Typeform conversations

At the start of my survey, it says 0 of 6 questions answered, but as you go through the survey, it will say 4 of 15 questions answered. How can I ensure the number of questions displayed to the survey participant is accurate from the very start of the survey? It’s not ideal that at the start you think there’s only six questions, and then there ends up being 15. Thank you!

Hi All, I am new to Typeform and created a contact form. Since applying it to my website according to my account in Typeform I have had 2 responses but I don’t know how to access them? I haven’t had a email saying someone has filled out the form. Please helpThanks Emma 

Hello, I was wondering if it was possible to embed a typeform popover on the left side of the page instead of the right side? Currently on the right side of the page we have our chat widget there and if we embed the the typeform there it blocks the chat or vice versa the chat will block the form. 

Hi, friends! I've integrated Typeform to Notion to get leads in my Notion board. At this Typeform there is one multiselect question, which I have already put at Notion multiselect field as well, but only the answers with ONE question selected are arriving at Notion.  I also noticed that even some answers with one single answer (at the multiselect question), do not go to my Notion board. Why is it happening and how can I solve it?

Is it possible to show a user multiple outcomes rather than just one outcome? I’d like to have the top 3 recommendations displayed based on their answers, rather than only 1.

I have created a client satisfaction survey how can I see results for the survey rather than questions. I would like to see summary results

Hiya- I am trying to survey two groups of people, and import the results of the survey into Hubspot. 1. Email form link to people who are already in our CRM (email and firstname as hidden fields).2. Form embedded on our website, not knowing anything about the user.To simplify things, I thought it might be possible to use branching logic based on hidden fields.IF the hidden field @email CONTAINS “@”, skip the questions that ask for “email” and “firstname”.PROBLEM:Putting the data into the CRM would still be tricky, since the email addressed associated with the submission would be coming either from a hidden field named “email”, or coming from the question that asks them for their email. Not sure how to tell the CRM which one to use.Is there a good way to do this, or should I just make two forms ??

Hi all,I have two typeforms--one published, one I’m just finishing. I have the Essentials plan. The first one I was able to add an ending with no problem. On the one I’d like to finish, endings don’t show up as an option. No idea how to fix this,, nothing in the community forum that I can find. 

Hi everybody. I wonder whether any of you have come across this issue.  I want a form that fishermen can fill in to tell me what fish they’ve caught, from a list, on a trip.  So they can put a number against those fish they have caught.  But for those they haven’t caught any of I want this to appear as a zero on the form I create using something like Airtable - they shouldn’t have to enter zero on each and every one they haven’t caught any of.  Can this be possible to do, do you think?  Tried all the templates but doesn’t seem to work.  I have the Professional Plan so should be able to build something?Will be interested to see if this is possible, and with indications as to how, and hope that someone may be able to help me.Thanks, Jon

Hey all! I’m seeing a pretty large discrepancy between my facebook TypeformSubmit events, Typeform UI form submits, and internal counts. Is anyone else experiencing this post iOS 14.5? I’m using a workaround that was mentioned on this thread, that is getting my pixel events closer to actual submits, but still about 25% short. 

Can someone help…I’m trying to build a simple quiz with multiple outcomes, but my user interface bares no resemblance to the options shown in the how to demo? Are these old videos, has that functionality been changed? I can’t find anywhere to create an ending or anyway to link answers to endings. This video looks easy… But I don’t seem to have any of this functionality?! 

Hi, I have currently three ‘job application’ forms that I would like to connect to my Notion database. After I connect the first form, I am unable to connect any other form. In the connect screen for the second form, I am able to do the Step 1 (Connect my typeform account). When I try to Authenticate for Step 2, I get the error that Notion is already authorized and hence cannot proceed to step 3. 

Is it possible to add a subscriptions counter before the start in the welcome block?It could be useful for engaging more people and pushing them to subscribe themselves.Thanks for the help :)

Hello i have a question. In my contact form I request an email, name, surname and address of the respondent. How do I ask about privacy? The contact form will be used in Australia.

If the default flag for the country code is defined, users should not be requested to insert it on the field, particularly because the example for data imput does not request it. It is a BUG from my point of view unless I am doing something wrong. I am receiving lots of complains about it.Any Help?

Hello there, I have question about surveying as we can do google survey at any site. Same as can we integrate type form at any site for this purpose?

Three questions super experts:1) I wanted to show customers the result of their tests when they submit theirs forms. Is it possible through Typeform or do I need to export the results to somewhere else to do it?2) We are using the chat version embed in a landing page. Facebook requires the form to be into an owned domain to allow me to insert its pixel on it. Is there anyway to use typeform in a subdomain which belongs to us?3)I our chat version, one of the questions is phone numeber. We are using the mask Flag + number in the desktop version, with the Brazilian flag + (XX) 99999-9999. When it is converted to chat, it changes for US version without flag and the mask (example) is american 1 (111) 111-1111. It seems to be a BUG. Any thoughts?Thanks for your help.

Can the chat feature link to a live chat option or does it do this internally? 

Hi, Since the beginning of this week i’m not getting any notifications from the forms.  also tried to contact typeform and i saw they run a test.  But heard nothing from them?  Is there a other way to contact them?  I’m having the problem with all my forms..  Anyone else having this problem?   I’m letting my clients do check ins with typeform, Because of this problem i missed ALOT Thanks!
