Your typeform results

Hello! I am stuck finding a way to reflect the highest score of my quiz. The concept is that the person is answering 24 questions each question corresponding to a category (4 Groups in total). However, when I complete the quiz the highest score is not being reflected. I am trying to find a way to show the highest score without having to go to a tie-break due to the length of the quiz. To break it down:12 Categories (Cat1, Cat2, Cat3, Cat4, Cat5, Cast6, Cat7, Cat8, Cat9, Cat10, Cat11, Cat12) 2 Sections per Category: Ex: Category 1: Section - 1st Question: Yes/No Answer Section - 2nd Question: Multiple Choice - More than one answer can be chosen with min 1 and max 3 selections) 4 Groups (each containing 3 categories): Group A (Results Cat1 + Cat2 + Cat3 - divided by 3 multiply 100 = X) Group B (Results Cat4 + Cat5 + Cast6 - divided by 3 multiply 100 = X) Group C (Results Cat7 + Cat8 + Cat9 - divided by 3 multiply 100 = X) Group D (Results Cat10 + Cat11 + Cat12 - divided by 3 mul

Hello, I’d like to automatically receive through a webhook a PDF or CSV with the data formatted as question and answer (as the Typeform website offers in the Results section) when each user submit their responses of a form. It is that posible?  If not, any alternative solution?  Million thanks!

I’m using the Matrix question type where users will select “True” or “False to a series of questions. The True and False responses come through to my Google Sheet with an apostrophe in front of them (‘TRUE and ‘FALSE).Is there a way to prevent that from happening? I’m using a formula to count the number of TRUE responses vs the number of FALSE responses and the apostrophe is throwing off my results. Find and Replace isn’t working to try to get rid of the apostrophe. 

I want to add an end screen showing all the answers chosen by the person who has just answered my questionnaire. The goal is for the person to know, for example, how many times they answered "yes" or "no" and to offer interpretations of each result on another platform.

Hi, this is my first time posting so apologies if I haven’t got the lingo right!! Here goes: For my Typeform users are able to select multiple answers at the end. I would like to generate an email tailored to their selection. So for example if they select A, B and C on the positive question and D on the negative they get one email. Another user could select A on the positive and C on the negative and get a different email.As there are two sets of four answers and the user can select as many as are relevant there are a potential 51 endings I would like to be able to send them. I’ve tried setting this up with trigger set conditions and on testing have been sent 9 of the ending emails. I would like to restrict it so you ONLY get the relevant email to your specific selection of answers Thank you in advance for any advice!

Hello the TP community,  I plan to share a test to identified clients but I just want to send to Hubspot the result of the test (the answer depends on a cumulated score -> the client jumps to answer A, answer B, answer C). Is it possible to send only this information to a field on Hubspot contact ? It’s not the answer of a question but a logic jump.  With the email of course to match with the database on Hubspot. Thanks a lot, 

Hello guys, I am new here and as I see that typeform has no real customer support it is a bit confusing. I paid for the responses, but was not able to choose the audience - is it normal? Also, how fast will I start seeing the responses if I chose 100 responses during one month?

Hi ,How to reach results of survey after ending my program?I did the download process but the file holds only one line (link)  leads to a page says it is private (?)

I’m adding a personality quiz:There are seven categories and respondents will get a rating from 1-10 in each category I want to display the results in a radar graph like this at the end of each survey: Can someone help with the logic of creating this, and is it even possible? 

Created a survey with many hidden fields variables that I would like to use to help perform some calculations. When I connect the survey to Google Sheets, the hidden field variables are not recorded / exported to the new of row containing the survey responses. Is there a way to make sure this information is also copied over to the connected Google Sheet?

For the last week whenever i try and send out a link to a survey I get this message saying that there is unsaved content.  Then when I go back to save I get a further message to say that there is a technical issue and that we are working on it…..So far I have had one lame message to say “we are scaling this up to the technical team”Is anyone else having this problem?I am going to have to find a new platform pretty soon if their tech team aren’t coming up with a fix

Hello, We are doing data capture and Leads through Typeform but we want to start measuring better and for that we would like to be able to measure these 3 things in GA4. (We don't use embedded forms, we use links to the Typeform share URL):1 The page from which they enter a typeform.2 Knowing the channel and source/medium of the user.3 Convert the Submit of the typeforms into conversion events differentiated for each typeform.Right now we do not know how to measure these objectives and everything is marked as direct traffic and it is impossible to know the page through which the user entered the typeform.Regards

Almost all animations are in CSS3 animation tags, we try to create meaningful transitions and animations.The difficulty comes when and where to create and show these micro interactions feedback. Try to make them feel “natural” and non intrusive.

Our Salesforce account records phone numbers using the “+1” international format. We use this to sort out duplicate submissions.Is there a way to get phone numbers from Typeform into our SF in that format using the phone field? I didn’t see that option anywhere.

Hi, I have a simple survey. 6 questions, only multiple choice or ranking questions. I can see the report online as it should look, but when I go to Print, “Save to PDF” I only get the text, not any visuals of bars of hte charts.Any thoughts?

Hi,I made a survey and sent it out today. Before sending, I checked it and everything seems to work (and still does on my end).However I got two messages saying, that they could not finish the survey (on different sides of the survey) and that the system is not keeping the answers.Any ideas, where I can start looking into? or maybe there is an old post, which I haven´t seen yet, with the same issue. Could not find anything on the Q&A section about it.Thanks for your suggestionsNicole

I have a decent size questionnaire set up for all new customers to fill out prior to our initial phone/zoom outreach. There are a lot of different types of questions related to certain products or services we offer and I have set up logic to bypass certain sections if it does not apply to the person filling out the questionnaire. Recently, we have had a few forms submitted where we’ve only received part of the questionnaire and it’s in a different spot every time (even if there are required fields that follow). We need a lot of the answers to questions that come later in the form. Do I need to make every question required? Are people able to skip ahead in the form at the statement slides? I double checked my logic and it looks like it is set up correctly but maybe I’m missing something?Any help or direction would be appreciated.
