Typeform conversations

Hello there,Greeting of the day!I hope you are doing good, As I was working on the Image form creating a survey for our website. My team and I were thinking of creating a Product finder Survey form with the help of images. On the 5th slide, We were about to add links to the products added in the form through the images, but we are not able to find any way to add links to those images, which can redirect to our product page. So, Can you please assist us in choosing the right direction on how to add a link to a particular image or text?.Thanks and regardsMunira Rv

Hi all,  Due to some GDPR stipulations we are looking to use a Pardot form on our access page to our Typeform, to make sure personal data is input directly into Pardot / Salesforce without being captured with a Typeform info section.  Are you able to add the answers captured in Typeform to this record without the personal data being entered into Typeform does anyone know? Example flow below.  We are also looking to try and ensure we are not including any additional technology if possible to make this work. Thanks!

When I try to import a google doc to create a survey, I get this message: The payload is invalid.---------Error #1. Bonjour ! Nous avons connecté plusieurs formulaires de contact à Sendinblue grâce à Zapier. Cependant nous ne trouvons plus les différentes fins des formulaires dans Zapier. Tout fonctionnait très bien avec un seul formulaire mais lorsque nous avons modifié les fins, Zapier n'arrive plus à récupérer les informations. Quelqu'un a déjà eu ce problème ? Merci.Hi there ! Hi there,I would like to ask you about the multiple choices and if conditions as they don’t work right.I have a multiple choice question (Choose the buildings you have your own apartments) with the option of multiple selection:I have apartments in building A I have apartmrnts in building B  One person can choose both of the options or they can choose just one option (buiding A or building B).I would like those who have chosen only A option are able to fill in the Apartments for building A, those who have chosen only B option - Apartments for building B, and those who have chosen both of them - fields with the questions on Apartments for A and B buildings.In fact, when I choose a condition IF Building is A and IF Building is B then jump to Question with both these buildings it then moves the respondent only to the question for A building, so your conditional logic with and doesn’t work. ​​​​​​​

Hello,Is there a way to do the following formatting on picture choice answers?Change the color behind the picture choice answers to white. It looks like it automatically makes it a light shade of whatever color I pick for the label text. Remove the A, B, C,etc. that comes before the label text.Thank you! Laurie

How, in God’s name, can I stop the onslaught of these community question emails? The email won’t let you unsubscribe, and only says “See categories.” Where is THAT? I don’t have time for this. Even trying to ask this question sent me down a freaking rabbithole. THERE IS NO SUBJECT OFFERED RELATED TO THIS! Make it stop! Did I say I hate this program?

Hello,We spent several hours over two days completing a Typeform questionnaire in Chrome on Windows. We were about 150 questions through 200. Today when we opened the form, it prompted us to submit. Unfortunately only about 30 of those responses actually went to the recipient and there are 120 missing.Is there any way for a respondent to access the answers from the local cache? They must be in there, since it had automatically saved so many times. But when we open the form in the browser, it’s now totally blank since it was “submitted.”

Hello there!I am just getting started with Typeform and maybe my question is very elementary.I want to create a lead-gen tool, whereby customers would receive a list of items, based on their answers to the questionnaire. To do so, I would have to connect a database (4 columns, a dozen of rows to start) to the survey responses, and to run a couple of quick calculations in the background. This would be to ensure that the list corresponds to what the customer is looking for.I see a lot of content around how to export responses into Google Sheet, but I wanted to know if the opposite was also possible?

Hi there,  I’ve been building this quiz for a while now, and just before putting it live I see all the logic is gone . Has this ever happened before to anyone else and is there any way to retrieve this information? Hopefully someone can help me out. Thanks in advance!

We have been charged our annual Typeform fill, as far as I know, I haven´t bee notified in advance to see if we wanted to renew, I find this not good, moreover, the email is only to be found if I log in into the platform, it is not emailed. Finally, the most important question, we are a UK business, we weren´t charged VAT by Typeform last year, why this year have we been charged with 20% VAT? What has it been the difference, I look forward to an answer.I have tried to find some contact details for Typeform and has none, this is highly irregular. Javier Mora

hiya, Hi, I'd like to know how to index answers in typeform, so I can easily create user databases for analytics. Right now we do matching with strings, which is complex and clunky. I know typeform now indexes questions.  But can we index the multiple choice or multiple selection answers, so each option has a unique identifier?

I’ve been using the same form for several years, embedded in my webpageMy drop-off rate on the welcome page were 36% for warm traffic and 65% for cold traffic.These last three weeks I have had drop-off rates on the welcome screen of 99%I track the numbers of clicks on my links (bitly link keeps track)This matches the number of people who reach my welcome screen.Then a 99% drop-off.Thinking it might be a wordpress issue, I’ve had my web developer rebuild the whole site from scratch.We’ve checked that the start button is visible on the screen.But I still have the same numbers with the new site.Any ideas?Tara

Hi there,  I have linked my calendly and it pops up ok however on my calendly I have two ‘schedules.’ Is there a way for me to access the second schedule via typeform? Currently the calendar that populates is not schedule I want.  Cheers, E

Hi all, I’d like to put together a simple agreement that I’d like our community to ‘sign’/agree to. I’d collect the person’s name, email and using legal question type get them to agree to a few clauses (like T&C, but also NDA etc.).I’m wondering if any of you use Typeform in a similar way and if there is any legal effect from such agreement? If the person would then act against the clauses they agreed to before, could their answers and consent be a legal proof?Many many thanks!
