Your typeform results

Hello guys,Usually I connect my forms to Notion but for this time, I would like to receive every responses to an email address. Do you have any ressource to do that ? I looked up in my settings but it doesnt seems to have a simple solution for that, just notification when I have a new entry. The issue is that, the person who will need to see the responses aren’t good with a computer so consulting Typeform is too much for him.Thank you guys!

I would like to add a quiz with multiple sections and each section would. e scored individually. after each section the test taker would see the results of the section. And in the end the results would show up in a dash board that shows the results with several different bench marks. 

Hi Typeform community,How do I have to set up a typeform that the person who fills in the form receives a copy of his answers?I know that this is possible. Under “Settings” and “Notifications” I set up “Notify Respondents”, but they only receive this short email that is shown there and they do not receive their results of the typeform. How can I change that?Thanks a lot for you help.Best wishes, Elisabeth

I want to compare two responses from the same survey, but I need a way to differentiate them. Ideally, each response should have some form of identification, such as a unique color or a number displayed next to the answers. Additionally, I would like to view the two responses side by side, formatted as two columns for easier comparison.

I upgraded to paid Typeform plan, send survey out, initially saw responses coming in.  Now when I log on my account shows as the Free Plan and I can’t see my survey or results.  I’ve messaged contact help centre. Has anyone else had this problem? Please say they will find my results for my research…….

It would seem all one needs is to navigate within the form editor to Follow-Ups > Actions > Receive Email Notifications > then edit To: Who will receive this email notification? however this is not editable.It shows my account email address in a grey box but does not allow me to edit it, remove it, add another, it is just a static text. How come?  How do I change this to add my gmail address for example?

I have 10 rating questions on my assessment.I’m using the Typeform/Docs/Document Studio integration to generate a report (thanks, Des!)On that report, I want to display a bit of text based on the question that got the highest rating.Kind of like:How much do you like chocolate (1-10) How much do you like vanilla (1-10) How much do you like strawberry (1-10)And then displaying “you liked [chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry, whichever was the highest out of 10] the most” on the report.I’ve looked at a bunch of examples, I’ve looked at the multi-category-variable-rating things… The best I can come up with is to have 10 BILLION comparisons written (10^10) which I’m very much not doing.Help?

I had my typeform surveys set up where there was a hidden email field what would receive the responses to the survey questions right after. However, that functionality no longer seems to work, nor do I see it in my set up. Wondering if thats been removed or how I can set it up without using Zapier or another app?

Hello! I have created a picture choice question where users choose their favorite inspiration photos. I have it set to send the results of the form to an email but it does not show the images the user has selected, only the titles which isn’t really helpful. Is there a way to show the images they chose in the email?

I have a question related to the Typeform that's currently embedded on my website. My website is using Google Analytics to track site activities, but I can't see the traffic sources for Typeform interactions because GA seems to be recognizing Typeform as a separate property due to the change of domain (Typeform has its own domain), thus all traffic sources for Typeform activities I can read within GA is referral traffic from my own website.Is there any way to fix this?Thank you so much!

What is the # and Network ID means? (in the response excel file) 

Hi, I have created a quiz.   I would like to have results page with percentages and categories.   I would like to be able to categorize question.  Each question is on a scale of 0 to 5.  I would like to have a summary page that shows the categories and with their percent score.   For example, question 1, 4, & 8 are about being a “fighter”. Questions 2, 8, & 11 are about being “introvert” and questions 3, 6 and 10 are about being an “avoider”.   At the end I would like to see a page that says, fighter 15%, Introvert 30% and avoider 70%

I don’t receive any email notification when people use my survey. It can only find the info under  “results in” Typeform. What should I do? 

Hi, I have a created a form with the ending page being a summary of all of the person’s scores for each category. They can then click on the link of each category to go to a separate URL with a descriptionfor that category (the logic required to send them to the page was too tedious so I found this best.I am wondering if there is a variable I can set up to categorise people into a group according to their highest variable number? I.e I have 6 variables to represent the categories. Can I Group all of the people who scored the highest in category 3 for example ?I’m looking for a way to export the data and because I can’t export tags, it’s making it very hard.Thanks!

hi there, Sorry wrong title to the question but there’s no way to edit the title (not sure why) i’ve connected my score quiz to Google Sheet, and realized only later that i’m getting a SCORE number recorded, instead of the Ending.can i get an Ending to save onto my Google Sheet in addition to the score - without having to switch to an Outcome Quiz? thank youmilly 

I need to change the time zone of the answers because it arrives one hour less than what we have in Spain. Thank you! 

Hey guys,  My quiz has a huge drop-off rate at 77% and only a completion rate of 16%. Considering I am buying traffic via paid ads, it’s a huge problem. How can I improve? Do you see something that I should change when you see the link?  I would love and appreciate every single comment!

Hi everyone,I’m trying to connect the ending results of my quiz to my newsletter in Brevo (ex SendinBlue)I’ve created a quiz on TypeForm, and there are 3 differents results/ending.If you are A result, i want you to receive a different welcome email than if you are B result.For now, the integration works, and I’m able to collect the response directly on Brevo ; but I don’t have the field “ending” that could be the field to use in order to send different email.Does anynone know how I can achieve that ? We are experiencing issues with collecting partial responses from a survey. On November 11th 24, we officially launched our NPS survey, which was created under the Typeform's Business plan.To the best of our knowledge, based on our use of this plan earlier in the year, it allowed for the collection of partial responses.This week, when we attempted to analyze partial results, we realized that these responses were not being collected. Consequently, we reached out to the AI chat to understand the issue.We were informed that the plan we were using did not include partial response collection.However, we were also told that upgrading our plan would enable this feature and that responses already generated prior to the upgrade would also be accounted for.Based on this guidance, we upgraded to the Growth Essential plan and completed the payment today, November 26th.While we can now see the partial response feature activated in the settings (as it has always been configured), we still do not hav

Hi there, I have a form that uses Document Studio to do a mail merge and email a report of the survey responses. When it works, it’s fine. However, Document Studio seems a bit unreliable. Am wondering if anyone uses another piece of software to do the same kind of tasks which is reliable?

I’m having an issue when trying to download image files uploaded respondents. When I go to download it tells me I have 100 responses to download, but then in the zip file there are only half, sometimes less than. Currently I have 2888 responses, all complete, all with jpgs uploaded, but the zip file only has 1174 jpsCan anyone tell me why the files available would not match what is exported?
