Typeform conversations

I want to ask responders to rank in order responses to a question but i can’t seem to find a question option for this? So annoying.

I'm new to using this tool and I have a problem finding the panel to add and modify variables .. in many examples it just goes to an Edition-Design-Logic panel and the Logic tab is where you can access these variable options but that's the problem, I can't find how to open this panel ...

Hi,I’ve recently integrated my Facebook Pixel and Hubspot Account to my Typeform.What I’ve realised using Facebook Test Event is that the Typeform fires 2 PageViews instead of 1.1 from Hubspot Integration and 1 from Facebook Integration.There is no deduplication of event.I need both integrations on my Typeform but I want to make sure I only fire 1 PageView so that my data is accurate.Is there a work around this?Thank you.

Hello, I created a 13 question Typeform survey and integrated the survey to my Hubspot account so that answers get passed to the corresponding contact property in Hubspot. 9 out of 13 of the answers are passing to Hubspot. Out of the 9 answers, one is First name, one is Last name, one is email, and then there are 6 multiple choice questions. The 4 answers that are not getting passed to Hubspot are all multiple choice questions. The Typefor mquestions and corresponding contact properties in Hubspot for those 4 questions are exactly the same as the 6 multiple choice questions and answers that are getting successfully passing from Typeform to Hubspot. I spoke with Hubspot support over a screen share, and they’ve directed me to Typeform support since for them it’s a third party integration.  I’ve already tried redoing and approaching this from multiple angles on both the Typeform and Hubspot ends, and I’m stumped. Please help! Sincerely,Carlos 

It wont let me check off the integration connection to EXCEL

Hi everyone!Our team currently has a landing page. On the landing page, there’s a text bar where users can enter their email address. Upon entering their email address, they are re-directed to a TypeForm registration. We have been receiving reports from prospective users that after they enter their email address, nothing happens! In some cases, nothing happens when they hit “Enter”. In other cases, they are redirected, but TypeForm won’t load, and it's just a blank screen. In most cases, when we ask the user to signup in Incognito Mode / Private Mode, the TypeForm does work!This morning, we checked our Analytics and there’s a decently large number of users that enter an email, but are unable to access the signup form. As such, we're wondering what might be happening? Ad blockers? Cookies? etc.? Thank you so much everyone!

Hi There - I’m trying to figure out how to route someone to an alternative ending based on their selected choice response. Example: Are you ready to get started:YES → this goes to a link & submits the form OR an alternative ending saying thank you with a CTA to a linkNO → This goes to a different link & submits the form OR an alternative ending saying thank you with a CTA to a diff link

I am trying to learn the new Editor tool and am stuck on what would seem to be an easy issue. How to I simply “delete” a slide? When I am in Editor, and click the three little dots to the right… all I get is the option to “Duplicate” - but not “Delete.” Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hi, I’m having trouble embedding typeform. I’ve published my project but it still doesn’t come up on my website, can anyone help me with this?

I have included hidden fields to my survey. It shows @firstname on my survey question, but when my guinea pig testers have run through it, it either shows blank (it does for me) or it shows xxxxxPlease can someone tell me how to work this bloody software. This damned survey was supposed to be up on Friday. I have done what everyone has advised...

Hey community, has anyone got any ideas how to play with the code or something else for the following;I am trying to create a ‘floating panel’ or I should say the action of the small slider coming out of the right hand side of the web page, like the ‘side tab’ - that is triggered to open when a user clicks on a ‘link’ (not the side tab button itself, I don’t want to have a side tab button showing). Basically I plan to put the link into an image and when someone clicks on the image it triggers the form in a aesthetic and motion of the side tab. Is this doable? 

Based on the number of articles that the customer choses, I want to display a corresponding price in a message on a separate page (thank-you). How can I solve this within one page and by simply loading a different price, depending on the number that was provided by the customer earlier in the questionnair?

My form has a yes/no question that sorts people - if they answer yes, they go onto the rest of the form, if they answer no, they go to an ending that tells them that are not eligible. A couple of weeks ago I was looking at the Results, on the Summary page, and I was able to see how many people had left the form at the “ineligible” ending. I’m looking today and the ending is no longer in the list of questions, so I can’t see how many people left the form there. Does anyone have any idea why this might be so? Is there any way I can get this data back?  Appreciate any help.

Hi,  I can’t seem to get the https link I am adding at the end of my Quiz to work. The quiz has multiple logic steps with product recommendations at the end but when I test the quiz (published) it just reverts to the start of the quiz. I am on the Plus plan. Cheers, Pete

Good morning,I would need to pass the value of when the first form is done to the second form to make some logical jumps.Obviously the two forms are connected to each other, so when the first form is completed I am redirectedon the second form. So based on the time in which the first form is concluded I would like the second to meshowed one thing rather than another.Example: if the first form is completed before 17:00,then in the second form I would show him something about the lunch.If, on the other hand, the first form was completed after 6pm, I would show him something about the dinner.I hope I explained myself.

I want to email a link to my survey for only my students to complete and I don't want the survey public for anyone to respond to. Is this possible and does public actually mean just that?

I created a Typeform as a multiple choice quiz and am trying to log correct answers that shows if you’re right or wrong after each question you answer. Is this done through the “outcome quiz” option under logic?Also, can you not do this through a free account?

I'm building a form for allowing college students to register. I want them to enter their college name, and then check if that college actually exists, and then allow them to select from the list of colleges matching that name. Can it be done?

 Hi, I’ve published a python code to analyze TypeForm results. You’ll find it on Github.You need to know your TypeForm ID, and the basics of a Jupyter NoteBook. I find it faster to work this way, on the long term, than with spreadsheets.You will also have to group all your questions in your form, as the functions are based on group indexes and question IDs. I’ve made a Readme, if needed.You should be able to make pie charts (for singles choices questions) and bar charts (for multiple choices, opinion scales or ratings) pretty easily.I’ve developed few cross results analysis functions, but this needs rework. Hope this helps,
