When you click on publish and copy the test link to share with people for testing - if you then make changes to your survey, do you need to copy a new test link that will include the changes that were made?
Hi there,I’ve created a typeform (some time ago) and now connected it with my hubspot CRM to take it live. When testing it the data is coming in properly to my hubspot contact list.But what I don’t see is the typeform in my forms list in hubspot. And therefore I can’t trigger a workflow based on the form which I need in my use case. I also use two other typeforms and they show up properly in hubspot.Any idea how to check and fix this?

Hi, Question:Does anyone know how I can map the email form in Typeform to the email field in Constant Contact? Goal:I would like to have the Typeform users email automatically match with the already existing email in constant contact. Problem:In the dropdown I don’t see an option to select the email question created. When I do a Typeform in google chrome (Windows) and use the short text field, the cursor is automatically placed into the field and I an quickly answer question and press return to go to next question. On iOS using Safari I have to manually place cursor into field with touch screen, answer question, then go to next screen, again manually place cursor into field.Is there a way to automatically have the cursor placed into the short text field so users could quickly answer forms?Thanks!!!!
I have a few questions that are RATING questions - 1 - 5 stars, for example. If the question doesn’t apply to the respondent, they are free to skip (it’s not mandatory), but the little isn’t exactly easy to see/find unless you’re looking at the bottom of the screen. And I don’t want them to click a 1 star (or other rating) if the question doesn’t apply to them. So my question is: Is there an easy way to add a N/A so they can move on to the next question?
Are forms created private (want to make sure that they are not accessible to those not sent to)? Thank you. Â

Hi everyone!I’m trying to create a quiz that’s ends with an evaluation. Like the ending will be like a summary with one line each per question, the text will vary depending on your answer to each question. For example for question if the answer to question 1 is yes, then line 1 of ending will say hello, if the answer to question 1 is no, then line 1 will say hi. If the answer to question 2 is left then line 2 in the ending will say how are you, if the answer to question 2 is right then line 2 in the ending will say how do you do. something like this. ive seen it before but im not sur ehow to do it.Â

Hi there,  I’m sending typeform leads over to HubSpot. I set up the integration and mapped the field. Everything is being mapped correctly except the email, no idea why, but it’s the core part of everything.  This is how I mapped the attributes on the integration. When I get to hubspot everything is ok except the, email, what am I doing wrong? ​​​​​​​​​​Â
How do you create transition animations in forms or surveys such as typeforms?
Hi all,New to Typeform and first post in the forum. I’m a bit confused about the logic (or lack thereof) behind Themes and what happens when I duplicate them.In a test workspace I created a survey and saved it. Then I created a duplicate of that survey. I then edited the name of the theme and I’m then asked if I want to save it as a new theme.So now I have the newly created theme and the “default” version of the theme.When opening the first created survey, the newly renamed and saved theme I can Rename, Edit, Duplicate and Delete whereas the “default” theme I can only Edit.If I open the duplicated survey I see only the newly renamed theme and there I can Rename, Edit, Duplicate and Delete it. Earlier in the process of creating surveys I unfortunately changed the background image on one survey and saved it across all surveys. Hi! I’ve shared a survey with our freelancer community, which seemed to work initially but then it didn’t. So I sent out a second email with a new link, worked for 24 hours and now we got the same problem again. When clicking on the survey link now, you land at a page with the message “Sorry, you can't access this typeform until its creator says so”. What is going on and what can I do about it?Thanks in advance,Frida
Hi - does anyone know whether it’s possible to create a report or somehow export the data about the drop offs from a Typeform survey? I know it’s possible to see which questions have the greatest % drop off, but would like to be able to export this data. Thanks in advance!  Â
Hi guys, I am trying to to manipulate number outputs from in Automate.io to send them to Notion. The problem is not all my questions have required answers, and Automate.io does not go through with my bots if the value does not exist.I still need Typeform to send something (ideally the value 0) when the form is sent, even if the question is left unanswered. Is there a way to achieve this ? Thanks !

Hello,I am currently looking to build a a survey for my Board of Directors, but there is a catch. My task is to build the survey, but I shouldn’t see the results. Ideally, someone on the board will pull the results once it is completed.My question is: Is there a way that I can build the survey, and make it only viewable to another user? Example:I am user 1. I am building the survey for user two. User two will be the only one who can log into Typeform to view the results. Does this work by moving the survey I create to User 2’s personal workstation?Mind you, I am the product owner of Typeform Surveys. Any help with this is greatly appreciated!
I haven’t done anything weird with the formatting of the form. A screenshot of the error is below.This was happening with one form, so I tried making a fresh version of it, and I’m getting the same error.Is there just a bug in the system today? Hi there ! I was in the Business plan. Downgraded to Basic plan. Now my form cannot be published anymore because of features that can be used only on the Business plan. How can I find the features from the superior plan that make my form impossible to publish ? Thank you very much !AminaÂ
Hello,I am using a typeform to screen potential clients and want to minimize having to manually add them to a google group following acceptance to a waitlist. I used a Lead Gen template and want to be able to use zapier to add them to the Google group ONLY if they hit ENDING A on my lead gen typeform. Is there a way to accomplish this?Thanks!
Since the free plan allows 10 responses per month, what happens when an 11th response is done? The person cannot submit it? Or they can but I’m not able to access the answers?Â

I love copying and pasting. I love Typeform. What I don’t love is that, in the Typeform editor, I cannot copy and paste as much as I want to. I would love to be able to copy and paste the following things:Copy (or bulk edit) all answer options from a multiple choice, right now I need to change the question type to dropdown to get a list of plain text answer options; Copy an entire question from one form to another; Copy data from the summary screen to CSV (Google Data Studio style)Â
