Typeform conversations

Hi TF Community,We are using a Salesforce lead form, which redirects to a Typeform to collect additional information for lead qualification.Some background on why we are doing it this way:Getting a web-to-lead form HTML generated to get on our website and to integrate to SF to create a lead without building an integration at the time was much simpler/less dev. But now it seems that updating this forms in PHP in our Wordress site is much more complex than initially realized, so not very easy to just add these additional qualifying questions right into the SF lead form. TBH - We don’t like the ‘1 Q per screen’ when you have just asking a user for basic information, I do get it for a UX perspective when progressing through more ‘thought provoking’ and potentially optional questions, but really don’t want our basic lead capture to be in Typeform survey format (in case the advice was to ‘do it all in Typeform’)Initially, the redirect to the Typeform survey post submission was more optional,

Sorry I just not be using the correct term for my searches. I am wanting to create a form of a series of images. The feedback we want is to rate this 1-5But each selection must be uniqeQuestion 1 = 12345 (user chooses 3)Question 2 = 12_45 etc Can this be done with free account or will this type of feedback require logic jump? Thanks.

Hi all I try to sync my study to Dropbox, but the selection omits a lot of my Dropbox folders - i cannot select them. I am using Chrome.  Best,Dawid 

HiI would like to recruit 2500 participants on Prolific. The participant’s task is to answer basic questions, draw a figure, make a photo and upload the figure. I am testing the questionnaire and everything looks fine. The problem is that I cannot find a way to clearly allocate the uploaded file to the responses.  In the .csv file, there are IDs, like: f9qhfejvipka511hf0f9qhtg71e5sz5p and links to the files, but when I download the files separately, the filenames are not telling me, from which subject they come.  How do you deal with that?Best,Dawid 

Hi everyone,When I click “choose question type”, can not find “Question Group” option. What I can see if the following. My membership status is professional. not sure at this level if I can access to this option.Thank you 

This is a first time use for me, so I’d really appreciate your help.I want to clarify that when I send out the summary report to respondents (Board members) that they will not be able to access who individually completed the survey (I have the Please enter your name question hidden). Is this adequate.  The report does not include the details of the weighting in its results (shows 0,1,2,3, but not the narrative that describes the weighting). This takes away from the usefulness of the report-individuals wont’ recall what each weight stood for. How can I fix this? I haven’t been able to figure out how to produce a pdf that is useful: just using the print function produces an unnecessarily long 19 page report with no written responses included. I would like a visually useful pdf report of all responses. What is the best way to produce this?Thank you!Judi

Hi everyone,I’m trying to create a quiz which I thought was fairly simple. It’s a “What Passive Income Stream Is Best For You” quiz and has three multiple choice questions where they can select more than 1 answer. Each question essentially requires the respondent to tick possessions they have at home or skills they have and the idea at the end is to serve them a custom list of passive income options that are relevant to them.For Q1 there are 14 tickboxes.For Q2 there are 8 tickboxes.For Q3 there are 5 tickboxes. Each box that they tick has a unique answer that ideally would be added onto their end outcome so they receive a personalised list of passive income options for them. I’m really struggling to bring this to life, without having to create an individual outcome for every single possible path (500+ outcomes). Is anyone familiar with a way to customise the outcomes in a way to make a quiz like this possible?

Hello,how can i create a branching based on 1 answer on a multiple choice step? I see that i can only “skip” to other questions, not end the current survey and send out the lead.Like i ask “are you in X?”: If he selects “YES” he is in and continues in the typeform, if he selects “NO”, he goes to an instant ending and does not continue the survey.Can we do this (multiple questions only!)Thank you! Alessandro

Hi. I am currently using a free account on the new builder and I created a quiz with one welcome page, 5 questions and 4 endings. It says I cannot publish my form and I need to upgrade my subscription!! I am not sure what the issue is here. It says I need to remove trial features such as the calculator and ending! I do not have a thank you page. I would appreciate any help/advise on this subject.

I need to limit file uploads to 4MB. Is there a way to do this with Typeform? The reason for the limit is the uploads are being integrated to a user dashboard that displays the file uploaded, and the CMS will only allow a 4MB image. Thank you!

Hi, all! A couple questions:Do the responses get submitted after the final question (and before the ending page), or does the respondent have to click the final Submit button on the ending page for it to fully submit the survey? Also, I noticed that when I test and click Submit on the final page, it loops back to the first page of my survey. I’m worried that respondents will think their response didn’t go through since it brings them back to the beginning. Is there a way to force close the survey page after its completion, or would I have to redirect to another page to do that?Thanks!

Hello, I would like to include a promotional code in my questionnaire. However, I would like to be able to change this promotional code automatically every day. The goal is to program future promo codes and have them change automatically. Do you know if this feature is possible? Thank you for your help. 

I am creating a form for our website for prospective customers to fill out. Each question is multiple choice and from their choices, we’d like to present them a visual scorecard of sorts when they complete the form. Is that something that can be completed within Typeform? If not, is there a particular integration that would handle that best?

We’ve got an open survey running and we are nearing our max response limit of 100 per month. Our response limit re-sets today, 22 March, but when? I am concerned that we will hit the 100 response max limit before our new monthly response allocation. What should I do?

If i post the link on the normal internet explorer the link does function normally.I have the Premium account and can’t find the issue. Can you please help? 

Hi, i am trying to built a simple body type calculator form. I have checked the new layout, its nice but there is no addition to logic jumps. For example, we can only chose to jump if the value is equal, greater, lower etc , but there is no option for any simple calculation, for example if answer a minus answer b, is this or greater/lower than that etc. then go to that end. I hoped the developers at least would have added 4 basic calculation to new layouts. Is there anybody else need that kind of development? Is it possible to add this future to the logic jumps? Thank you.

Hello all! I’m new to both Airtable and Typeform and need your help.I’d like to combine responses from two differents forms in the same Airtable base. The fields in both forms are the same, the difference being just the form language. I’m trying to avoid creating separated bases, since the data from both forms are similar. Is that possible? [edit] I tried to connect but multiple choice fields are not accepted because field content doesn’t match. Someone could help me with a workaroud, please?

Hi all! New to typeform, I’m a wordpress developer, but I’m building a quote form to integrate with a client’s website. His account is “Professional” subscription level. I’ve got a few questions, but the biggest one is this:Client has a quote form where customers need to indicate if they have certain types of items. So that’s simple multiple choice…. which is great...Tricky part is, I also need customers to indicate HOW MANY of these items they have. So if they choose an item, I need an option where they can indicate a number or an amount next to that item they’ve chosen.I don’t want to do this as conditional logic with individual items, because there are literally hundreds of items (about 6 categories, each category has about 20-30 items). So I want to have category pages which list the items, then customer can tick an item if they have it and then add a number next to it.Is this possible somehow?? I can’t seem to find any options like this. Please advise? Thanks so much! 

Hi everybody,  I don’t know if this is possible in Typeform, but I will try to explain my issue… I will illustrate with an example to make it clear. Let’s imagine that I would like to offer a gift to my clients. One gift is a jacket, while the other one is a bag. I create a form where clients can click on one of the 2 options. When setting it up, I am asked where I would like to send the answers. What I would like to do is:If a person selects a Jacket, it should go to Google Sheet AIf they select the bag it should go to Google Sheet B.  Is this possible? If yes, how can I do it?  Thanks for your extremely precious help!

We send out the same survey once a month to a random group of our customers, about 20% of them per month.  I would like to know if we can track NPS and other answers by week or month (or selected period).  In this manner we can see trends or can see the entire year together at year end. Thanks! Ross
