Typeform conversations

Can someone help…I’m trying to build a simple quiz with multiple outcomes, but my user interface bares no resemblance to the options shown in the how to demo? Are these old videos, has that functionality been changed? I can’t find anywhere to create an ending or anyway to link answers to endings. This video looks easy… But I don’t seem to have any of this functionality?! 

Hi, I have currently three ‘job application’ forms that I would like to connect to my Notion database. After I connect the first form, I am unable to connect any other form. In the connect screen for the second form, I am able to do the Step 1 (Connect my typeform account). When I try to Authenticate for Step 2, I get the error that Notion is already authorized and hence cannot proceed to step 3. 

Is it possible to add a subscriptions counter before the start in the welcome block?It could be useful for engaging more people and pushing them to subscribe themselves.Thanks for the help :)

Hello there, I’m new to type form and wanna connect my google survey form with type form. Can we do this if yes, then how can I do this.   

Hello i have a question. In my contact form I request an email, name, surname and address of the respondent. How do I ask about privacy? The contact form will be used in Australia.

If the default flag for the country code is defined, users should not be requested to insert it on the field, particularly because the example for data imput does not request it. It is a BUG from my point of view unless I am doing something wrong. I am receiving lots of complains about it.Any Help?

Hello there, I have question about surveying as we can do google survey at any site. Same as can we integrate type form at any site for this purpose?

Three questions super experts:1) I wanted to show customers the result of their tests when they submit theirs forms. Is it possible through Typeform or do I need to export the results to somewhere else to do it?2) We are using the chat version embed in a landing page. Facebook requires the form to be into an owned domain to allow me to insert its pixel on it. Is there anyway to use typeform in a subdomain which belongs to us?3)I our chat version, one of the questions is phone numeber. We are using the mask Flag + number in the desktop version, with the Brazilian flag + (XX) 99999-9999. When it is converted to chat, it changes for US version without flag and the mask (example) is american 1 (111) 111-1111. It seems to be a BUG. Any thoughts?Thanks for your help.

Can the chat feature link to a live chat option or does it do this internally? 

Hi, Since the beginning of this week i’m not getting any notifications from the forms.  also tried to contact typeform and i saw they run a test.  But heard nothing from them?  Is there a other way to contact them?  I’m having the problem with all my forms..  Anyone else having this problem?   I’m letting my clients do check ins with typeform, Because of this problem i missed ALOT Thanks! I have removed the payment question from a form I have. I still can’t share it as a chat, as it claims the question is still there. How do I fix this? Thanks

I am having an issue with my typeform. It is super urgent, the form is supposed to be published today..I have tried to search in the community section and I can't find the answer to what I need. I am trying to set up jump logic with the advance settings in my Typeform survey. I would like Question 6 to skip to question 15 if the answer selected was ' Management/Owner '. Then if the option selected is 'Staff/Volunteer' then they go to the next question, which is question 7. At the moment what happens is no matter what answer comes out of question 6, it takes them to question 7. So the jump to question 15 doesn't work when you select ' Management/Owner 'Please can you help me?Here is my survey: https://awi398217.typeform.com/to/YygbQiLk 

Hi there! 👋I really appreciate the fast new Typeform builder. However, I noticed it doesn’t have the logic map anymore. So, to test it I would need to click through the whole form if I am correct.The logic map in Classic Builder was a really useful function to have when you wanted to have an overview of any “lost arm” of the logic jumps.How do you deal with this?Best wishesManu

Hello,I created a 1 question survey to embed into my thank you page after people download content from my website. Given they already had to input their email to get my content, I don’t want to ask them again for their email.When I try to connect my Typeform to MailChimp, I get a message saying I need to add an email question to my typeform so I can collect and send emails. But, like I said, people would already have had to input their email to download content AND to get to the Typeform. Is there a way around this?Thank you,Ana

Hi @typeformIs it possible to restart the numbering of your questions and/or use numbers instead of letters inside a group of questions? Seems like a relatively basic question / ask, but something I can’t seem to find a way to do. Use case: I’m creating a form that is focused around 10 questions. There is an upfront (preamble if you will) that allows the user to enter some profile information before they start. I’d like the questions to start at 1 (since we’re doing 10 questions), as opposed to 2) or (2)a..

Right now I have a free account and published my first typeform poll yesterday in an app.I just want to know if it is possible to present the result of the user’s vote straight after the vote is done (e.g. 20 % voted for answer “A” and 80 % voted for answer “B”).Thanks for your help!

Hello all, I am trying to integrate Google Drive with one of my forms as I need it for video submissions that are bigger than 10mb. It looks to be set up correctly, but I’m not 100% sure how to connect it directly to my form. My drive account is all connected, and I get to this section and I am stumped. I can choose the drive folder itself, but I don’t know how to choose the typeform field itself. What am I missing? And how large of a file can be selected with this?Thanks again all. I’m a total rookie over at this, so I appreciate your support!

I was wondering if there is any integration that would allow me to track and record user behaviour on my Typeform? Something similar to Hotjar for example?

I created a Typeform with logic jumps like: question - proposition A, B, C - different answer for each proposition.Even if the question is required, it is possible to scroll down and see one of the answers, even though no answer to the question has been selected. How can this be fixed ?Thanks a lot!
