Hi there, I was just wondering if anyone tried to use the trigger action where after a person signs up, typeform would send a notification of a lead to (my email).I’ve followed the steps mentioned under the new follow-up settings to set the trigger + action but I’ve yet to receive any email notifications in my inbox even after several tries.My Form is pretty simple, just the usual contact form and a drop down indicating time. But it seems that that didn’t do the trick.Is the follow-up function working for everyone else?

When I generate a report of the result and share it internally with the action owner, is there a way to make the link not accessable to the public (if they got hold on the link)? So we run monthly surveys to our users and the responses are private so whenever I share the result with PMs et al I wish they are the only one that can access it. I know about the[ Access: Enable link] but that enables/disables for everyone. Is there an sso connection/integration we can use so that we can limit who can access and who can not? Thank you!

Does anyone know how to get rid of the random numbers and characters that appear at the bottom of an autoreply email? They are not in the template when I set up the content of the email.   

The response cannot be deleted from the survey results. It was until last week, but when I tried to do it today, the delete button disappeared

Hi everyone.I have 5 questions that I would like graded out of 100 percent. However, I would like different questions to carry different weights. For instance, Q1 can be worth 10 points but Q2 worth 15 points. Additionally, I would like the multiple-choice answers to also be weighted differently. For instance, under Q1, answer choice A may be worth 2 points and answer choice B worth 5 points. I know this sounds complicated, but it's also really integral to the goal of my form.Is there a way to assign these values on Typeform?Appreciate any ideas. Thanks!"Ali. 

I have created a survey that is a test. The test includes questions and images together. If necessary, I want to show the respondents their test scores while also sending them the entire set of questions. However, the response results only show the questions and answer choices. Is there no way to also display the images?

I have a follow-up so that when a form is submitted, I am emailed. I did a test, and no notification email was triggered to my inbox when I finished the form (nothing in spam either). Have I set it up incorrectly?  

Hi, I got a quiz where depending of the answers the flow ask different questions. The problem is that marketing department want to ask the same question in different logical paths of the quiz and I can’t insert the answers in the same table in Airtable. Is there any way to do it? 

Hi,  Is there some kind of delay between when submissions are successfully showing up in responses? I did NOT delete any responses, even test responses. Why is there a discrepancy across my submissions (4) and responses (1)? Is there some kind of delay between submissions and responses being logged? When I submitted my first response, it was initially 1 submission, 0 responses, but after a few minutes, it showed up in responses. It’s been more than 10 minutes for other submissions, but they’re not showing up in my responses. Is there a bug or issue today?   

I had about 119 views on a survey, 70 people start, but only 40 submit. Is there an integration that can capture Google email address or something when an individual visits the survey? OR how about when they enter their email (that is the first question) but then abandon the survey. Is there a way to capture this email so I can alert them to complete their survey vs. sending out a mass email to everyone (some of them who already did complete the survey)? TIA

I am trying to design a survey gathering information on mental health history using logic to reduce the number of unnecessary and repetitive questions. However, I’d also like to create the easiest format for analyzing the data. It is unclear to me if the response results will indicate what logic question routed them to the subsequent questions. For the example below, if they answer yes to question 1 about anxiety, will the results show that question (a) response pertains to question 1 for anxiety or will it just change the answer if they get rerouted to answer question (a) for question 2 for depression as well?Basically I am wondering if it is necessary to create a unique set of follow-up questions (a-d)  for each question (mental health condition) in order to maintain accurate results? Thanks! Example:Have you ever been diagnosed with anxiety disorder? Completion from my form is through an email. I looked at the community posts and a 3 years old thread mention that Typeforme does not provide these datas.Is it now available somewhere?Thanks in advanceXavier 

I need to test my form’s integrations which will burn up numerous responses during development to get it right. I hope we can delete test responses so we are not charged for this?As a test, I just created my first real response from my website embed, then I deleted the response in Typeform, but in my Billing/Plan page, it looks like I’m still being charged for that first response I deleted.This is uncool. Is there a way support can reset my charged responses when I’m done with testing? I’ve never heard of a company charge its users for testing integrations.

Responses to our form are not accessible - since an hour we are getting a message, that “there seems to be a blip” but checking servers is not helping (all set on green), refreshing page not helping. anyone with a similar problem / solution? Thank you!
