Typeform conversations

We want to restrict access to a Typeform until a user has paid. Once they’ve paid, they should be able to return to the form as many times as needed to complete it but only submit it once. Upon submission, the form values will generate a PDF that’s sent to the user, and we only want them to be able to get this form result once per purchase. We’re using Shopify for e-commerce, but also have Stripe (if needed, but not preffered). Is this possible, or are our specs a bit too much?Any advice or tools that could streamline this process would be greatly appreciated!

Hello! I would like to develop a form where a user can select a location and enter a ZIP code, and that ZIP Code and location maps back to a delivery price that can be shown to the customer (for example, if I live in ZiP code 22960 and my nearest store is __, my delivery price is $__). Is this possible to set up with Typeform?

Hi!Could someone help me with this? I have a multiple-choice question, and depending on the answers selected, I need a different text follow-up question for each choice.For example, if a respondent selects 3 options from the multiple-choice question, they should receive 3 corresponding follow-up questions. However, it’s not working as expected—I’m only seeing one follow-up question.Any advice on how to fix this?Thanks in advance! 

Hi, Responses aren’t loading. I have to review one of them before 11am today (10 minutes left!) and no one from Typeform is responding! I created 2 tickets already, and still nothing…. How can this happen??Could anyone help?Thanks! Laura

All of my forms are not working. The front end says its down. The backend says they aren’t published but they are. They were working just a few hours ago. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi everyone,I’m Darshan Hiranandani, I’ve uploaded a background image for my form, and it displays perfectly in the editor. The “Published” button is greyed out not allowing me to publish the form.  The only way I’ve been able to get the button to be workable, is to add an ending to the form and then delete that ending.  There should be another way or reason this is happening.  

I am integrating Typeform with HubSpot for a client. I have different versions of an NPS survey for different divisions of the company.  When I integrate the question with HubSpot the format changes.  Here are the two versions of the question: the first is integrated with HubSpot, and the second is before integration. I like the way the rating looks before integration, as it is much more consumer friendly. 

When I send the Typeform link it includes a logo.How do I change this logo?As can be seen in the screenshot the logo “Queensland Shower Screens” is shown but I cannot work out how to change it.

Ideally, I’d like to track the scores for each section separately but have all of them contained within a single quiz — so the user doesn't have to take 3 different quizzes.Is this something that can be done? I previously signed up for Typeform using my previous email address (samira@horizone.inc). As far as I recall, I canceled my subscription, and my previous email is no longer active as I changed my domain to my name. Today, my Amex card was charged for the new subscription. I don't understand how it has happened.  Please help me cancel my subscription. I cannot get access to the platform, but I can clearly recall that I discontinued my subscription. 

How do I cancel a paid subscription ?  I used an email that does not exist any more (I left a prior job) But subscription charges per month are piling up with no way to cancel the subscription

Hello everyone;I'm trying to add a TypeForm in a custom portal in Servicenow. I've added my TypeForm in my html like this: <div data-tf-live="IDOFMYTYPEFORM" data-tf-hidden="email=toto"></div> and I've just clicked the button to open the pop-up, which displays : The pop-up doesn't open automatically even though I set the launch options (on page load or after a certain time). Do you have any idea? Thank you

I see a lot of people who either want to have a participant id in hidden field or a random number in a hidden field.Typeform has this amazing feature, where you can use a hidden field as the suffix to a redirect URLex: redirect/?@hiddenfieldThis being randomized would be great for those using embeds and custom results handling. As when the redirect occurs web hooks can more easily read the url unique code and match it to data.Example for my use case:Zapier sends my quiz responses to chat gpt and airtable stores chatGPTs response as well as the hidden field.I can then use Framer to read the URL and match the GPT response to the hidden field in the database that matches the redirect URL. In this Shoott.com photographer application Typeform, item 3a is a dropdown menu with a question that asks “What is the brand of your camera?”. The sentence in 3b recalls the dropdown options list item selected from 3a. Easy enough. But how does the dropdown option list item chosen for 3b seem to dynamically load options based on the list item options in 3a? For example: in 3a, if the user chooses “Sony.” 3b will state “Sony camera model?” and the dropdown options will be the corresponding Sony option list items. How are they accomplishing this? I’m trying to recreate this for my Tyepform. Please help if possible. Thanks! 

Is it just me or are the partial submission webhooks unusable in tools such as Zapier? It doesn’t show me the answers to the questions, just a jumbled mess. I’ve had nothing but trouble since upgrading. It appears partial submissions are pretty much useless right now if you can’t automate the responses… It has so much potential but not being able to use the response with Zapier pretty much kills any ability to do what is intended. I feel there wasn’t much thought for it, other than charging double the price, and it’s kind of making me angry. I’ve not had any issues for 5+ years with Typeform, but having to pay double for an incomplete feature is pretty shocking… They’ve offered 50% off for three months as my forms disabled (without any notice) when upgrading to Growth, because I had an attached GTM to some of them. But the whole reason I upgraded was for partial submissions. I took a massive hit on number of responses etc, paying double the price, and not even getting what I need out o

I am trying to create a Wix Lightbox pop up that contains my Typeform.I have managed to get the code into the Wix Lightbox bit it is ugly. The Lightbox opens with just the Typeform Button (in my case it says “continue”) Can it open without going to this button screen? Or can this button screen be modified so the button is centred mot Left top justified? When the form is completed I want it to redirect to another website URL. The problem is it is redirecting inside the Wix Lightbox and not opening another window. Can the redirection open in another window or tab?

I have a question related to the Typeform that's currently embedded on my website. My website is using Google Analytics to track site activities, but I can't see the traffic sources for Typeform interactions because GA seems to be recognizing Typeform as a separate property due to the change of domain (Typeform has its own domain), thus all traffic sources for Typeform activities I can read within GA is referral traffic from my own website.Is there any way to fix this?Thank you so much!
