Hello!I just wonder, is it possible; when user answers a number question, and a following question group multiplies/populates automatically as much as the number input.Scenario; Main Question: how many times you attended to a festival?Main answer: 3Q2a: what was the name of event? Q2b: it was indoor or outdoor? Q2c: what type of music was playing? Q3a: what was the name event? Q3b: it was indoor or outdoor? Q3c: what type of music was playing? Q4a: what was the name event? Q4b: it was indoor or outdoor? Q4c: what type of music was playing?

Thanks for the information on Hidden fields, however if I am not embedding the form and instead just provide a simple hyperlink that takes the users to the survey(form) how can I pass name into the hidden fields for the  user who hits hyperlink?Please help - Thanks 

Hey! I am creating a survey and want to ask for participants email addresses and then enter them into a prize draw to win an Amazon voucher. I’ve been recommended Mail chimp, but would rather email them directly with the voucher as its simpler. Can i do this?

Dear All we have integrated the excel integration to some of our typeform questionnaires. Now we want to change the microsoft account to which it is connected, but when starting the integration again it automatically takes the data from the “old”  microsoft account. Is it possible to connect every single questionnaire to different Microsoft Accounts . and does typeform store the access data for the microsoft account somewhere.Maurice Arets

I have had a number of participants tell me that they are re-routed to the beginning of the same section. They are unable to move forward and then after restarting two-three times are able to exit the assessment and book a call.  This is resulting in them missing 50% of the entire assessment,  but still being able to book a call. I also just got this feedback: I’m wondering if it’s the platform/system you are using bc it did feel glitchy compared to other questionnaires I filled out. For example I had difficulty selecting more than one answer on options that said I couldAnyone else experience this or know how to solve this?

I’m trying to add an image. I click on the image and the “continue button shows for less than a split second at the bottom of the screen, way too short to humanely click it. Then it goes in to the loop that as I try to scroll down it shows again for a second and disappears. I basically cannot add a unsplash image. I have this problem in Chrome and tried it in Firefox with the same results. Anyone else having this issue and have a solution? Seems like a frustrating bug to me.

Here is what I’m trying to do.I have created variables in order to get subtotals for question groups and built the logic to add those up based on responses.  Now, at the ending page, rather than giving someone a score for each group (there are 5), I would like to indicate with text the results of that group (i.e. failure, success, opportunity).  Is there an if..then way to say, “If variable 1 is less than 5, then insert “Success”, etc..”    Thank you so much.

Mobile layout on actual mobile differs from the mobile layout on preview Hi, I have a problem with mobile layout, which is differ from the preview.What Typeform says I will see on my mobile looks like this; perfect layout. and this is what I actually see on my mobile. I tried with my friend’s cellphone but there was no difference. The layout is totally different and I definitely prefer the previous one.What can I do? 

I’m creating a typeform using a Dropdown question and then depending on the answer I’m sending people to read or watch specific online resources. When I highlight the name of the article and choose the “Link” option, I am able to insert the URL but the published version doesn’t work (meaning the article is not directly linking to itself).  I know I can include the full URL in the text on the ending screen but that’s not a great solution since we will often have a list of resources and a long list of URLs will not be user friendly.Is there another option that might work in this case?Thanks in advance for your help!

I have an older form that has been picked up by search engines. I don’t want to delete that form as it does draw traffic - but I’d like to funnel that traffic to a update form instead of use the existing form. It it possible to redirect and existing typeform url to a new form?

How to make clicable link in respondents notifications. I don’t see such option, and e-mails comes with adress, which is impossilbe to click.

How do you change the font colour in the bubble of the chat-style interface? In the design I can define colours for many parts, but nothing seems to relate to it. And yet, the system tends to change that colour depending on the bubble colour. But not always in a good way, because sometimes the contrast is insufficient to make it well readable.

When I scroll down, the “continue” button turns to “Submit” that actually submits. I have already set that slide to “always jump to” the correct slide but that still allows the user to submit. I have attached a gif and my logic for reference. 

Hello,I have a quiz and I am looking, in the URL redirect of the endings page to pass the individual score in addition to the answer. So as an example Question 1 - Who is your favorite Answer 1 - Adam (3 Points) Anser 2 - Terry (1 Point) Question 2 - What is a good car Answer 1 - Jeep (3 Points) Answer 2 - Mustang (2 Points) If I select Adam and Mustang can I in the URL parameter pass the answer (adam,jeep) as well as the individiual score to the questions rather than the overall (3,3)

Hi,  Every time I use Question branching, the window keeps jumping and I cannot correctly use it. I am using a Mac, I tried type form on safari and chrome but the problem remains. Anyone knows why that happens ?  Best ,  Armand
