Is it possible to make part of my questionaire into a quiz.So I have a few questions, and after getting answer on those questions people do a quiz.and after the quiz they answer a few more question.
Hi! First post here!I want to deliver questions on my form randomly from a bunch or pool of multiple questions.Say its like a tech quiz and I have a bunch of around 50 questions. From that I want any given attempt to receive any 10 from those 50 questions. Random questions from a set basically. NOT RANDOM ORDER.Is there a way to go about this in Typeform? Thanks!
Greetings,I tend to find myself in a more enjoyable flow when I can create questions while working through logic.Example below.Using Logic as we go: Do you prefer email or text messages If email selected: What is your email address if text selected: What is your mobile phone number. On to the next question.Within Typeform, it seems I have to think up the questions first and then go into logic to connect them.Typeform method - Type out questions then connect.Do you prefer email or text If email…. If Text….Maybe it’s just me (likely me), but rather than typing up multiple questions and then going back to connect, can we type up question one, and then use the conditional logic to create question 2, 3, etc? Thanks,
Hi everyone,I would like to add the possibility of leaving us a Google review, after completing our Typeform. However, so that this is not repetitive, would it be possible to automatically take the answers from the questionnaire and add them to a Google review? This way the customer would only have to validate.Thank you
Hello We're trying to integrate a 100% discount on our typeform and have it set up in the logic, but every time we apply the discount code in the form and try to go through with the payment, we get this error message. We've tried different forms and it's always the same. With other discounts (-20%, -50%) it works fine. Is this a Stripe issue or are we doing something wrong with our form?
I have created a archetype quiz with logic so that depending on answers when they submit the form they get 1 of 3 ending pages. The ending page has a few sentences on showing them their archetype and giving them a bit of information about themselves. I then want to ask them if they want to recieve 3 easy steps to…. they can submit their email address. I then want to them receive follow up emails via Typeform (or Mailerlite) depending on their archetype result. I cannot see a way of the individual giving me their email address once the quiz has been completed. I really want to be able to give them the brief information to show that they dont’ have to give me their email address to get that bit of insight. It shows me as someone better than just a personal data gatherer. Any workarounds?
I have a form that is going out to two areas of a business - retail and head office. Once users choose their business area, they follow the same path. However, once they reach a question in section one about their function within the business, we have two separate lists - again one for retail and one for head office - that they have to choose from. Am I able to branch again so that those who previously answered as a retail employee, or those who answered as a head office employee, can ONLY answer the question that is determined for them, before they both rejoin the same path? If so, I’m unsure of where to include the branch and how to format it.
Hello Typeform Community,Really appreciate suggestions on the below challenge I am facing. Hopefully, it is clear from the below description! Thanks in advance.Steven I am the founder of the social enterprise not for profit based in Dublin, Ireland. We place recreational football as ‘a hook’ to bring men together to increase physical activity through ‘the beautiful game’ with a clear objective to improve participants' overall health. Our approach focuses on removing barriers, building community and making organising easy.My message today is to seek your support with Typeform functionality. We use Typeform as a way for registered participants to confirm their place in our recreational football games. How it works..New participants are asked to complete our Registration Form which obtains their full name, email, phone number etc. this is exported to a Google Sheet. Once registered, registered participants are sent a link to our “Gamenight Typeform form” for each of our gamenights from whi
Hi.Hello.Is there a way to create users and passwords for those who want to access the forms? Thanks and greetings.
I’d like to collect Education information similar to how the contact info question is set-up. For example, I’d like to collect “degree, field, school name, and year graduated” in one question vs creating 4 separate questions. This will make it more efficent for someone that has multiple degrees from diff schools. Is this possible?
Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well.I would like to ask for your help with two questions I have.First question: I am interested in creating a selection question on Typeform, in which only the options marked by the respondents are displayed in the following question. Is this possible? Second question: I want to know if it's possible to create a dynamic in Typeform where the answer chosen in one question is used in the statement of the subsequent question. For example, if the question is "What is your main financial institution?", and the respondent selects "Financial Institution X", the next question would be with extraction logic: "Why is "Financial Institution X" (extraction from the previous question) your primary choice?".Can this be done? How?Thanks in advance!!
I know how to duplicate a single question slide. I would like to duplicate multiple question slides at the same time. Specifically, I am creating a survey for my employees regarding our vendors. I am asking the same 6 questions about each vendor. I would like to duplicate the set of six in one go (rather than one at a time). It is very tedious doing it one at a time. Is there a way to do this? Is there another way I could achieve the same efficiency other than copy/paste?
Hi, Using the instructions found in https://www.typeform.com/help/a/block-references-360050447552/, I was able to configure custom references to my question fields so that I can reference them in code as question_a as opposed to what appears to be a UUID. For the “Contact Info” field type, it appears that I can specify a reference for that page but there doesn’t appear to be a way for me to specify a reference for the individual fields within it, eg. first name, last name, email. Is there a way for me to do so? Similarly, I see in the sample webhook data that each individual choice in a “Multiple Choice” question type has its own reference. Is there a way for us to specify a custom reference for each option? I think there’s a workaround here where I pull up https://form.typeform.com/forms/[FORM_ID] after a form has been created and create a mapping on my end for [question_number].properties.choices.[option number].ref → string enum on my end, but i’d rather just have typeform send a sp
Has typeform figured out how to do this yet? It’s a better user experience if we could group our choices vs having a long list to choose from. thx!
Can the multiple choice be displayed in several column and not in 1 long column?
I recently created a typeform account to build out a “recommendation quiz” for a website I am building around the topic of travel. The typeform I want to create is meant to recommend specific cities from multiple countries based on how respondents rank certain critera. My initial idea wasn’t particularly complex (its just a lot of simple addition and comparing values), but did have a lot of potential outcomes (5.9160003 E+8). Even when I reduced the scope to limit the number of possible results (150), I strugled to see how I could pull someting together without spending at least a week or more on the project. I’ve read a lot of the forum posts here (including the very helpful ones by @john.desborough), and it seems like this is a common problem. Is there a single approach that would be helpful to users like me who want to create typeforms with a lot of results? If not, I wonder if the best long term solution would be to allow users to create the logic they need with Python (or some other
Hello everyone,I am an intensive user of the follow-ups, which I use to share form responses to various people based on the answers. However, as of recently I have started noticing a pattern where my bulleted lists would feature “\” in front of everything when I save them. Yesterday this has also appeared in an e-mail object.Basically, I type this: First name: @AnswerFirstName Last name: @AnswerLastName And after hitting “Save”, I see this: \- First name: @AnswerFirstName`\- Last name: @AnswerLastName It actually gets worse over time, as if I edit something in the follow-up I then have more backslashes stacking up, ending in “\\\\\\- Last name: @AnswerLastName”It looks really messy. I have thought of a markdown mistake, but couldn’t solve it so far. Is there anything I am missing ?Thank you !
Hi! I’m trying to figure out how to set up logic jump when multiple answers are selected in a multiple choice question. Here is the exact set up:“What service are you interested in today?”Web Design Brand Review Software Development SEO ServicesThe user can select multiple options here. I’ve set it up so “If Web Design, then Web Design questions,” “If SEO, then SEO questions,” etc.. I’m trying to figure out if there’s a way to set it up this way also: “If Web Design and SEO, then Web Design questions, followed by SEO questions” (for all of the possible combinations of services.Any advice? I’m stuck!
Hi,Quiz: I have a question with 6 different options, multiple selections are possible. If somebody choses e.g. option a + d, can I have a combined answer that gives a specific feedback to a and also one to d. This would be like assembling text modules for all the chosen options in one answer. I don’t want to create an answer for each combination of options (e.g. a + c + d or c+f, ...), this would be too complicated. Thanks for your help.Cheers,Cesare
I want to keep track of how many times the respondent has answered "yes" to a yes/no question. So, I created a loop that increments the score every time the respondent presses "yes".However, the score data resets to zero when the respondent returns to the original point.Code:S1: What is the shape of this picture?A: a square B: a circle C: a triangleThe correct answer would be C, leading to S4.If the respondent chooses A or B, it leads to S2.In S2, the respondent can choose whether they want help or to try again.yes: I want help no: back to S1Code in S2:If: incorrect, need a hint? is Yes Add 1 to @score If: incorrect, need a hint is Yes go to S3If: incorrect, need a hint is No go to S1 Now, coming back from the loop where we added +1 to the score to the original S1, @score is nullified. Why?
I need help comparing 2 different questions like comparing question 1 to question 2 or like does trumpet = trumpet(yes) or does trumpet = flute(no)
I would like to take any choices not selected from a multiple-choice question and display them in a subsequent question. I can use logic to update the values of custom variables, but I don't know how to display a variable value as a question choice in a subsequent question. Is it possible to do this with Typeform. I can’t seem to figure out how.
Has anyone got any good Typeform templates they use for people that want to submit their story to have it published on social media?
Hi I create a form with quizz logic Basically I have 2 groups of question where you can either answer a scale 1-5 or yes/no :-Health questions ( question 2 to 11) that help me estimate if the person has a high disysregulation or a low disregulation of her nervous system-Attachment questions ( the rest) that help me estimate the attachement model of the personI create 7 logic results ( 3 insecure attachment models * 2 levels of dysregulation = 6+ 1 secure attachment) based on the possibles answers. But i keep having wrong results. Most of the people get having a ending with high level of dysregulation even if they are not ( to have the ending high level dysregulation you have to answer 4-5 and yes in the questions 2-11). Does somebody have a idea how can i correct that?
I am trying to make an online personality test, similar to the DISC test where there are groups of questions and in every set of 4 questions you would choose a 1, 2, 3, or 4 based on MOST LIKE ME, LEAST LIKE ME, MORE LIKE ME, LESS LIKE ME. and then the self grading element would add up the appropriate data and give a scored outcome at the end. Whenever I try and sort this out in a quiz, I can only add in FILL IN BOXES or Checkboxes or Multi Choice. I don’t know how to find the option for a more intricate quiz and grading format. I appreciate any help. I am even interesting in OUTSOURCING this creation to someone much more clever than me. Here is my ADOBE FORM for the TEST below: My 4 type personality test that I would like as an ONLINE quizHere is the YouTube video explaining how it works:
