Typeform conversations

Would like to be able have our Typeform seamlessly blend into our website, but with very limited design options this becomes difficult and makes it stand out from the rest of the site. There needs to be more granularity for the design features…Ability to upload custom fonts Ability to select different fonts for each element Ability to change colour of Description font Ability to change the sizes of text rather than just Small, Medium, Large for all elements Ability to remove keyboard shortcut prompts Ability to remove privacy prompts Ability to change weight of button font, defaults to Bold Ability to change colour or remove borders/fill area around multiple choice optionsIf the Typeform is designed to become an important part of our website, it should have the design flexibility that any website CMS would have.

How can I limit one response from one mobile number?

I need to calculate @price + @assets x % for three different tiers. Can this be done in a form or will I need to build it in Google Sheets?

I am trying to design a survey gathering information on mental health history using logic to reduce the number of unnecessary and repetitive questions. However, I’d also like to create the easiest format for analyzing the data. It is unclear to me if the response results will indicate what logic question routed them to the subsequent questions. For the example below, if they answer yes to question 1 about anxiety, will the results show that question (a) response pertains to question 1 for anxiety or will it just change the answer if they get rerouted to answer question (a) for question 2 for depression as well?Basically I am wondering if it is necessary to create a unique set of follow-up questions (a-d)  for each question (mental health condition) in order to maintain accurate results? Thanks! Example:Have you ever been diagnosed with anxiety disorder? A am the director of a company.A former employee set up our ‘organisation’ on typeform using their company email address.Therefore, their old company email address is the ‘Owner’ of our company’s typeform organisation. So, I desparately need to transfer ownership of the organisation…from the typeform account that is linked to the ex-employee’s old company email...to the typeform account that is linked to my own email. However, back when the ex-employee set up their typeform account with their company email, they did it with the ‘link to social (gmail) account’ route. The employee left on good terms and has helped me to get logged in to their old typeform account so that I can transfer the ownership of the organisation, but even still I am unable to transfer the ownership….From this article: I can see that I would first need to remove the connection to the social account upon login. Hi! I'm currently building a questionnaire to extract required information faster from clients to make up our quotation for them. I am curious if I could create a second, more tech-specific questionnaire that I could hookup to the first, more general, questionnaire via logic. Hello, I am a management consultant, and I usually conduct a satisfaction study with my clients at the end of training sessions. TypeForm is excellent for that. However, my clients are asking for a survey to be sent to their employees to assess their progress in management skills. I think it's a great idea, but I don't want to create a separate form for each client.Is there a way to create a form that would aggregate all the responses (useful for my commercial approach to measure perceived progress) but still allow them to be separated by manager? Hi, I would love to be able to have a new form be created each day (form title would be todays date) with POST then throughout each day, have the API add new multiple choice questions to the end of that initial form.  The new data would come from a third party source that I would feed into the new questions.  Is this possible with Patch or Put?  I am seeing how I might have to recreate each existing question for each Patch or Put but maybe that is not the case?Also does Typeform allow partial submissions?  I would love to be able to submit form answering existing questions, send those answers to google sheets, then (via above) have the API add my new questions to the end of the form then allow me to submit answers to those new questions throughout the day.Any help would be much appreciated!  Thanks -AAK

No matter what I do I can’t get past this error: 400: [INTERNAL_REQUEST] UNKNOWN_IDDoes anyone know why? I did have a Zapier call to it but I’ve since deleted the Zap to see if that was responsible

The form I just created and embedded in Shopify is working fine on the desktop version, but when in the mobile version after I hit start it goes blank. Could someone please help me with this?

I made a survey and it isn’t including two of my questions, even though I made them required. I also don’t see the publish option on the top right corner, so I am wondering what the problem is. 

It seems that InfusionSoft and typeform integration is not working. Although I have done the integration steps again, it does not mark me the response hidden fields and does not give me the tag on Infusionsoft. How can I do?

Hello all - typeform newbie here asking for help! My company is sending out a self-assessment survey to our employees and we want folks to feel comfortable answering the questions honestly. I understand that questions are anonymized by default but we want people to be able to access their assessment scores easily to inform their development goals. Is there a way to send respondents a copy of their results without collecting their email?

Completion from my form is through an email. Hi Team- thanks in advance for your help.I'm creating a quiz that helps clients identify their top 5 needs in their relationship.There are 10 needs in total and a series of in depth questions about how important each need is for them, how they feel when it's met/unmet plus a multiple selection multiple choice question for selecting what they would like more of from their partner in relation to each need. Hello, new user here - simple newbie question that I can’t seem to find the answer to.  How do I show quiz takers their exact score quiz on the endings page of a 36 question quiz e.g. ‘You scored 30/36’. I’ve worked out how to show a range -e.g. you scored between 18-36, but that’s not helpful to the user - they need to know their exact score. Thanks!

Do you support Hindi,Arab,Malayalam and Tamil language ?

I need to test my form’s integrations which will burn up numerous responses during development to get it right. I hope we can delete test responses so we are not charged for this?As a test, I just created my first real response from my website embed, then I deleted the response in Typeform, but in my Billing/Plan page, it looks like I’m still being charged for that first response I deleted.This is uncool. Is there a way support can reset my charged responses when I’m done with testing? I’ve never heard of a company charge its users for testing integrations.

Hello,WHY would you not let us jump to a “skipped questions” or different question branch ?! That’s the whole point of Typeform, to make tailored made questionnaires for the respondent and collect data in the meanwhile for us ! I guess you’ve put this (I know it wasn’t in the earlier versions) so people don’t make loops, but that’s our responsibility ! Make a loop detector if you really want to save us, or an alert ! But not a comply blockage *sigh*As for now, its not just an alert, it doesn’t work. The typeform doesn’t jump to the question I want, thus making the typeform broken and unusable. It just finishes it right here on the spot .. 🤦🏻 Why even put the option to select a skipped question in the first place then !? I can’t believe this is an issue on your app. It’s so obvious we should be able to jump from questions to questions … Or are people using typeform only to make funny quiz for 3 years old ? 🍼
