of the screen on mobile, so we’d like to find an easy way to display on desktop only. Any guidance on this please?

Question - with the free version, it says unlimited forms with 10 questions each, but only 10 answer submissions per month…. does that mean per form or in total? Bit confused. 

I would like to include the timestamp in the email notification to myself upon a user’s response to a Typeform, would that be possible?

I’m using a survey to see how customer’s views change about my company over time. I’ve enabled multiple completions, but today I noticed a slack message to notify that I’ve had a repeat form fill. I’ve not seen any update on the results page to reflect a second completion. Changing summary view to filter for today’s date hasn’t helped.I have the typeform integrated with hubspot as well - nothing showing as updated on there. I don’t think the notification fired incorrectly, so thinking there’s something not letting data display how I’d like to see it?Struggling to find an answer.

I have been trying to access the settings tab on my account for two days now to unsubsrcibe from my payment plan before I am charged for the next month that I do not want.However, it has been stuck on the loading screen for hours on both days and multiple devices. I do not want to be charged again so need to solve this fast. 

Hello, I’m trying to create a product recommendation quiz where each answer earns custom variables a certain amount of points, and the ending is determined by which variable has the most total points. Has anybody tried creating something like this, or know if it’s possible? 

anyone else have a problem copying the link when thing is done and keeps brining you to a log in screen or follow the rabbit what do I do?

Hi, Our team encounter à problem regarding the embeded Typeforms on our website. The Blocks of the Typeform are not displayed properly on Mobile view. Can anyone help us with this issue ? 

Hi!I’ve noticed that if when my interviewees skip some questions and don’t answer them, my Typeform closes and the survey states that they’ve finished it. Therefore, is there a solution to be able to skip question to continue answering others, without the Typeform automatically closing itself? Does this happens because there is a maximum of questions that can stay unanswered? Is there a way of disabling it? I would really use your feedback.Thank you in advance!

I upgraded my account and it says my upgrade is pending despite the help docs saying that upgrades are activated immediately. How long will I need to wait before being able to integrate my form with the upgraded features. 

I plan on using unique forms containing a hidden field (so each survey URL would be unique) and would like to collect responses from people and offer them a chance to get back and review (not change, just look at) the data they entered. This means I would like for them to submit their form, close the browser or even switch the device and come back to the form results the next day or so.Is this possible at all using Typeform?

Hello!  I would like to extract participant’s answers and carry them as questions to next questions. Here is an example: Q1. What do you think of the following brands?McDonald’s: Never heard of it/Neutral/Love itBurger Kind: Never heard of it/Neutral/Love itKFC: Never heard of it/Neutral/Love it Q2. How much did you like the ads referring to the relative brand?Here I would like to select only those brand where participants have chosen “Neutral” or “Love it” from the previous question. So if I selected “Never heard of it” for KFC, I would only be shown McDonald’s and Burger King.Is there a way to do it in Typeform? Thank you in advance! :)

I’m looking how to edit the email that is going out after people submit their typeform and I can’t seem to figure out where exactly the email is coming from. I checked my zapier and I do not have an integration set up, I checked in typeform settings and do not have the notify respondents on. The example of Typeform looks very nice, but I cannot find how to show the right answers?

This is the second time I have seen this, triplicate entries and not just the same person answering the survey multiple times, the records are all exactly the same and within minutes of one another?  Thoughts?  

Is there a way to apply a respondent ID to each individual respondent without using a CRM integration? I’ve a survey journey of about 10 surveys, connected by the “Redirect on Completion” feature. Each survey, as I understand it, will produce results in separate Google sheets. I would like to see all answers throughout the 10 surveys from “Respondent 110011” vs. “Respondent 110021”. Is this possible without CRM integration? I would like to avoid asking identifiable information.  

Hi, We have a product page with 2 typeform buttons that open sliders :  Get full details slider typeform&Order now slider typeform When people click on “get full details” they access a slider typeform and get an email with a call to action : order now email button This order now email button leads to the product page.I’d like that a specific url links to the product page but opens automatically the order now slider on that specific case anyone has ideas how to achieve this with Typeform ?  with custom code ?  Many thanks in
