Typeform conversations

Hi,  Would I be able to integrate typeform into my Kvcore CRM. I would like it if each Typeform contact and their responses, get automatically added and saved on my CRM and a new lead that I can distribute to my team.  How can I do this? Is it possible with Typeform?

I have an existing Stripe account linked to Typeform but for a short period of time I need to add another Stripe account. This Stripe account already exists but when I try to add it to Typeform, it appears that I have to start from scratch with the Stripe account. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Hello, I work at Kommo as a developer and I am working on integrating our product with Typeform. Several clients have reported bugs and I need to fix them by testing the integration, but 10 responses per month is too little for me. Can you increase the response limit or remove it? Or maybe there is a way to create a special account for developers?

I have been using HubSpot Starter, but I am seeking to test my free VideoAsk features to enhanced customer acquisition with a new microsite I launched. Does anyone have any experience with integrating VideoAsk with a HubSpot website or microsite?  

Hi everyone, I am on the Basic Typeform plan and I am about to send NPS survey. I can’t use redirects and partial submissions poit because of the plan restrictions. Is there  a way to still collect first question responses? I have 4 questions in total and will be embedding the survey to the email, so as soon as someone clicks the score on the email, it needs to be recorded regardless if they finalise the survey. Appreciate your help! Thank you!Lina

Is there a way in the Insights or Summary section to view how many people finished at a certain ending?I thought it would make sense to be at the bottom of Summary considering it shows breakdowns of all the user’s selections, but I’m not seeing it there.Like I know I can figure it out if I go responses and user filter logic, but I’m hoping for a more convenient process.

How do I randomize choices while fixing position of certain options?I have created a question in which I want to fix one option position and randomize all other options. Not able to do that. Please suggest how to do that

We utlize embedded typeform deployments with the following configuration:Read URL parameters - True Set custom values - FalseThe challenge we are experiencing is traffic to the form without URL parameters present. The hidden custom field values are then null. We would like to set these based on a form default if not present in the URL.Appreciate any thoughts on this: Attempted solutionsSet Custom Values - Fail: Because this overwrites all responses with the default values:   Logic Steps -  Fail: Cannot utilize the replace function on a logic step only have the following options.   Tag URL if not present - Fail: We have a script that evaluates session information and will updated cookie and optionally refresh the session with a defaulted URL. However this creates a poor user experience by trigger a second render of the page and skews traffic reporting. We have not found a way in documentation to set values based on cookie (would be cross-site/domain due to embed). 

Hey guys, I need to extend my survey because I am missing respondents. Do you know if the survey link will still be valid? Will I still have access to the responses already collected? 

Hi Everyone, I am Emmanuel Katto. I’ve set up a survey in Typeform and tested it several times. However, I’ve encountered a problem where, after users complete the survey and click 'Submit,' their responses are not being saved. The confirmation message appears, but when I check the results, their answers are missing.Has anyone else experienced this issue? I have a lot of people (over 600) viewing and starting my form, but only about 200 responses. How can I use Typeform to remind all the starts and views to complete the form?

I was trying to register for a one month only subscription because I would only use Typeform for 1 WEEK. But I mistook to pay for an entire YEAR of Typeform. Please help me to refund it. I just wanted monthly payment but now my bank is almost empty. I'm poor university student so I don't have a capacity to pay it. Could you change my account Yearly paying to monthly paying and let me get a refund about other months subscription fee?

Hi, I just got an email today saying my credit card has just been charged for an annual subscription - I had no idea it was due for renewal and was planning on cancelling soon as I am switching to an all-inclusive platform. I cannot afford to pay this and do not have the money budgeted for it. With zero communication from Typeform that our susbcription will be due for renewal soon of course I forgot and had no reminder, which is a disappointment in customer service from Typeform. Please can someone advise me on how I can get a refund?

Hi all,I did see a couple other threads about this issue but could not find the resolution so wanted to get my own thread going. When embedding my Typeform on WordPress it just shows up as a skinny line.The code I have used is here:<div data-tf-live="01J2KJ8J7BC1HZ89RCEA0EKKAB"></div><script src="//embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js"></script> And the image attached it what I get when embedding.Any help is very much appreciated. 

 How many conditions can you set up for one question?  I have a registration form for an online course.  I have a question called "coupon code". I'd like for them to not be able to proceed if they don't use the right coupon code.  I think I can set up a condition and use "or" and keep setting up conditions.  Is that the best way and how many conditions can you use for one question?   I have over 100 different coupon codes.  (I license my course to businesses for their employees and give a unique coupon code to each business for their employees to use).Once they fill out the form on I use zapier to send info to certain Google sheets depending on coupon code and also a zap that registers them for my thinkific course.  Right now, if they use the wrong coupon code, the zap still runs and logs them into thinkific and they do not get put into the correct Google sheet. 

Hi! I have built a "scavenger hunt" on Typeform. It's working amazing, but we have one glitch I can't seem to solve. We have a couple of places where our players need to take a photo and upload it. That function is working fine, but my concern is if they get booted off the app or accidentally close it, they may have to start over again, which they won't and then our event host will probably have a stroke. The WEIRD thing is that in some places the app keeps the picture that was taken and uploaded, even when I refresh the page or sign out and then sign back on. But in other places we have them take and save a pic it doesn't save. Why is it working in some places and not all of the times we ask them to upload a pic? What magical setting did I accidentally stumble upon for the ones that are saved? HELP!!

I have created a form with multiple questions each with their own logic conditions that, if satisfied, will progress to another page containing a recommendation. If not, the form progresses to another page by default containing its own logic conditions, etc.This means the respondent could end up clicking through multiple pages before they are directed to the relevant recommendation page.Typeform has recommended I add all logic conditions in a single question to avoid multiple click throughs. But when I try to do this it adds the logic in odd places and doesn’t follow the natural sequence currently accommodated by using multiple questions to house the logic.How do I insert all logic conditions (4 sets) in a single question so they don’t lose their direct connection with relevant recommendation pages? 

Is it possible to set the default for all new questions to be required? It’s tedious (and error-prone) to have to go through every question and click it. I appreciate that it’s not recommended, but the sort of recruitment surveys that we do are useless if they haven’t answered every question, so I’d rather be able to apply that as the default and turn off if needed.

I would like to trakc who responds to my surveys. I presume this is done by creating unique urls.We use Outlook and Campaign Monitor to send out these surveys.Is there a way to do this? We will be sending over a 1000 surveys so manually adding hidden fields is not possible.
