Your typeform results

Hi thereFirst time user here.  One of my Typeform questions asked respondents to rank ten items in order of importance. In the summary, I can clearly see the items in order that they were ranked, i.e. the most popular on average is at the top and the least popular is at the bottom. However when I go to generate this as a report, the items are presented without the ranking, simply each item shows its own individual bar graph of how many people placed it in which number ranking. So the viewer of the report will have to scroll through all ten items and do the maths in their head to see which one ranked highest. This seems counter-intuitive, so naturally I assume I have done something wrong. Can anyone please advise?Many thanksPC 

Hi Liz, John and Typeform team.I would like to extract certain answers from Typeform into a google sheet, not all of them as we need to  print this off.How can we do this?I have already set up a follow up email which extracts certian values based on recall, however I need it to go into a google sheet. If there is an easy way (via webhook or whatever) then that would be better.

Hello I have a major problem with TypeForm. Whenever I download the results / responses into either a CSV or in the XLSL format…I get blank column titles in the download file. I’ve tried reaching out to support but they are not responding and I’ve already submitted (2) tickets.  Has anyone else experienced this kind of problem and know a fix? Thank you in advance!

Hello everyone,we have created two polls in Typeform on the same topic. For technical reasons (closed membership platform), only one survey was provided with a contact form. However, the questions were identical to the other survey. Is it possible to merge the results of these two polls, which are identical in content? Best regardsFlorian 

Hi Typeform community,I really need help. I have been reading through all the articles for the past 3 hours and I am not getting a “Typeform for dummies” response that I can follow.I have a leadership survey with 4 sections and each section between 8 and 12 questions in the Likert scale format. I have already added the questions to question groups and scorring on the logic page. The issue that I am facing is there are 27 different possible outcomes based on the scoring for each question eg (M: 2.6–3.5, H: 3.6–5.0, L: 1.0–2.5). What I am thinking is to create something calculating each respondent’s answers based on the scoring after each question and based on the seperate results, it goes to each page - I honestly have no idea how to do it. If it is a vairble, how do I create one and do I have to redo the scoring using a varible. In terms of the  27 outcomes, do I add each one to the endings page to branch to based on the scoring? And how do you combine everything at the end then? I ple

Hi,New issue today - downloads do not have any special characters in the questions even though they are there in the form - e.g. brackets and apostrophes.This is a major problem when checking I have all the data downloaded as the checks now won’t match my source version.Please investigate and fix,Thanks,Andy

Hi, is it possible to also show which end screen the repondent got in the responses tab? We can see all the detailed responses per question, but we’re not getting the end screen in that view. Our personality is quite a complex logic, so haven’t to manually figure out the branching in the responses view is not ideal. 

Hi All. I see lots of posts on using logic to assign different endings but I don’t see if we can assign or combine 2 results/endings? I have tried 4 other quiz softwares and cannot seem to accomplish what I’m looking to do.I would like the quiz-taker to receive one primary result and one secondary result. Where it gets tricky is that there are 6 results and 2 of them are for the primary result and 4 for the secondary result. So I haven’t figured out a way to ensure the 1st result is from the 2 primary results and the secondary result is from the other 4. Then when I thought I had it, someone tied and got 2 secondary results with a 50/50 split. =/Can what I’m looking for be done with typeform? And if so, is there an article on this somewhere that someone knows about? If this is possible, do both results get saved to the lead?  Thank you so much in advance (even if the answer is “no”).  ~RaeAnn

Hi needed your help here..The number showed in Big Picture is different with number of response calculated from the downloaded sheet (responses). Below is the screenshot of them: Big Picture Responses in Excel sheet There are 100+ gap, which is kinda frustrating for us to figure it out why.Can you help to sort this out? Thank you so much!

We have 2 forms embedded together on our website, the first to capture the users information and second to ask the questions. We want to match the users details to their answers, without using their name or email address. Can you do this with user IDs? I see there is a field created for this when it passes to google sheets, however we do not get a figure.

i created a new typeform this morning and am unable to edit the Email Response. Anyone else seeing this? I really need to get this functionality back asap.   

Hello,I have a question about connecting typeform with drive but not to store the answers but for participants to see their results. I would like to create a style quiz for my course participants in field interior design -  they will answer questions to get to know their interior style. At the end participant should be directed to the designed pdf file on google drive with matching results. The best would be to send them an automatic email with the results but I am not so far with tec and not everything set up- the course starts on in a few days..I will appreciate your ideasThanks in advance, Agnieszka

I have a issue regarding limits. My plan was expired on 24 Aug, 2023 and currently, I used typeform but only 10 responses recorded as per free plan. But I guess, i have more responses collected? Is there anyway, i can see my missed responses?

I have set up a survey using Typeform and connected it to Google Mail via CONNECT. However, instead of receiving the survey responses, I only receive an email confirming whether the survey was completed or not.I would like to receive an email containing the actual responses submitted in the survey. I have a long videoask (about 25 questions) that I am using for a screening job interview.I realize that longer videoasks will have some issues with retention (from start to finish).But the majority of the people that are filling out my videoask are somehow creating multiple new conversations.  So rather than one submission, I’m getting 3-5 in some/most cases. Here is what I am seeing:1  -  One my first steps is to ask for a file upload of their resume.  This nearly always comes as a separate entry.2  -  It appears that people are maybe leaving and then coming back and starting over from scratch.  Why would this be happening on such a consistent basis?  (I’ve checked and test the videoask and it seems to work flawlessly3  -  A separate issue, but I have a good percentage that say that they can’t get the video to work.  I get that there will be some technically challenged people, but it seems to be a fairly sizeable number.Has anyone else had this issue with longer videoasks and can hel

I have created a quiz and the answers are assigned numerical values. Is there a way for the person taking the quiz to receive their total? I ask because I want to use the quiz as a lead magnet, and based on their total number ( > tor < a certain number) to help with the lead magnet. Thank you!

Ok, I managed to figure out the that Logic tab is now the Workflow tab , and that I can insert a variable using the “(X)” icon.  [I swear, between the difference between the training materials and the actual interface, and the obscurity of the interface, it’s like they’re trying to drive me crazy!]Anyway, I got that figured out, and my test survey is actually working, and I have assigned variables to it. But how can I get a report that either (a) just reports the variables instead of the text of the selected answer, or (b) even better gives me a sum of the variables (i.e., Variable 1=6, Variable 2=9, etc.). Additionally, it would be amazing if I can just get a report that gives me alternative text instead of “Variable 1”; for instance Blue=6, Green=9, etc.Any advice on any of these is gratefully appreciated and accepted. 

Hi all,Is anyone else experiencing this error in their summary report? I have a question for contact information and the text just would not display.  

i created a survey during the time i had a paid subscription and I just found time to download and analyse the results today. Now I see that my subscription is over for 2-3 days and that I can not even DOWNLOAD the entire results? Although the results refer to a survey, which were collected in a paid period. Am I the only one who finds this unbelievable  and feels forced to pay money again?

Hi everyone, I have built a form using branching logic where each answer (whether multiple-choice, scale, or other types) is assigned a specific score. As the respondent progresses, their total score is calculated. At the end, their final score determines which of the four possible diagnoses they receive. The correct diagnosis is displayed on the final page. Now, I would like to automatically send the diagnosis (not the score itself) via email and WhatsApp. The user should receive an email and a WhatsApp message with their corresponding diagnosis based on their total score. Is there a way to set this up within Typeform, or do I need an external integration? Any guidance would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I want to set up each answer in my typeform to each question with an answer code that I can then use in Zapier for calculations and a Wordpress Results page. It seems that Hidden fields is the way to do that but not sure how to add them. I can see where it populates this in Share→ advanced, but not how I can go and assign each answer a hidden field. 

Hello,I’m using Typeform for a game addiction quiz. Currently our Typeform only gathers a total score and then sends people further based on the total score.However I would like to send people to more detailed results, ideally where they can compare their results for each of the 9 questions with the average (which we already have).How it works now is like this:Choice at start:Gamer Non-gamer (parent, partner,...)Quiz: 9 questions:Rate 1-5 for each question. If they rate 3 or more for a question, total score is increased +1Outcome: 4 different possibilities based onWhether they chose gamer / non gamer at start.  If score is 5 and higher or less than 5Up until now this was good enough, but I’d like to update this quiz so we can provide more accurate and detailed responses. Especially letting people compare their results for each question with the average. We have enough data to create the averages, so we don’t need to recalculate those here.I made this quiz about a year ago, I’m not sure
