Hi all, the title says it. When watching website recordings, the section with the Typeform on my website shows “Hotjar is unable to capture embedded iframes”Any ideas what the issue is? Thanks

I am trying to compare the big picture data between two years, but the data is deleted or removed after a year. How can I get access to the big picture data from a previous survey, so I can compare rates?

Hi, I recently upgraded to the $99 per month business plan, expecting to access manual question translation features. However, it appears that translation is only available through AI, and there's no option for manual translation. Is this correct? Also, requiring users to click a "translate" button seems unintuitive. Am I overlooking something, or is this the current setup? RegardsDarshan Hiranandani

Hi We would like to extract the test score results from Typeform and cross reference these with python code to then have new answers created on an external website.What is the best way to do this?So far we have the google sheets integration with the test results on and a Zapier integration, however we need a ‘base’ where the test results and code can be calculated together.Thanks in advance

I have found questions related to this here in the forum but the solution that is mentioned here https://help.typeform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029260472-Set-up-notification-emails-based-on-answers doesn't help.  I want to send an email with the ENDING result of a typeform quizz:Simple quizz example:4 questions each with say 3 multiple choice options. Each has a score assigned. End result is one of 3 different endings 0-10= Ending A, 11-20=Ending B, 21-30= Ending C in zapier I want to send an email with the Ending (A, B or C)  however the fields in zapier that come from typeform only show the fields for each question, email and name which I have asked in the typeform I can’t use above solution as the trigger as it is not based on the answer but on the score of all answers (as per typeform logic) ie the ENDINGAny help is much appreciated - has anyone done this ? Many thankL

I have an Outcome Quiz to determine a person´s preferred style. It has 14 questions, each question with 8 options (a,b,c,d,e,f,g and h). At the end of outcome quiz, I would like to be able to identify if there is a tie on the number a times an option was selected and use 3 questions of the for to be the tie braker.  For example, a person could respond 4 times for option a, d and f. This will mean a tie for these 3 options chosen.  I would like to identify if there are 2 or 3 options on a tie for high score, and then use 1 to 3 questions from the same questionnaire to break the tie and define a single higher score o singe outcome. Your input and suggestions highly appreciated

I’m sharing my quiz-form link in Instagram DMs but even though I have a custom thumbnail and description for it in Typeform, when the message cmes through on Insta the thumbnail is blank and the description is just a standard Typeform one saying ‘Turn data collection into an experience with Typeform ...’ etc. How do I fix this so that my thumbnail and description show up? Any help greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone,We’re currently using a Typeform survey to gather Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback from participants in our training program, which is conducted in groups.At the moment, we manually tag each response to indicate which group the participant belongs to. For instance, if a response was submitted yesterday, we know it came from Group B, and we add a corresponding tag.However, we’ve encountered a challenge: when we export the survey data to Excel via Typeform's integration, the tags aren’t included in the export. This makes it difficult to easily analyze NPS by group, as the group identifier is missing from the dataset.Has anyone faced a similar issue? What solutions or workarounds would you suggest to ensure the group tags are carried over in the export? We’d love to hear your thoughts and ideas on how to address this!Thank you!        

Hi,We are using type form, free plan, for now, as a survey form in order to get answers from companies and make choices once we get the number.But, it is loading so slowly… at each question (after 50 Q), the typing time is a nightmare, it is very slow and does not matter the browser or the computer.Typeform is a great tool, but I was wondering, if you would have any solution to solve this?Thanks in advance

Hello community, I'm back with a question. Is there a way to link a PDF form with the answers filled in a Typeform? So, I need clients to fill out the Typeform, and their answers can be directly integrated into two different PDF templates to be sent to them.

I am trying to figure out how to only accept numerical answers in a response that are limited to 6 digits. In addition, if I have a database of valid numbers that I want to accept (reference numbers) and all other entries need to show an error code- how can I do this?

Hi,I’m trying to create a full survey by copy pasting text into the “Import Questions” functionality. I’ve been able to automatically create all question types, statements, and the end screen. However, I’m unable to figure out how to do the following:Include answers from prior questions in a later question Add logic Use an existing theme Make a question required (or any additional toggles that would usually be on the left hand side like multiple selection) Add descriptionsIs it possible to do any of the above with the “Import Questions” functionality? If so, can you please let me know? If not, is it possible with the chatGPT plugin or some other way outside of manually changing it?Thanks,Han

I was wondering if anyone has any advice. I have created a form on this platform, One of the questions I have created it what is your ethnic origin there are 5 options, depending on what option they select there will be further questions (I have created this as a dropdown selection). I have a form that lists all countries worldwide (≅200) in a dropdown field. The option label seen by the user needs to be the name of the country, but the submitted value needs to be an integer.I’m wondering if there is an option to do this with Typeform. Hello, I run multiple Typeforms that all have multiple questions. On all of them, my last question is a phone number and email “text” question. But once they filled those two informations, they have to click twice to complete the form : once on “OK” and once on “Send”. Is there anyway to make this doable in only one click ? I feel like it could improve my completion rate.  Thanks a lot ! 

I have a registration form that adds different variable amounts to the price variable based on what classes are selected.I want to offer a promo code that allows them to try out a class for a lower amount. I currently have it where they choose Class 1 and the Class1 variable is added to price. If a trial promo code is entered, price is multiplied by 0 (with the goal being to wipe the price clean to 0). Then in a followup question, the trial class variable is added to price.But in testing it is just adding it all together...the regular price and the trial price. As if the multiply by 0 is not even there. What am I missing?
