Typeform conversations

When I try to connect the type foam to the Google Spreadsheet, ‘oops something  went wrong’ appears on the last step. Even if I use the same account, I can't connect.How can I connect to google spreadsheet??

Hello, is this possible?I would like to create 3 different type form survey’s.Each survey will be connected to the SAME audience (list) in my Mailchimp account.Within this list, there are multiple groups for different kinds of customers. I would like Typeform to add the contacts it collects to specific groups within the same Audience based on their Typeform answers.Please note - in Mailchimp “groups” and “tags” are different. I am not interested in tagging. Groups are like buckets inside of the Audience. For example:Survey 1 would have a question with 6 different answer options. The answer that the contact chooses here determines which group within the Mailchimp Audience they get added to. The contact would then be added to 1 of those 6 different groups within the Mailchimp Adience.This same thing would happen for the other 2 Typeform surveys.** all contacts are added to the SAME Mailchimp Audience, but different groups within that audience. Is this possible with Typeform??? Thank you!

~`Hello everyone, glad to be apart of a community of other people who think outside the box. I am sure i will have a different perspective on things. I am currently working on a medium sized survey, about 15-20 questions. It has to do with learning Credit Education & Financial Literacy. I feel like I have what I need but I want to take it just a step further and make a really great impression. Also working with my Chamber of Commerce as well. 

We built our typeform questionnaire using advanced logic and calculations for each of the answers to get to a final end score per respondent. In the old lay-out I could see how this calculation worked in each question, but in the new lay-out I can only see the final end score. Does anyone know how I can see the build-up of the calculation in the new lay-out? Thanks! I am using logic to replace text variables. I then need those text variables to map into my CRM Active Campaign. But ActiveCampaign can only map in Hidden Fields from typeform.So is there a way, inside of typeform settings, to map text variables into hidden fields?

Hi I hope to find an answer to my question here just as I will try to help others with their questions. My question is as follows.Is there any way to pass a successor number to a typeform? That every time the form is used it is incremented by 1?Or is it possible to include this in the subject of the email message?The reponse ID is fine to as long as i can make a difference between request and every request has its own unique code, id or numberThanks for all the help

Hi, I’m embedding a form in my website, so it should be compliant with the Privacy Policy. I notice dozens of requests to api.segment.io happening when a user opens up the form, which is unlikely compatible with my legal baseline (I’m based in the EU). We are using Eloqua as our CRM, and want to pass along email address in our URL as a hidden field. https://9m6smm79z8i.typeform.com/to/KXOphuUY#email=xxxxx Does anyone know the merge tag that I’d use for Eloqua to pass along email address? I’ve successfully done this in Pardot but cannot figure it out for Eloqua. Thanks!

Hi, I’m using `@typeform/embed-react` to embed a form in a page of my site. However, my site supports dark and light themes. I’d like to know if there’s a way in which I can tell typeform to render the embed form using a specific theme for that purpose. The options from “Typeform Vanilla Embed Library” don’t seem to offer something like this, but maybe I’m missing something. Thanks,Jorge L

Hi there,We’re a training organisation considering the usage of Typeform, but need to check if it’s possible to setup unique exports or reports to either be accessed or sent directly to our team members.For example, there will be a question called ‘Who was your trainer today?’ with 20 different possible answers. If the questionnaire is filled out 15 times on a particular day with the answer Jane Smith and 12 times with the answer Bob Davies, then we would like Jane Smith to be able to access the results to her respondents at the end of the day, but to only see hers, not Bob’s, as this would be confidential.Ideally she would be able to access these results via a unique URL link at the end of each day. Alternatively, she could be emailed a spreadsheet report of ‘her results’. Is this functionality possible in Typeform and if so, how would we go about setting this up?Thanks in advance. 

I’m using a series of typeforms for registrations for retreat events that all include accommodation, and allow participants to select (and pay for) their preferred accommodation.  (I think ultimately a pretty cool use-case for typeform!  Check out our forms at northernedgealgonquin.ca/book-now) Now, as we have different accommodation styles, we occasionally need to close them off due to them being fully-booked.  I’d like an easy way to show that the choice Was available, but is no longer. What I’ve tried in the past:A new question type that says “sorry, that’s fully booked, please go back” I already have follow-up questions that show a bit more about the accommodation selected and ask for confirmation - I’ve tried removing the “confirm” button and asking them to go back.At the scale of forms we’re using, it’s impractical to go back in and adjust for either of these two solutions - and it clutters up some already-complicated logic.  I’d prefer something built right into the question.I’m

I received a form from a supplier aboud a order and filled it out a few months ago. There were some errors in the order placed through this form. When questioning the supplier, he denies that some questions had been asked and that certain standardizations had not been allowed. Is there any way I could access and view the form's editing history? I would like to view the version of 05/13/2020

Hi everyone,We’re having an issue and really don’t know how to rectify it. We have a simple survey that asks respondents a question. If they get the answer wrong, it goes to an ‘Oops, the correct answer is...’ screen and that’s fine. If they get the answer right, it goes to ‘Well done...’ AND THEN goes straight to ‘Oops’ instead of the next question. I can’t see any reason in the logic for why it would do this. Does anyone have any ideas?Thank you very much.

I created my first time typeform and then wanted to embed it in full page view mode to my website.  I copied the code and created a separate new html file then pasted on it. Afterwards I attached this file to the website source code where I wanted it to show.  But unfortunately when I am loading the website, the typeform is not working/responding and the entire page remains blank/white...without a single word. I am developing my own website for my Project.  It's not hosted right now and still in progress. Please help me. 

Is there a way of ensuring that an embedded Typeform can only be accessed through the website it is embedded within? i.e. sharing the url alone wouldn’t work. 

Hi community I’m quite inexperienced regarding surveys.In a larger format - what is the best way to create populations and view their responses by individual questions?For example I want to view the population based statistics for the question “are you grateful for this question in order to teach the whole community?” by everyone who previously answered “man” in another question. Is there any typeform function supporting this? Or is it done best with excel- and then how to create the functions? Any tips on where I can dig into it more on my own?Any feedback would be appreciated!

How do I receive email results as soon as a survey is submitted and can I add multiple recipients to those email forwards from Typefrom?

I need the users of my survey to review an excel doc before answering a question. Is there a way to embed the spreadsheet or have a link that opens it in a new window? It would look like this:Please review this spreadsheet and let us know if any required systems are NOT LISTED. Please enter the names of the missing systems in the field below. Alternatively they could update the spreadsheet directly instead on typing it in the response.
