Typeform conversations

HiI have a couple of forms (there’ll be more) embedded in my landing page.I’m interested in one of them particularly and setting the Form Submission as a conversion event in the latest GA4.I have analytics setup correctly on the underlying forms (I can see the events triggering).I’m struggling to setup an event type that correctly captures the particular form submission. When I create the custom event, I don’t know what Parameter to use to specify the form I’m after. Is it “Category” as below:  Thanks

I need assistance with two tasks related to sending Typeform links to a database I own and then sending those links via SMS. hi all, I want to create a form that user can key in voucher code and claim for a free scan. the voucher code need to be validated from our database and to be marked as redeemed in DB once the form is submitted. The form responses to be sent to our external scanning webhook. is that possible? How do i go about it?

Hi all, new to Typeform, I have a pool of 20 or so items that I’d like participants to select 2-3 from. I also wanted to attach a brief 1-sentence description/definition for each option. Can’t quite figure out best way to do this, visually or functionally. Would really appreciate any ideas/tips!

Hello all,I used typeform to make an application and I also have an onboarding form (lets users take training and sign the certificates and upload) is there a way to somehow connect/combine them? I do not need a separate table for answers from the 2nd form… I want to be able to save the extra answers under the same user’s data (all answers in one place) I want to sync basic info to my website so I could utilize hidden fields and somehow accomplish this but if it can be done here I wouldn’t need to work as hard lol

Hi, We are several typeforms all over our website and sometimes a Lead or contact (already created in Salesforce) submits a typeform. Salesforce / Typeform Integration says: Use one of these records? as an error message. Can Typeform add the answers to fields to an existing record? This function is crucial! I thought the “check for existing” feature in the form mapping would do this, but turns out it is not. Best,Sarah

Hi All, I’m trying to create a customized response to an assessment form. I ask users to rank each of 10 statements of how much they resonate for them, and based on that I want to give specific recommendations. Looking at other posts, I’ve figured out how I can set a custom variable with the recommendation, and default the variable to something like “good job! you don’t need any recommendations here” or something like that, but the problem I’m now running in to is -- The custom variable is just a string, and can’t contain any newlines or formatting :-( This seems like a reasonable security feature, but it’s bumming me out. At this point I’m going to just trim down my response to the bare minimum so it doesn’t look like a big block of text, but I’d rather have perhaps a few steps or something. Is there any way to embed formatting in these variables so when they are displayed in email or browser I can have a better experience? Alternatively, has anybody plugged Typeform into a more robus

Hey, I have published my survey on typeform. I quickly reached my 10 responses, so therefore I upgraded my plan to basic plan. I have not seen were the website has added the rest of my responses to the website. Is there a certain way I need to do that, in order to see all of the responses I could not see before because of the 10 response limit. When I click on responses, it still tells me to upgrade my plan. Which I have and got the email confirmation.

Hi,I have two landing pages, one is a duplicate of the other but using a different URL.Each landing page has a separate Typeform, again these are duplicated whereby one form has an extra question. Why is it that the header of the testimonial on the landing page in second URL is being cutting off?  whereas on the first landing page it’s fine. I would love to get this fixed. Hope you can give me some advice on the matter.

I’m in two orgs-- the bottom one I’m admin on is my actual work account.  I have no idea where the top one came from, but it’s empty and it defaults to it when I log in.  I have to manually change off this empty org every time I log in.  I can’t find a way to delete it other than within account settings, and I’m worried that will delete my whole account. Anyone know what to do? 

In the free form, some custumer answer the survey..but I did not get their responce, any notifoicatyion…I thought it was authomatic in my email…but it is not…It is published…How does thios work?Thanks

Hello everyone! I lead a tech nonprofit and we allow our donors to pick and choose the causes they want to support.We are switching over to TypeForm and I wanted to know if there is a built-in “Select All” button that I’m missing or a way to create one button that will instantly click all options.Our workaround at the moment is Button Selection A below (“All Animal Causes”), but for our backend and data sorting, we then have to go and individually add each cause to each user because it shows up as “All Animal Causes” instead of a list of the 14 options.   Any tips/suggestions? My only thought is to connect with Zapier and have them format the data.Thank you all! 

Hello everyone!I'm currently working on an evaluation quiz and want to keep internal track of the “chapters” that the student might need to review in case they fail so I show in the result screen “You need to revise chapters <Variable> (Which could have something like <A, B, C, G> for example)” My quiz is already setup with all the logic to keep track on when or how they “pass” each chapter but when I went and created the text variable and I was preparing to do the most basic operation of APPEND text to said variable I realized this is not possible… and I can only replace the text What am I missing here? is this possible in some other way? Do we need to file a request to add the most basic feature? Thanks in advance

I want to use the “Other” option in some questions but as a closed option, meaning I do not want that users can fill in the text once they select “Other”. I know I can add a choice and type "Other" but, when randomizing this alternative won't remain as last alternative. Is there a way in which I can use the ‘Other” alternative as a closed reply?

Hi there community, I have a question. I have an e-mail to which my “customer-completed quizzes” are sent. When I set it up, I put up a second e-mail. The completed quizzes are also sent there. Ok so far.Now I would like to change this second e-mail. But even after 45 minutes of seeking … there is no way that I find the place where I can do that!?My question? Where IS my second sent-to-email in typeform? Advanced analysis of a Typeform survey. Is there a way to have form automatically analyze my responses and come up with trends and insights. Ideally, this would be something AI based that could help me find the non-obvious connections and trends between segments.For example, if I have a survey with respondents from different countries, departments, job levels, genders, languages, and more, can I automatically have Typeform analyze my responses to find trends and anomalies. With that, I would want some indication of statistical significance.If not Typeform, is there a 3rd party that does this?
