Typeform conversations

Hi Typeform Experts, When we embed typeform into the page, we notice a warning in the developer console mentioning The resource https://images.typeform.com/images/Brv3sZ4qDUSq/image/default was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window's load event. Please make sure it has an appropriate `as` value and it is preloaded intentionally. Since this is just a warning about a performance improvement technique, can this be safely ignored.If we want to rectify it, is is possible to alter the code generated or anything can be done on our side that can fix this?  

I need support creating a form that allows a client family to list each family member with a list of each members wants, needs, favorite color, food, book, movie, etc. Also, each member's shoe, shirt and pant size and list what each member loves about their family. I would also like to have each registrant attach a link to product they request all with a $75 limit. Is this possible all within one typeform? Is there a template I can adjust to suit my needs on behalf of a non profit supporting families on brink of homelessness?

Sorry for a possibly dumb question. But I’m stumped!  Is there a way to add in questions about height and weight that gives a defined format to populate. For e.g. for height: QN: What’s your height in [choose one] feet & inches or cm’s. Then logic takes them to the relevant pre-formatted box to populate, e.g. [number] feet, [number] inches or [number] centimetres. And then same for weight; question asks ‘please tell us your weight in [choose one] stones or kg’s. And then [number] stones [number] pounds or [number] kg’s.  Any insight or help would be much appreciated. Thanks so much in advance. Kelly  

Hi all, I would like to run the following process, a potential client completes two questions on typeform one.  The questions will be,First Question will be First Name,Second question will be Email.This will then end the first typeform so we capture at least that level of data. At this point that data will be added to CRM to send email to client. CRM is “Brevo - Previously SendBlue” Then we will redirect to second typeform wth following questionsFirst Question: MobileSecond Question: Something elseOnce these questions have been answered I want to merge the data on the CRM together i.e. now add the Mobile to the previous CRM entry. If I have as an answer the email address on both forms the CRM recognises that and merges them otherwise they sit as two seperate records in the CRM.  Therefore from what I can see I need to pass as a hidden field from Typeform One to Typeform Two the email address ( I can do that ) and then populate the email question on Typeform Two so client just has to cl

Hi, I can’t reach my results section with each responders answer. Like a month ago I was able to see all the results. What should I do?

When I integrate the form with Google Sheets to download new responses automatically, fields such as Response Type, Start Date (UTC), Submit Date (UTC) and Network ID. But these fields appear when I download the .xls manually.I really need to know how long it took the user to answer the form. How can I get this data through Google Sheets?

Hello,I want to pass participant’s unique response ID that is randomly generated in Qualtrics to Typeform.I have participants first go through Qualtrics to pass screening then consent. After they are assigned a unique but random ID generated in Qualtrics and forwarded to Typeform or Videoask. I want that unique ID passed to Typeform or Videoask so I can tie demographics data to responses in Typeform or Videoask. The appended “ID=${e://Field/ResponseID}” to my Typeform or Videoask URL, but when I complete responses I don’t see the Response ID variable. How might I go about this? Any help is appreciated.   

How can I build survey where the response to the first question (which of these products are you familiar with?) dermines what is included in subsequent questions (in each question, rating only the products the participant is famiilar with)?Context: I have 9 products to be rated across 5 dimentions (in 5 questions) but dont want participants to have to rate products they don’t have experience with. 

Hi, I have chosen required response in my form for all questions. In testing, this is only working intermittently. I do not have any logic skips, it is only a series of 3 statements where I am requiring them to click the only answer response in a multiple choice format to confirm that they understand. I have checked and re-published. Can you please advise why this may not be working.

We recently posted a job application form that gathered over 930 applicants, but we realized that we forgot to include an important question in the form. We are trying to figure out the best way to ask all the applicants to provide their response to this missing question.One approach we thought of is creating a second Typeform with just the missing question and emailing it to all the applicants. We would then manually compile the responses in an Excel sheet alongside the data from the original form.However, before proceeding, we were wondering if there's an easier or more automated way to handle this? Ideally, we'd like to avoid manually combining the responses if possible.Any suggestions or advice on how to best manage this would be greatly appreciated!Thank you in advance!

I work for a non-profit and want to streamline our Adopt a Family Holiday Wish List program. Is there a template that already exists to use for individuals to list holiday wishes - wants, needs, sizes for shoes, shirts, pants with $ limits and possibility to attach a link to that particular item. I considered Giftster but already use Typeform for so many of my projects. Can anyone provide insight? 

I am trying to build a pairwise comparison questionnaire, comparing the 6 criteria; the end result for the user should be the grading of the 6 criteria by order of importance for the user, with % weight. I managed to create the logic with variables which attributes points to a criteria each time is selected in a binary comparison; but I can’t find how to create the ending which would provide the ranking of all the criteria based on the points gained after users’ answers.Any ideas?? hello,I’m very new to Typeform. I’m the developer of a new website that needs to collect information about companies, construction projects, rental housing etc and I’m thinking maybe Typeform could do a good job here but I’m not sure if it is advanced enough for this.So lets say the user opens the form, and it asks for personal info etc first. Then the user needs to put in if he wants to register a company, a construction project or wants to rent out his housing. Could there be different kinds of forms depending on what he chooses. And in the end of this customer journey, could there be different kinds of API calls to supabase (the backend we are using with a postgres database) to post this data?Also, could the form be in two different languages?I’m using next.js as the framework for this, and I’ve seen some nice embedds of typeform to react. :-)Please give me all the tips, comments and suggestions you can think about.Thank you!

Hi.I have a client that have work around the globe, and when are going to translate the form to english there are many countries that speak english, but some uses pounds and some uses kilograms. We have a question of what their product weight is. And if they just type “5”, we dont know if they mean 5pbs or 5kg. Is there anyway to make an option that they need to choose pounds or kilograms in the same question, before they type in the weight? Or is there any other solution to this? Best regards/Mattias

Hi,I have a form that’s accepting submissions for a magazine (with payment). They can submit up to 25 items. I need to list these items by name in the email notification if submitted, BUT if they submit anything less that 25, the following appears in the email notification: “[Not asked]”.Is there any way around this ? That is, is there anyway to include a conditional within the email notification to only display those that include an answer ? If unanswered, display none ?I can’t seem to come up with an answer using variables/logic or within the email notification itself. Can anyone offer any advice please ?

Hello, need your help guy. I’m building a quiz for the audience who is concerned about the right course for their horse that helps people to build a strong relation with riders and horse, there are multiple courses available.At the end of the quiz, on the result page, I want to show multiple recommended products, and want to allow users to add products into their cart directly from result page and also want a second Call to Action under every product, that lead users to the product pages. Also, visitors lacks trust, so I want to show testimonials on some question pages which help people in boosting trust and increase the quiz completion rate, is that kind of customization is possible in typeform?Need opinion, thanks in advance.

Hi All, We are having issues publishing one of our workspaces and we are unsure why. When we hit “publish”, it is coming up with the two below points:-This form uses features that aren’t in your plan (we have recently upgraded our plan and this wasn’t an issue previously-Upgrade your plan (we already have)-Remove paid features (there are no list of paid features displaying here, so we have no idea of being able to identify what paid features are in this workspace) Can anyone provide any insight?  Thanks!

Hi there,I have used Typeform for a few different quizzes I have set up. However, just recently in my newest Typeform the Branching and Calculations is running very slowly.  I was wondering if anyone else knows what’s up or if there is a way to fix this?When I say slow I mean s l o w. It is almost as it it freezes after every input as I try to assign scoring to specific question/answer sets.The rest of the website runs smoothly, all other site run smoothly. My internet speed was tested at over 500mbps so I can’t seem to figure out what this specific issue is but it is making my work slow to a crawl here.Thanks in advance for any input everyone!Cameron

Hello, I have a logic question. I have a question which has a couple of different routes. The question has 5 answers with 8 routes out: Question 4A, B, C, D, E Routes as follows A - EndB - EndC - EndD - Goes to next question (5)E - End A+B - Goes to next question (5)A+C - Goes to next question (5)B+C - Goes to next question (5) Currently, I am struggling to work out how to enable users who choose more than one option out of A, B and C, i.e. A+B, to move onto question 5 and not just going to an end screen. Have this set up like this currently: I am on the Business Plan currently. Cheers.
