I have a form that had 177 questions, I deleted 129, and left only 48.Now, when I see my forms in the workspace, it always shows me the number of questions is equal to 177.This doesn't worry me that the form info is incorrect. But the real problem is that when I link the form to a Google Sheets, it displays all 177, (that is to say even the ones that have been deleted)How can I stop seeing these deleted questions? Knowing that the connection of the form to google sheets was created only after deleting the questions not desired?Is there any way to do this without having to recreate the form from scratch and do all the work a second time?Thanks

Hi, I'd like some help to know how to get the result of a quiz to be automatically calculated upon completion of the form. There are 5 possible answers to each question. There are 30 questions. I put weight from 1 to 5 for each answer. How do I generate a final result with the sum of all answers?

How do I add the last questions answer to the new question. For example, someone left a 4 out of 10 on the opinion scale, I’d like for the next question to say why did you leave a 4. I’d like for the logic to link to every number so if they leave a 7 it will have 7 on the next question and the same for all of the other numbers. Thanks in advance.

I want to have a long answer question with multiple required responses. How would I go about doing so? I have a endings page set up to show directly after the user hits submit after the last survey question. Unfortunately the endings page does not show up once the user hits submit, the typeform instead closes altogether.The typeform is set up as a pop-up on my website. The “redirect on completion” option is toggled OFF as well. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Good day. I am interested in making use of your platform.  I've worked on it for 2 days and really like the platform. However, do you have MaxDiff and rankings available for survey’s? or are they only available on subscription packages?  Also, - do you offer analysis on your surveys?

I’m in the Free Trial. ….I’ve created a basic Typeform Quiz with an ending. When I click on Live Preview and fill out the form to test it, I’m not seeing the ending message I created after the final question. Any guidance? 

I followed every single step to try to redeem the professional account for type form from the student package on GitHub. However, when I log in with my account and it tries to authorize my account, the page freezes and lodes infinitely until it stops and shows me the following page: The following picture is the page before it became the page above: I have spent a very long time to make this work, please respond soon as I am in need of using the plan. Thank you can I hope to hear from someone soon.

Hi Typeform gurus!   I’ve created an outcome quiz in Typeform with 45 different endings.  The logic all seems to be working well.  I’m struggling now to integrate Zapier to send an email via gmail to the quiz taker.  The email part is straight forward enough, but I have not yet figured out how to send a unique email based on the Ending that the user arrives at.  The only workaround I’ve come up with would be to build the logic in to Zapier based on answers instead of endings--which kind of makes the outcome quiz moot.  Has anyone encountered this and found a good fix?   Many thanks in advance!  Justin

Hello!We have an SPA where we’re showing a Typeform questionnaire on the home/dashboard page, but we then want to remove the Typeform on navigating to a different page.  Typeform generates its own HTML to present the questionnaire:Is there a consistent way that we can use to access this content (something that will be consistent from version to version)?  Previously we were using the “typeform-sidetab” class to find it, but now this has changed to “tf-v1-sidetab”, and it might change again in future…  Is there a way that we can ID the Typeform-generated div ourselves perhaps?  Or is there some clean-up function we can invoke if we want to remove the Typeform HTML when navigating to a different route?

We are getting negative feedback from patients filling in a typeform questionnaire that has a date of birth field.  To select the correct date requires scrolling back by month to get the correct year.  Cannot scroll just in the year field.

I have had redirect on completion working for months where they redirect to a new form so that I can save entries at periodic points.They would redirect in the same window but now trying to open a new tab for the next form. This behaviour has just recently changed, how do I fix it?

Hi,Is there a way to set a specific value for an answer and not sending the whole Text message displayed on the answer in the form ? For example:Question: Do you like apples ?Yes I like apples No I like bananasI would like that the form send the value “yes” or “no”, and not “Yes I like apples”. Or at least, something like “yes-i-like-apples”.It is common in a lot of systems to have a difference between displayed text and form values, like in HTML elements like in “select options”. Any help on that ?Thank you !

Hello community,I really like TypeForm as it allows me to be interactive with my audience. I have built a dialogue to catch more newsleter subscritions, but I am facing a problem.To catch more attention, I have to trigger the side tab after let’s say 5 seconds. As My users can land on any page, I paste the code in the <body> all over the site.If the user submits the form, then the form disappear, because I checked the “close embed on completion”.However if the user simply closes the form, then when he visits another page, the form pops up again after 5 seconds. This can be really anoying for the user.So my question is : is there any solution to force the form to stay down if the user have cliked the “close” button ?Thanks in advanced.

I changed the email for type form and haven’t received any responses in my email. I am able to see the results in my profile, just not in my email. Does anyone out there know if there is a delay or how to confirm that the results are forwarding to my email? Thank you and Happy New Year!

I am essentially trying to create a drop down menu that has over 500 options, so I need users to be able to pick at least 6 or 7 options at once. Is it possible to do that while using just one dropdown menu in one question? 

I’m hoping to create a workflow where someone taking a quiz will be prompted to enter their email to subscribe to Mailchimp and their results trigger an automatic email with their specific results! I have 4 results from my quiz and want to send the quiz taker their results in an email (triggered by them completing the quiz).  How can I do this?
