Typeform conversations

I have embedded a typeform into a Squarespace page as a slider. I can get into the typeform, but I’m not seeing any of my endings appear. When I preview the typeform on its own, the endings are there? Anyone run into this before? 

Hello Dear Typeform Community, I hope this mail finds you well + I have a critical question for you.The “next” button, located, at the bottom of each multiple choice slide, just disappeared/ vanished from all my typeforms. Consequently, the only way to go to next question for my responsdents is to scroll down, resulting in a terrible UX.Does someone know :what happened ? If it’s possible to come back to initial situation - to have the next button back ?

Hi.  I am trying to figure out how to create scores by question group and then depending on those sub totals, develop a series of endings. How do I do that?Thank you so much!

To hopefully make it clearer with an example: I want to have a public lead-gen form that anyone can respond to and that I will review. For some of the submissions that I would shortlist, I want to send a follow-up detailed response form. I want to be able to assign there responses back to the original submission, without asking them for Name, email etc again. Is there a way to generate individual links for respondents within the platform, so I don’t have to track it manually? Thanks!

I have pictures stored on my laptop that when I drag to create a picture survey, it loads some pictures upright and some sideways?  I don’t see an edit feature to correct this.

I have created a free account and a quiz with 10 questions. When I try to publish it says I have too many questions. I thought 10 questions is okay for the free version. This is the error message I get:“This typeform uses trial features that aren’t on your plan. To publish it, upgrade your plan or remove these trial features:unlimited questions” What am I doing wrong?

I’m not sure what keywords to use to find the answer to my question… I’m hoping to use Typeform to help users get to a result, based on a series of prompts. So the form would look something like this:What kind of food to you like to eat? Fruit Veggies Meat What is your favorite color? Green Orange Red If the person answers Veggies and Orange, I’d like to display a “Carrot”. On the face of it, it seems super complex as you’d quickly have a ton of options for branching, and potentially multiple answers (Carrot and Bell Pepper). I have about two dozen potential “foods” as responses. And probably 6 questions in total. I don’t THINK this is possible with Typeform?Thanks!

Good morning all.I’m a total Typeform noob.  That being said, I’ve done some searching and not yet found my answer…Is it possible to tap into a submit event? My rationale is this:Many of my clients use Marketo.  There is significant benefit to collecting data via Marketo forms (tracking cookies, real time data flows, event triggers in Marketo etc) rather than using zapier or similar. Typeform makes forms that are far more attractive and engaging than a Marketo form can be so there is a desire to provide the best possible UX. It is quite common practise to use a hidden Marketo form, take data from somewhere else, load it into the Marketo form, and then submit programatically.  I’ve done this with Gravity forms (as an example)Is this possible with Typeform, and if so - how?CheersJo

When the survey or quiz is embedded in another web application, are there any events to notify that the users have started taking the quiz, have completed taking the quiz, etc, so that custom actions can be added when those events occur ?

Thanks for the information on Hidden fields, however if I am not embedding the form and instead just provide a simple hyperlink that takes the users to the survey(form) how can I pass name into the hidden fields for the  user who hits hyperlink?Please help - Thanks 

We use Intercom and Typeform. I have a Typeform I want to present in an intercom Message that gets triggered on certain user actions.Here’s the steps that workedI’ve followed the setup instructions here and everything seemed to set up fine. Composing my outbound message (a Post), I was able to insert the Typeform app and configure the block just as shown here As a user on my site, I took the action to trigger the message, and it does appear with the Typeform block: Here’s what does not workClicking/tapping the button does not load the Typeform – it shows this webpage: What I’ve tried to fix itUninstall and then reinstall Typeform app in Intercom (per this post) Try on Chat message type instead of Post Delete the Typeform block  and re-create it Checked that my subscription plan (Plus) includes Intercom integration (it seems to)None of these have worked. Hey! I am creating a survey and want to ask for participants email addresses and then enter them into a prize draw to win an Amazon voucher. I’ve been recommended Mail chimp, but would rather email them directly with the voucher as its simpler. Can i do this?

Dear All we have integrated the excel integration to some of our typeform questionnaires. Now we want to change the microsoft account to which it is connected, but when starting the integration again it automatically takes the data from the “old”  microsoft account. Is it possible to connect every single questionnaire to different Microsoft Accounts . and does typeform store the access data for the microsoft account somewhere.Maurice Arets

I don’t understand.It’s so easy usually and I have never had this problem before.I use the WP plugin to get my forms embed.I have the correct link, the correct form and the infos.The form by itself works. I can acces it with the link!BUT when I see the page, in the “embed space”, there is the whole typeform website that shows up not the form.What’s the problem?

Hi,For some reason the email embed tool adds “gt;” letters on top of the survey. How can I get rid of it? 

Is there are way to set up that I get an email whenever I get a new response?

Wazzup Typeform community  I have a PowerAutomate flow that involves a Tyepform trigger (make that 20 flows!). In this case, I want to pull info from a Typeform into an SMS. My Typeform pulls the open text answers without issue. However, when I pull multiple choice questions or drop down menu selections, the label is dragged along as well. I have had a number of participants tell me that they are re-routed to the beginning of the same section. They are unable to move forward and then after restarting two-three times are able to exit the assessment and book a call.  This is resulting in them missing 50% of the entire assessment,  but still being able to book a call. I also just got this feedback: I’m wondering if it’s the platform/system you are using bc it did feel glitchy compared to other questionnaires I filled out. For example I had difficulty selecting more than one answer on options that said I couldAnyone else experience this or know how to solve this?

Hi!I create a typeform and connect correctly with Google Sheet. W made some examples to see if the survey and the tabulation of our results where ok and then we delete de results on the sheet that was connected to the typeform and now we can´t connect it again to the google sheet. I only get “oh no, there was an error” once I try to coonect to the spreadsheets. How can i make it work?  Thanks!

I published my form a month ago and now I wanted to bring the emails of user submissions over. So, I already connected it with HubSpot but data failed to port successfully. Please help
