Hi I’m trying to pass Google Ads gclid parameter as a hidden field from a landing page to a full page embedded typeform. I want to be able to add a whole sentence on the embed pop up of my form so that it disappears together with the text link like image below.We wanted to add this whole copy there: “Need help deciding? Answer 3 questions to help us find the ideal Notary package for you!” but can’t because the button text input makes the whole sentence a hyperlink. I had to add the copy in my CMS and add the button text in between the copy but now when the user submits the quiz, the button text disappears, leaving the whole copy from my CMS page there. It’s not ideal so we want to know how to do this in Typeform. I really hope there is a way. below you can see the Answer 3 questions is now gone but the extra copy stayed:this is how it shows at the beginning before submitting the quiz:  

I’ve been successfully using the Slack integration to send forms to Slack. I needed to make an edit, but it wasn’t working so I've deleted the integration and started again. But now only a small number of my Slack channels are visible in the dropdown menu to send the Typeform responses to. I need help fixing this please so I can send them to the missing channels! 

Hi ! Does someone know if it’s possible to create a kiosk survey on an iPad at an event? I think I saw that it was possible but I just want to make sure that participant can not leave the App easily. Also, I want to make sure that, after someone completed to survey, it reset from the beginning automatically. Thanks a lots for your help ! 

I’ve been reporting on surveys that we offer our clients for years. All of a sudden, my Responses page doesn’t offer the option to download responses or create a summary report. Is anyone else experiencing this? What’s the solution? Help!This is what my Responses page looks like now:

Hey, Used Typeform previously for B2B embedded on Wordpress, simple! But now on an ecommerce project - I am not getting it. Used to ecommerce native tools such as Hotjar. I need a survey that pop-ups/slides in upon exit intent (moving mouse toward browser header/X button) + having products in cart. Additionally if rules are even possible, what rules does Typeform feature for mobile exit intent, sometimes it’s based on quick scrolling? Using Shopify.

Hi, Hope everyone is doing well :)I have an existing Typeform and I would like to add some more questions to it.However, I do not want to compromise current responses in the Gsheet. My thought process is that once I add the questions to the form, I would need to then create the new columns in the Gsheet. Then once I publish the from, new entries will be recorded in order. I will have previous data without those columns populated, and new data with those columns populated. (I have the form / file integrated with Zappier) Is this the right process?Many thanks in advance. BR

Hi - In surveymonkey, when you select “add other”, you’re able to change the copy of “other” to something else, while still letting the respondent use the open text box.  My example is that I want to ask the question “is this your first cleanser purchase” with options: YesNo (please input most recent product purchased)  I cannot find out how to do this - can someone help?

Hi there,I hope you're doing well!I've created a script that duplicates a form and replaces some images on the duplicated version. In preview mode, the new images inserted via POST or PUT requests are displayed correctly. However, when I share the form with someone to fill out, they still see the old images.Interestingly, if I make any minor change to the form (such as adding a letter, a dot, or a comma) and then hit "Publish", the images update to the correct ones.Anyone have any clue how to resolve it?Thank you for your help!

Hi there, When I click on the Results panel I get to Big Picture but there are no tabs showing for Insights or Summary or Responses.Any ideas

I will do this survey for a event tomorrow that will give a bonus for who answers the questions correctly. But the answers still saved on the quiz and the other would have the answers done. How can i reset the answers? { PS: Using a windows notebook}

Hello, I am trying to create a feedback form for an event and when I choose the multiple choice option, I think it is the right one, I would like to put in the answers only if I liked it, didn't like it, if it was average but this format comes with the answers listed alphabetically, that is, A Bad; B Bad; C Average; D Good; E Very Good. But it doesn't make sense for my questions to have these "letters" before the answer option.I'd like to know if I'm using the correct option or if there's a different one that's more appropriate for this type of question.Thank youPaula Caet

Is there any update on when we will be able to generate our own block references for the individual fields of the contact and address question types?  For those of us who rely on the API/webhook, it makes these questions unusable.  Thanks
