Typeform conversations

Hi,We are looking at capturing answers to certain questions in accordion style, by this I mean that we will have level 1 answer in which the user will be able to select level 2 points. Is that possible using typeform services?Regards,Astik 

I have a monthly membership that offers one fundraising workshop a month.  Every year I survey my members with approx. 15 -20 different topics and the top 12 winners are the course curriculum.  Last year I had a terrible time with my survey and I’m searching for a survey template that will compile topic results ranked by popularity.   Any templates out there?  

Today I changed my plan from free to basic and provided al the needed billing information. I can also find this information in my account setting now. Though, I did not receive a confirmation email of the billing, nor has my plan been changed from free to basic. What can I do?

Hi there,I’ve created a quiz form and based on the quiz result I am showing different statements/blocks which have links to different pages, now I am trying to pass the value of a few questions dynamically as a URL parameter with that link. The hardcoded link is working fine but whenever I use “@” to map it dynamically with the input field it isn't showing anything there Any idea how to check and fix this?

I’m building a complicated typeform and need some help. I have 8 products and each product had about 10 options. I want to be able to build a quote where multiple products can be selected and customized. Is it possible to refer back to a previous question without erasing a previous selection?Thanks!

Hi, I want to store information about the form inside the form.  Specifically, I have a set of choice references, a subset of the form’s choice references, that I want to save with the TypeForm.  The choice references are strings of about 30-40 characters.The forms I’m working with have about 50-100 multiple choice questions.  On form submission, I want to test for the presence in the response of the members of an arbitrary set/list of answer choices.  So, say 80 MC questions, and 20 answers on my list that, if selected, require some special processing of the response.  The actual processing I can do elsewhere, but I want to store the arbitrary list with the form.What are my options for storing the set of references? I could use hidden variables, either one variable per reference string or somehow concatenate the strings, but then I get a long URL that is susceptible to user error. Twenty references, at 40 characters each, is 800 characters, and is long for a URL.Can I just put the ref

We’re considering upgrading to a business plan, but I was wondering if there are any options/restrictions you can apply to the “seats” that come with it? EX: The base business plan allows for 10,000 monthly responses, but are we able to delegate if each seat is entitled to a certain amount of those responses? Marketing you get X amount, Research you get X amount, etc. Curious what sort of admin/ownership options comes with having more seats. Thanks in advance!  

I’m on the free trial, and apparently at the end of the month, your 10 free responses gets renewed, but how do i know it’s been reset? my responses currently still says 9, even though it was supposed to rest on 11/27. i’ve emailed Typeform 2-3 times now, but it didn’t really answer my question. and there’s no phone number to talk to someone about this. Please advise ASAP! i really need to get my survey up and going and don’t have time to create another one elsewhere.

This looks a bit overwhelming to me. I just wanted to post a short quiz to find out what interests some people. Now, it seems that I must stop and learn a new technology or platform and that does not appeal to me. I just want a simple form and to receive the answers. Is that too much to ask?

Hi Everyone,We have a Typeform (it's part of an application process) that has 5 different options. Each option triggers a different journey in MC, which then triggers a specific email to be sent based on the option that has been selected. All our automation work perfectly. That is for the first attempt/ first time a client applies and uses the Typeform.But, on the second attempt and onwards, the automation does not work. This is an issue for us because if an applicant is declined, they can apply again after a certain period. Or if the applicant also wants to apply to one of our other services. I have spoken to Mailchimp for the last two days. They have tested my journeys on MC and said that it should be working on MC, but due to a 3rd party integration, it's not working. On the second and 3rd attempts, the new tags are not being sent to MC. It seems like the issue is with Typeform. Proces:Enter Typeform. Go through Typeform and select an option, click submit. We use a Typeform survey for our job application process and one of the questions is a multiple choice one where the applicants select the job that they are applying for. What I’m wondering is… is there a way that I can show different Endings to the survey based on which job they chose? This would allow me to really personalise the Ending that they see as some jobs might require a little bit more information about the application process compared to others. 

HubSpot integration does not appear to work correctly. It fails a lot when first set up and then suddenly works but it cannot find one of the HubSpot fields we need.The field has exactly the same qualities of the field that it does find so it’s difficult to understand why it is not finding the right property. 

Hello,I’m trying to solve a problem while I’m building a survey.I have a section of my survey composed by different question groups.My user can choose what section to compiling.So my button list (multiple choice with multiple selections checked) is something like:A key → tell me about our roomsB key → tell me about servicesC key → tell me about restaurantD key → Everything done, let’s go I binded my logic to every button. But… If I leave the “multiple selections” option unchecked, I can jump to the different sections, but it seems no value is passed when I go for D key and the user reaches the next section.If I set the “multiple selections” option checked, the jump seems not work. Maybe I can get what I need with other type of components?

Hello, Let me explain what I am trying to achieve.At the beginning of my form, I ask a question to qualify my leads. If they don’t match, they are redirected to one ending. If they match, they are redirected to another ending.The goal I’m trying to achieve is that :If they match, they are redirected to a specific page on my website automatically after answering extra question - so I can palce a tag on them If they don’t match, they are redirected to ending screen in typeform OR antoher specific page on my website, so I can exclude them. I don’t know which solution is doable on typeformHow should I do that ? Thank a lot

We are using Typeform for a Product Recommendation Quiz. On the outcome page, we have a “Click here to see your personal recommendation” button that takes the user to a Shopify page on our site and makes them an offer on that product.We are trying to track sales that happen on Shopify from leads that come from Typeform...which we have in place that looks for Shopify orders that have email addresses that match email addresses collected in Typeform. However, we are seeing that some customers are checking out on Shopify with a different email address than the email address that they used to complete the quiz which is creating a hole in our tracking system.Our thought is, if we could pass on the email address collected on the page before the outcome page in the URL of the “Click here to see your personal recommendation”, we would be able to connect the dots with Shopify and/or Google Analytics.I’m new to hidden fields.
